Guest Reviews
- Peter and Leanne (8/5): - The cabin was comfortable & convenient. Very good option for our 1 night stay with town centre not far away.
- Kelly (10/5): - Great location. Clean. Friendly.
- jane (6/5): - The property was very clean but tired with obvious maintenance needed in the cabin we were allocated (nothing major, things like light bulbs not working, ceiling joins with gaps, screen door not locking). The cabins look out into the park and other cabins, we didn’t enjoy this. The wifi seems to be set to prevent steaming both on personal devices and the television provided, this was very frustrating with long days of travel. It provided just enough service to place a what’s app text but not really enough to log in and check emails or bank accounts. The ‘What If’ booking did something with the dates that was out of our control. I got a turse call from the office there basically insinuating the we had done something with the booking dates on the day of our check in (which we hadn’t, we booked it a month before on the date we wanted and never changed a thing after this).
- kenneth (10/5): A good choice - A very comfortable ensuite cabin stay with cheery helpful staff. Bonus was being next to the aquatic centre. Overall, very good value and we wouldn't hesitate to return.
- Joanne (10/5): - The property was clean and tidy. The cabins were a good size, clean and tidy. Next door to Golf Club which had great food. Kangaroos on the golf course were a nice surprise.
- Hai (6/5): - The location was great, but my cabin aircon didn't work so it was very hot for most of the day and I couldn't leave the windows open as all the fly screens are damaged and bugs can just fly in. Cabin itself was fine and the bathroom clean.
- Mary (10/5): - Very neat and clean
- Loges (10/5): - Good place to stay
- Gayle (8/5): - The cabin was roomy and comfortable. There were coffee stains on the bedside table which I wiped clean. The towels provided were starting to become a bit worn and need to be replaced. No milk was provided in the fridge for coffee.
- Alan (8/5): - Comfortable cabin without being cramped.
- Karen (10/5): - Cabins are clean and tidy, short walk to shops and amenities. This is my ‘go to’ accommodation in Emerald.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Outback travel - Large cabin, good location to walk around. Well kept campground.
- Kerry (8/5): - A comfy I night stay only theres no blanket on the bed or wardrobe! Have to sleep with A/con on all night!
- Jeanne (10/5): - A beautiful hideaway
- Jamie (10/5): - Friendly, and clean, helpful staff, and close to everything you need to town, all within walking distance
- Jodie (10/5): - We stayed in the cabin with a child, booking last minute. The price was affordable. The cabin was clean and tidy. We appreciated the curtain dividing the bunks and qb to separate the sleeping areas. Reception were helpful and accommodating of late check in. Would definitely stay again.
- Alice (6/5): - Cabins were small
Clean and tidy
Was not serviced for the number of guests advised
Also no kitchen linen or dish washing liquid to wash up
- Robin (8/5): - i was able to go into my room as early as 11 am
room was clean and bed was comfortable
plenty of kitchen utensils and plates
- Graham (10/5): - Cabin was large and the first I've stayed at with a dividing curtain. Warm room, quiet location, room for car and trailer parking.
