- Melissa (4/5): - Room was nice but it was very hot then randomly in the middle of the night became an ice box. We chose this hotel for the rooftop terrace but they lock it at midnight, which is the same time the restaurants close

- DAVID E JIMENEZ (10/5): - Wow what a hidden gem! It’s literally right next to the Gran Via street. Everything is within walkable distance. Food. Shops. Laundry. Metro. Literally anything you need you can walk to it from the hotel. Better yet, you can also walk to main attractions from the hotel too! I will say the rooms are small but comfortable enough. With no doubt I would book it again. Gloria at the front desk was amazing too. She’s there for anything you need. She’s very professional, friendly, and just makes your stay better.

The location couldn’t be better — right next to Callao and Gran Vía, perfect for sightseeing, shopping, or catching a late show without worrying about transport. Arrival was smooth and quick. A seamless and comfortable stay in the very center of Madrid — I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
