Guest Reviews
- Deborah (2/5): - There were no people there entrancE locked. The neighbor said the place had closed.
- Sharon (10/5): - Super cute. The restaurant was great.
- Braeden (6/5): Good for last minute stays, but needs improvements - Considering its gimmick is a haunted hotel I can’t really complain about its look but it is a bit of an uneasy establishment. The room I got had crappy service and WiFi (not blaming the hotel for that since the area isn’t near many service towers), and the bed felt a little dirty with tiny spots of stains. The tv only had so many channels available, and the bathroom was pretty dirty so I felt uncomfortable showering there. The hotel worked for the price range and convenience for me since I was only in town for a wedding.
- Chris (8/5): - Quaint, Beautiful building, No hot water and no staff after 2 on sunday
- John G (6/5): - Franklin hotel is a unique property. In short, it is a historic hotel property that is still in service and useful. As a guest, my check-in process was quick and convenient. The lobby entrance and guest room hallways feel like an antique store filled with interesting things to look at, but could really use a good deep clean and someone to de-clutter. My guest room was small, but quiet and felt safe. Bed was comfortable. Linens were clean but well used. Towels were clean. For the price point, Franklin is a reasonable value. I would stay there again. Before booking, it’s important to consider you’re staying at a very old property that seems to be operated by a family. They’re keeping an old small town hotel alive, and with a little time and some attention it could be a much improved place.
- Betty (6/5): - Breakfast was great
- Tim (8/5): - Very old well maintained building
- Aurora (10/5): - It was nice and quiet and easy to get to. Staff was friendly
- melissa (2/5): - It was freezing especially in the restaurant and hallways. Pillow smelled like dirty hair. Had personal accounts on the tv. Service in restaurant was slow need more help. I think potato was microwaved
- Kelly (2/5): - Don't waste your money...
