- JAIME (2/5): - We were happy with the location and warm greeting from the owner's daughter, Stefania, on our first day. However, it seems she is more focused on her cooking classes than on managing the property. While they clean the rooms every day, the cleaning is often poor, and sometimes they don't clean at all, just providing new towels. The water and coffee are supposed to be complimentary, but if you don’t request them, they aren’t offered, and you won’t even receive clean cups. The breakfast included in our stay was served very late and offered a limited variety, which was disappointing. Overall, the staff does not prioritize customer service, which is frustrating. Given these experiences, I will look for a different place to stay on my next visit.

I only wish that the property was easier to identify when we arrived. Would recommend staying here when visiting Polignano a Mare
