- AMIR (2/5): - Thi stay was the worse hotel i ever stayed. The room was dirty and there was a layer of dust over everything, the shower was very dirty with black marks on the ceiling, the toilet seat was broken, tables and all the surfaces was dirty. I have pictures but not able to upload here. I spoke with the manager and sent them the pictures but they didn’t do anything about it.

- Peter (8/5): - You can only book online and there’s no front desk staff only the people from the security office next door. There are 6 parking spots total and the rest would be limited street parking. The hotel is practically new and very nice.

- Jan (2/5): - This property is an old office building that's been converted into hotel rooms. There was NO registration desk for check in, NO maid service or other amenities. We had to hunt down someone to get one key (we requested 2), the "office" door on the outside of the building was bolted shut & you entered through a hallway. We needed extra towels, & light bulbs for the bathroom, an extra lamp as there was no light in the bedroom area. You could not walk between the beds & the shower floor was slippery and a hole where it drained was dangerous. The little gal hanging out was pleasant & helpful but it was scary trying to check in with all the doors locked & no notification of what to do or who to call after paying for 3 nights.There were no restaurant's close, no brochures about the area & nobody to direct us anywhere. I never received a lodging receipt for our stay. If we could have found another room on the Labor Day weekend we would not have stayed here. I would not recommend this "hotel"!!

If we stayed here longer than 3 days it would be perfect as it had dishes and a microwave in the suit. The security on the doors made it feel extra safe as well. Highly recommend!

- Erika (6/5): - The room itself and the staff were decent. (Except for a GIANT spider in the room). Very clean and new. There is no front desk at this place so it operates more like an Airbnb. Looks like it’s a renovated office building. They only gave us 1 key, which we unfortunately lost and had to call the manager in the middle of the night to get let back in. They drove from where ever they were to let us in which was nice. Much appreciated, but very strange. Affordable and will stay again. Conveniently located about 15 min walk to sky train.

- Joshua (4/5): - All else being fairly standard, it was the bed that fell way short. It was so uncomfortable that I barely got any sleep, and could not find a position that did not leave me sore after a short while.
- Ezra (10/5): - The room itself was very clean and spacious. We were able to check in early. The only thing would be the parking lot could be swept, a bit of garbage and construction debris was present.

- Paul (4/5): - Overall all poor. East Indians running the units. One unit smoked pot and went through the venting system on our second day. As a result manager did not have them removed resulting in the system taking 12 hours to clear itself. Asked for a partial refund and was ignored. Units are clean, renovated but not an ideal location. Price reflects that. Great for a single or couple with vehicle. Otherwise not recommended.
- Paula (6/5): - There is no lobby or onsite staff. Need to call ahead and provide a specific arrival time so someone can meet you and check you in, which is inconvenient. The communication was good and the person who met us was friendly and courteous. Room was spacious, clean, and seemed recently remodeled but the road outside was noisy.

- Anmol (10/5): - All things were good during my stay. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent. I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
- April Ann (10/5): - We had a wonderful stay here! The owner was incredibly patient and accommodating, even with our delayed flight, they welcomed us at 3 AM without any issue. The place is clean, spacious, and well maintained. We’d definitely book again if we return to Vancouver!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great stay! - Its an inn with a few rooms on the ground floor of a comerical building. The place is newly renovated, places matches 100% of photos you see on hotels.com. Rooms are newly renovated, fully equipped with microwave / oven, air fryer, coffee machine with pods, towels, dishes, and utensils. Very clean and the bed and sofa bed were extremely comfortable, so were the bedsheets and linens. The property has no staff on site during my 3-day stay but you could just message the owner if you have questions and she is very responsive. Location was a few bus stops ride away from the New Westminter Station, which is off from the city center but we were okay with the 30 minute sky rail back to the city. You could tell the owner put in some thoughts into making their guests feel home away from home. I would recommend adding a coin washer / dryer in the common area for guests to use. Would definitely recommend this to someone looking for a budget stay in the Burnaby / New Westminster area.

- Lisa (8/5): - The area seems a little sketchy, but the hotel itself was lovely. Check in was quick and easy and they're very quick to respond to messages. The room had a well stocked kitchenette with a Keurig and an air fryer.
- Murray (8/5): - Nice clean place with great staff, but the internet sucked. I use the internet for work and had to reconnect every few minutes. I finally gave up. If they improve their internet, i would definitely stay there again. A desk for working would be nice too.

- Jaynny (6/5): - This was my first time encountering a situation where no one was present at the front desk upon arrival. However, the clerk did meet us at the location within the time frame I provided, and I appreciated how quick and easy the check-in process was. A few things could be improved. Some of the dishes were not properly cleaned, so we washed the ones we planned to use. We also noticed we were short one face towel, but we managed with what was available. The mantle above the toilet was loose, which made us hesitant to place anything on it. Additionally, the water in the bathtub drained very slowly, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, while showering, I noticed a lot of water was splashing out to the floor when the glass doors were closed. One issue that affected our sleep was the bright balcony light — even with the blinds closed and room lights off, it remained quite noticeable. Parking is limited, but we were fortunate to always find a spot when needed.
- Michael (8/5): - The room is clean, except the toilet cover is loose needs to tighten. The property still not done renovating. Overall is a good place when is done.
- Fiona (8/5): - Honestly it is a strange hotel. No front desk, security person shows you to room and that’s it. The room was very clean but it just felt uninviting. Bed was comfortable but negated by the noisy street outside.
