- Dorothy (8/5): - The floor in the apartment was not perfectly clean. We were wearing new slippers with light soles that are now dirty. Washing up liquid container was empty!
- Kent (8/5): - Rent och snyggt, MEN GPS ledde oss till en byggplats varifrån man inte kunde köra fram till hotellet. Hårtork saknades på rummet - kunde ev beställas från receptionen. CNN, BBC med flera engelskspråkiga kanaler fanns inte med i TV-utbudet. Bra garageplatser. Promenadavstånd till Old Town.

- Hermann (10/5): zwei Nächte im Alterheim - freundlicher Empfang. sehr grosses Zimmer (Wohnung). Fahrräder durften wir kostenlos in die Einstellhalle stellen (nachdem es zuerst hiess für 10Euro). Zu Fuss etwa 10-15 Min ins Zentrum
- Marco (10/5): - Struttura nuova, pulita, personale gentile e ben collegata con il centro città. La consiglio vivamente!!.
- Sean (10/5): - The room was exceptionally clean with nice beddings and furniture, which was a pleasant surprise considering the low price. The only minor issue was the area around it. There's a lot of construction and development around the area, which I'm sure will look great in a few years. It is only a few minutes walk to the river which is a very nice area, and about a 25 minute walk to the town centre. For its price it's a great place to stay.
- Carys (10/5): Ideal for stopover - Perfect for what we needed - a stop on the way back to Dieppe for the ferry. Brand new and spotless. Excellent facilities in the room including fridge freezer and microwave. Very comfortable beds! Not in a particularly appealing area - building site on the side of a link road - but it was easy to get to, and back onto the road in the morning. Around 20 minute walk to the centre of Rouen. Would stay again on the way to or from the port.

- yassir (10/5): - J’ai aimé l’hébergement : spacieux pour 4 personnes, avec la possibilité de cuisiner, propre et avec un personnel serviable. On peut rejoindre le centre-ville à pied. Le seul inconvénient est le parking, mais il est possible de se garer dans les ruelles à proximité
- Njaka (8/5): - Emplacement en centre ville, parking souterrain, mais c'était complet et je devais me garer à 400m. Bruyant le matin a cause des travaux a l'extérieur un grand chantier. Sinon le reste c'est bien.
- Alison (10/5): - The hotel was just what we needed for an overnight stay. When we arrived we found the interior to be light, bright and welcoming. The staff were attentive and cheerful and explained where we needed to park as there’s no parking at the hotel it’s self. The room was spacious and clean . The beds were comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. There is a building site next door as it looks like extensive work is being carried out in the area. We were not bothered by this at all. The hotel is situated a 10-15 minute walk from the town. We found this an easy walk into a very picturesque area with cafe, bars and restaurants. It was very lively and we had a lovely meal out. We did not use the hotel for breakfast and checkout was very quick. All in all a very pleasant if not quick stay

- Mike (10/5): Superb self-catering apartment - Superb self-catering apartment with a nearby Carrefour Express mini-mart. Splendidly clean and quiet, with air-con and balcony. If you were eating out, then the local options are more limited, but it's a 20 mins walk to the historical centre of Rouen.

- Olga (10/5): - Very nice new place. It is spacious, clean, and bright inside. A good grocery store is 10 min walk from the place. The internet is good. The front office people are very friendly. Possible to walk to the old town. Easy to get to the central station. Overall, I highly recommend it!

- Lorraine (10/5): Wonderful value - As I write, this Zenitude is virtually brand new. Opened only in May. So atm everything is immaculate. The hotel was a bit hard to find though, and we got lost in the underground car park! Could do with better signage tbh. Having said that it was virtually a perfect stay. Ive used a few Zenitudes around France and all have been excellent. This us wonderful value for money and possibly the comfiest hotel bed I have ever slept on.
- Debora (8/5): - Great newly renovated apartments with airco. Centraly located and friendly staff. It was just a pity that our toilet wasn't working properly, so we had to pack everything again and move to another room. This can happen, but we got an apartment in return which was actually smaller. I would have appreciated it if you would have given us some kind of compensation for this inconvenience. Like a bigger apartment or free breakfast / a discount. This would have made me return the next time. Also, for longer term, I advice to place a dishwasher and a washing machine.

- Peter (8/5): Fräscht senior boende - Hotellet verkade vara ett senior boende. Det fanns parkering i huset men bara få platser. Rummet var stort och rymligt hade ett kök så man kunde laga lite lättare rätter om man ville. Vi hade med oss frukost så utnyttjade inte de faciliteter som fanns på hotellet. Köpte hämt pizza på kvällen vi kom dit. Fräsch, rent och rymligt så kan verkligen rekommendera hotellet(om man nu kan kalla det för hotell)
- Sophie (8/5): Godt hotel i central beliggenned - Superfint hotel med yderst venligt personale. Meget nyt! Hvilket er lækkert, fordi alt føles i god stand og rent og pænt. Der kunne godt være lidt på væggene eller andet hygge. Og så var det lidt forskelligt, om vi havde vand eller ej - men vi tror, det er fordi de arbejdede på vandrørene udenfor. Alt i alt var vi meget tilfredse! Og beliggenheden er fantastisk!
