Asked for a room away from loud people and front desk clerk replied “it’s a hotel, there’s going to be people.” He could’ve been professional about his response but instead was rude and gave attitude. I’ve stayed several times and always the same unprofessional attitude.

• Lee (4/5): Not very good at all - Tried checking in at midnight and no one showed up until about 12:30 AM. Got to my room there was a bug in the bathroom dead on the floor, TV did not work. Bed was like sleeping on a boxspring without the box, shower pressure does not exist went down to check out and no one came to the reception Desk. This place needs some help seriously

• Felix (10/5): One Night In Laredo Hotel Inn - From Welcome to Good Bye everyone was friendly and helpful at Laredo Hotel Inn. It appears that the hotel is getting needed updates done and is at a stage that I will book future stays there. My room was renovated, comfortable, and quiet. The pool looks well kept and the grounds are clean. The breakfast area and selection can use a little help. The selection of fresh fruit on the buffet was very nice and welcome. See you next time :-)

• Mark (4/5): Poor service - Room was ok, although bathtub was pretty nasty looking. The issue was the internet was out, and they did not tell me when I checked in. I pointed that out, and the clerk told me to come to the lobby to use theirs. I told him no, and he quickly said "well I tried". I told him I want to check out, but he said no refunds. I know it's not the clerks fault the internet is out, but I would expect to be told if the internet, power, water or tv were not working before I checked in. Pretty basic

• Clifton (10/5): - The facilities are old, but have been updated and are clean. The place looks dreary as all the buildings are gray and there are no plants, just pavement, sidewalk and rock. However, the people at the front desk are great, very welcoming, efficient and helpful. There is a pool. The room was clean and has more than I had anticipated. There was a mini fridge, microwave, and mini-coffee maker. There are plenty of electric outlets, and the bathroom has nice towels. There is a large screen TV, plenty of room, and the AC works well. There are sheer curtains and blackout curtains. The bed is comfortable, plenty of pillows, linens, blanket and bed spread. I was very happy with my stay. This hotel attracts a lot of workers such as truck drivers or oil workers because of the good prices and spacious suites, although there were also some couples or families. The hotel is located right next to a Sam's Club. There is plenty of shopping and several restaurants (both fast food or upscale) you can walk to easily. I slept as well here as in a luxury hotel where they charged five times the price.

• Daniel (8/5): Cheap Motel - Cheap motel with 0 frills. Wasnt bad for a quick business stay but not for a family. I got spoken to by homeless people more then a few times. Cheap is a good explanation.

• Darlene (6/5): - I’m not sure how this motel gets the good rating it does. It’s an old motel that has had so upgrades. But the old smell is still there. Lots of rough spots around the room. New furniture and paint can’t change old bones. I’m not suggesting people don’t stay here, I’m saying don’t expect clean, new feel. Personally I would not stay here again.
