Guest Reviews
- Tara (2/5): - If I could give this a ZERO I would. The check in was so bad when checking in that I never even went to the room. The reviews aren’t true. This property seems to be housing misplaced people long term with drug problems. Though the area is very nice surrounding, this place smells musty, had a sign up that we had to get out Monday while they sprayed for bugs, had a sign up on the wall posted that 7 sex offenders were living there and then had a 4 foot tall cabinet full of Narcan. As if that weren’t enough, the front desk help told someone who walked in what room we were in so he could show us where. I was with my son and scared to death and we left immediately and called and reported this to Expedia. We were informed that Expedia called the manager, whom it said they were under new management, and the manager told Expedia we couldnt have a refund because drugs were legal there. I have the screenshots to prove all of this if my conversation. Please save yourself the time and avoid this place. It was the only place left in Kc that weekend is how we ended up there. Expedia and any other site should beware and not list this property, it isnt safe. Shame on the motel for using fake reviews also!
- David (10/5): - Friendly and welcoming staff. Very helpful.
- Raymond (2/5): - Didn’t even give me a room with 2 beds in it which is what I paid for
- Kacie (4/5): - You get what you pay for! The motel is cheap and very bare bones. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and felt like sleeping on plastic. We had several bugs in our room. The room itself felt pretty dirty. It was cheap though! Staff was friendly.
- Ihor (10/5): - Very nice
- Gisele (2/5): - Terrible and nasty
- Elizabeth (2/5): - So nasty, did not even stay there, was so bad we left. Thin bed on weak frame. Dust everywhere, very unclean, 2 thin pillows very light itchy blanlet, used soap in shower, also unclean... everything was unclean. No refund so lost 90$ 😕
- Jerron (6/5): - It was good for price didn’t have any problems room was as clean as you want it to b I stayed a week house keeping only came once but was told that upfront
- Freddy (10/5): - Love it here
- Freddy (10/5): - Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. We’ve stayed several times and have had to extend our stay and have never had any issues. Especially letting us remain in the same room. Rene Shelby at the front desk is Top Notch. No availability is the only reason we will not stay there when working in KC.
- Jackie (10/5): - Listed above
- NICK (2/5): - No thing to sit on besides bed
No shower curtain
No bed side table
Bed was the worst ever
- Doyle (4/5): - Lots of druggies and rough looking people. Rooms are bare bones
- Sabine (10/5): - The room was super clean, we got even our room made each night. Very quiet. wonderful stay!
- Jody (6/5): - It was as expected for the price
- Melvin (4/5): - The property is too close to the interstate and you get road noise till late. Our towels where not changed out or our bed made after the first night. I thought that was a given. Missing 2 of the 3 light bulbs over the sink. The desk clerk was very pleasant though.
- Faulk (6/5): -
Didn't like the faucet in the bathroom didn't work and it had bugs.
- Blue (6/5): - Don’t judge a book by the cover it’s decent for a temp stay 💯
- Kevin (10/5): - reasonable price and friendly service
- Shannon (10/5): - Everybody here was so nice and friendly and I was traveling by myself in the lady in the front made sure I was around people that are here all the time and I appreciated that so much
- Seth (2/5): - The room was disgusting. When booking this room it was never disclosed to me the state of the room. It was dirty, the matress had toenails under it, it smelled like it has never been cleaned. The door looked like it was ready to fall off. There was a vent in the ceiling that was falling out. I was EXTREMELY displeased with my stay.
- Mitchell (4/5): - The sign for the property was out.
- Jing (6/5): - dirty and noise
- dennis (2/5): Bugville - Very bottom of barrel. Office closes at 9 room was dirty and had bugs. Not a good place
