- RONALD STRUM (10/5): My 9 On Canal Stay - The service was excellent. I was impressed by the amount of security; this led to a better sense of well-being. The room was exceptionally clean. Everything was in its proper place. The instructions were spot-on. The parking garage was an added plus, no need to worry about your vehicle being out on the street at night. I highly recommend this facility!

- Adam James (4/5): - The thermostat didn't work so I got to spend the night in a 60 degree room. The Internet could not connect to the TVs and the instructions to get the keys were so bad it took 30 minutes just to figure out how to get in the building. I never got the key card to park my car. Response and assistance typically took several hours or overnight. Save yourself the trouble and get a hotel.

The outdoors overlook was very nice,can't wait to come back in the warmer months for more fun and adventure. The parking garage was well lit and i felt safe walking to my car at night.
