- Terri (10/5): Great bang for the buck! - This hotel provided the best bang for the buck I’ve experienced in quite a while. It smelled clean and was clean. The room was large and uncluttered. There was room for a bassinet if traveling with an infant. The soundproofing worked well and we didn’t notice noise from other guests. Direct TV provided many viewing options. The bathroom was recently renovated and very attractive. It was shower only - no bathtub - and our only complaint was that the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion wall containers weren’t marked! We were left to guess which was which, but there was plenty of everything. Breakfast was nice, and the coffee was very good by hotel standards. We expect to pass through Memphis regularly to visit family and I plan to stay here again!

- Shannon (10/5): - Great place! I travel all the time. I’m from Memphis and come here a lot. This is my go to place bc it’s basically a $200/night hotel a lot less. I can be down town or Collierville in 25 minutes. The Mall and decent restaurants are like 10 minutes away. The breakfast is typical. Frankly I hardly ever eat hotels breakfast unless I’m at a place that has room service. Typical fake eggs, biscuits/gravy, waffles, and so on.

- Ricardo (6/5): Not what we expected - We chose to reserve and pay at property because we wanted to pay for our stay with cash. Front desk staff said the payment was automatic with the card on file and nothing they could do which is not true because we have done this before. There were some dirty finger prints on the wall and door way of the bathroom but the rest of the bathroom was clean. Room was clean and beds are comfortable if you like a firm mattress which we do. The breakfast was sub-par at best. It was more like a Continental breakfast with very few options. I purposely only reserve hotels that have buffet style breakfast because of our kids. This is not an experience we usually have with La Quinta hotels. Most likely would not stay at this location again.
- Sabrina (10/5): - It was a very beautiful hotel, it was very clean, spacious rooms, and smelt so good in the hallways. Definitely will be back. (just please add some bacon to your breakfast)
- Jeffery (10/5): - The room and hotel were clean and welcoming. Memphis itself is scary. Would stay at this hotel again but really do not want to visit too many places in Memphis.
- Barry (6/5): Difficult - First, Elevator was broken upon arrival. With a broken leg the stairs were hard to navigate. Seconds, room was extremely warm. They had the heat on and it was lined 97 degrees outside!!! Third, could not find remote for the tv. They were going to bring one to us but then ended making us switch rooms because of the remote issue! Again, with a broken leg having to pack up everything and move again was difficult.

- Verified traveler (2/5): A swimmingly bad time. - When I looked for a hotel, I looked for one with a pool. When I booked the hotel it had a pool shown in the listing. When I arrived at the hotel, there was no pool. Not realizing this until the next day I went to the front desk; I wanted to know if there was anything they could do. However because I booked through Hotels there was nothing they could do. The receptionist was polite when talking to me, the only upside to this stay. I left with nothing done and a bad taste in my mouth.

- Thomas Charles (6/5): - The hotel is a beautiful, new, contemporary stay in the Bartlett/Memphis area. My only issue was their choice of bedding. We had a reservation for a king-sized bed and were given two queen-sized instead. But the combination of a cheaper soft, Sealy mattress on top of a metal frame, for me, results in an extremely stiff back in the morning. Although I appreciate and welcome the new hotel to the area, I'll have to think twice before booking there again.
