• Melanie (8/5): Ein traumhafter Blick direkt am Meer für 1 Woche war es ausreichend - Der Blick war einfach unglaublich. Direkt am Strand, morgens mit Meeresrauschen und dem Blick wach zu werden unbeschreiblich. Das Zimmer war nicht größer als ein Hotelzimmer, dafür dass dort Appartement mit 1 Schlafzimmer stand. Das Frühstück war überhaupt nicht toll. Kaum Auswahl. Man hat uns 2 Croissants direkt in den Behälter getan und keine anderen Croissants mit Füllung z.b. die ebenfalls da waren. Man hat sich nicht willkommen geheißen gefühlt.

• Florencia (9/5): Habitación cómoda y limpia frente a la playa - Habitación amplia, limpia y cómoda con balcón en primera línea de la playa. Cuenta con heladera, tv y aire acondicionado. El check in se realiza en otro hotel que por la playa queda a 1 cuadra caminando, el desayuno también se sirve en ese hotel. Hay espacio de estacionamiento. A la habitación se accede solo por escalera 1 piso, no fue problema en nuestro caso, pero para considerar.

• Andrea (9/5): Maravillosa vista y ubicación - Ubicación maravillosa frente a la playa, linda vista del mar, habitación grande, cama cómoda. Las fotos no son todas del alojamiento pues el desayuno es en un restorante cercano con vista al mar. Buen desayuno. Nos hicieron la limpieza y cambio de toallas todos los días, cosa que se agradece pues varios alojamientos casi ya no lo hacen. Si vas en auto tiene estacionamiento privado gratis. El lavamanos estaba tapado, en frigobar era antiguo por lo que hacía mucho ruido, tuvimos que desenchufarlo. Faltó ropa de abrigo extra para la cama pues justo comenzó a hacer frío cuando estuvimos y no había nada extra.
• Wanderlust1944 (6/5): - On the beach. We booked a room with two beds and balcony, and received one bed and no balcony and no amount of complaining directly with the owners and through Booking.com result in getting what we paid for. They call these apartments but they are simple hotel rooms!

• Christine (10/5): Séjour agréable les pieds dans l'eau - La localisation et le confort de la chambre sont irréprochable, la situation avec vue sur la mer vraiment agréable. Le petit déjeuner se passe dans un environnement bruyant.
• Andrei (1/5): Extremely bad - scam alert!! - Located on the beach The property does not correspond to the description and photos. I reserved an apartment with separate living room and one bedroom, but I received just a room. The property simply does not have at all such an apartment but advertises as it does have. The managers did not want to admit the mistake and offer compensation. They stopped answering my messages after I sent the evidence. Moreover, the shower, sink and lights did not work properly. There is no net for insects at the window and there are plenty of mosquitos which bit us. A bad smell was coming from the bathroom. This property is just a scam and ruined my entire vacation. Please avoid it!!

Quindi nessuna possibilità di far colazione se non andare a piedi da loro ….. veramente poco piacevole

• Guest (8/5): Alloggio pratico e suggestivo, migliorabile nel complesso. - Posizione eccellente, proprio sulla spiaggia; piacevole addormentarsi e svegliarsi col rumore delle onde. Comodo il posto posto auto privato e coperto, dal momento che il luogo è sempre molto affollato. Ottima la pulizia della stanza sebbene il servizio non fosse effettuato sempre al solito orario, potendo talvolta creare qualche disagio. Personale della sala colazione gentile e cordiale. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Amministrazione e sala colazione locata distante dall’alloggio; raggiungibile o dalla spiaggia (200m) o dalla strada (500m). Scarsa cordialità e disponibilità del personale di amministrazione; avari anche nel dispensare consigli suggerimenti riguardo a spiagge e attrazioni della zona. Bello il servizio Jacuzzi in terrazza panoramica ma con scarsa privacy durante l’utilizzo (la terrazza, attrezzata a sala ristorante, restava comunque accessibile a clienti e personale della struttura). Spiaggia libera affollatissima nel periodo di Agosto, con ombrelloni piantati fin dalle prime luci dell’alba. Posto frequentato per lo più da famiglie e coppie anziane. Nel complesso tranquillo. Colazione ampliabile nella scelta, ma cornetti caldi buonissimi.
• Andrea (9/5): Ottima posizione - Camera molto pulita e ben organizzata. Vista mare. Il balcone affaccia direttamente sulla spiaggia. Parcheggio privato ,ottima posizione. Personale cordiale. Colazione con poca scelta, da migliorare. Assenza di una fontanella esterna per evitare di portare in camera la sabbia.
• Katja (7/5): 6 giorni a Torre Lapillo - La vicinanza al mare ....praticamente sulla spiaggia SPLENDIDO ed è solo per questo che si arriva a 7 di punteggio Dopo aver segnalato che all'interno della camera la tenda era rotta, il condizionatore perdeva acqua, il rubinetto del lavello si muoveva e il bidet era tappato nessuno ha fatto nulla Inoltre all' ingresso del residence sarebbe stata utile una fontanella per lavare i piedi dalla sabbia e non sporcare le camere Infine mancava uno stendino da balcone ....comodini con cassetti e qualche appendiabiti a muro e mensole portaoggetti sia in bagno (quello che era posizionato in bagno era da terra e per di più instabile) che in camera La colazione (compresa a buffet) era solo dolce e molto minimal
• Michele (6/5): Solo il mare merita - La posizione della struttura è unico elemento positivo in quanto si trova proprio vicino al mare. La spiaggia purtroppo era sempre piena di ombrelloni che nn hanno permesso di essere a proprio agio. La depandance a pochi metri dalla reception nn era abbastanza pulita, difatti abbiamo trovato in stanza in diversi punti capelli sparsi e una gomma da masticare sotto un comodino. Il parcheggio interno privato era un caos, difatti le auto erano parcheggiate senza alcuna regola e per uscire abbiamo aspettato che venisse il proprietario dell’auto che aveva parcheggiato dietro la nostra. L’accoglienza è sta pessima.

• Cătălin (1/5): Hotiday: You pay a lot, you don't get what you booked => ruined vacation - + Building on the beach + Parking under the building (although very, very cramped - don't come here if you are not a skilled driver or if you have a big car) - the room we booked (based on the photos on Booking) was supposed to have a balcony with a sea view. Instead, we received a room without balcony, only with a small door protected by a railing. The owner initially acknowledged the mistake on WhatsApp, then did not admit anything. He states that the pictures on Booking are for guidance only, and that they allocate rooms according to availability. This is an ordinary scam, done with the consent and fault of Booking, who do not check whether the information/pictures posted on their website correspond to reality. Even after talking to Booking 2 times (waiting 1 hour on hold, on an international call to the UK, which cost me over €100, being in roaming) the owner did not want to accept he was wrong, and to compensate me in any way for the inconvenience caused. Finally Booking assumed its share of responsibility and refunded me the difference between the 2 types of rooms, but the money offered did not increase my comfort. - Another ripoff: the room is very small - a double in which Hotiday crammed a small folding bed, tucked under an iron shelf suspended on the wall (!!) so as to pretend that it is a triple. That bed was for children no older than 14 years old. A teenager or adult cannot sleep on it. - Other inaccuracies: the building where we were accommodated does NOT have the restaurant shown in the photos nor the terrace with jacuzzi. These are located in another building (B&B Bahiamar), which is located 60 m away. - Another ripoff: the worst breakfast I've had in all the hotels in the world where I've stayed. Only sweet! And very poor. Just a few croissants that quickly ran out and some dry cakes with various fruits. Toast with jam (no butter). There is no coffee machine on the terrace. Coffees have to be ordered from the waiter, who slowly brings them from the bar downstairs. By the time he comes back, all the water and juices from the small and insufficient bottles are consumed.

• guido (4/5): Posizione perfetta ma non ad agosto ma staff senza motivazione - La posizione ma non ad agosto Staff molto svogliato ql check in abbiamo aspettato sotto il sole 2 ore, frigor non funzionante e colazione inguardabile. Altri ospiti ci hanno detto che era meglio non andarci nemmeno
• Ruggiero (7/5): - La nostra camera era in una dependance Ogni mattina per fare colazione dovevamo fare avanti e dietro 2 strade dopo per salire nella sala colazione, molto scomodo. Inoltre nella depandance per salire in camera c’è una scala molto ripida ed aperta su un lato non adatta ai bambini piccoli, bisognerebbe chiuderla è pericoloso
• Banu (6/5): - Location was great. Towels and sheets were not clean. Wifi was very bad and disconnecting all the time. Breakfast is very poor. Shower is leaking outside the cabin. After the shower the bathroom floor is full of water. No place or option to wash your feet outside the room after the beach. Therefore you always enter the room with sandy feet, which makes the room floor even dirtier.
