Guest Reviews
- Kimberly (2/5): - Did not like if you ask about anything
- Terra (8/5): For the price ill rlbe returning - The staff is always understanding ive stayed a few nights here and at 48 bucks online really cant bewt it may not look pristine but everythings in working order and you really dont think about it after you doze off.
- Kimberly (2/5): - Wouldn’t go back there attitude was nasty had very thin blanket if you ask about another they got mad pillows flat as pancakes would not recommend rude and not professional
- Amy (6/5): - It served its purpose, not the cleanest, and very dingy. But it was a spot to spend the night, I did have a person knock on my door to inquire about pizza delivery. Which I didn’t really appreciate. Especially with the state that she was in, she was quite inebriated.
- Lex (10/5): - Clean room
- Stephanie (2/5): - The couple at the front desk were pretty difficult during check in. And i booked online, they asked for additional $10 for a key deposit. They were very rude impatient and a huge language barrier. The place is very shotty and they onlyballow you to stay for 2 nights.
- DARAN (8/5): - Like the price very reasonable
- Jovan (10/5): - T
- Jovan (10/5): - Nice people
- Robert (8/5): - Needs to be cleaner but for that price I can’t complain
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good for the price. - The rooms are old and not the cleanest, but they get the job done. They only take cash for the deposit, but the deposit is only 20$ so it's not bad. The staff is super nice. The beds are comfortable, though I suggest bringing more pillows. If you’re looking for a fancy hotel, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay cheap and safe, this is good.
- Brittany (2/5): - Nothing never again
- Bryan (2/5): Do no - The door didn't work. No smoke detectors filthy room. Horrible owners
- George (10/5): - 🙂
- George (10/5): - Quiet, clean and nice.
- Branden (2/5): - Broken sink, dirty floor The window had a sign covering it, so you couldn’t open it it was taped on. But other people can open there’s weird. Also, there was no shower curtain. A roll of used toilet paper. The ac sucked and was all the way by the bathroom. Couldn’t even feel it.
- steven (6/5): - Okay, well, I'll never poo-poo a motel in this price range. I hadn't seen a rate this low in 15 years. Other folks must have felt the same way, because when i woke up after the first night of my 3 night stay, the parking lot was full.
It must be difficult to perform the upkeep on an old property like this. It seemed like it was just a small family running it, but i don't know for sure. Something i hadn't seen before, when checking in, they demanded a $20 cash deposit to receive your remote control for the TV. Once i figured out the remote, there was a good TV plan, with plenty of channels including local stations. The room was good-sized, and smelled like someone smoked a pound of dank weed in there, even though there were 'no smoking' signs all over the property.
The bed was comfortable. There was a microwave and full-sized fridge(!)-which was nice. The bath was clean. Older fixtures. Some holes which could use patching. With the full capacity, i found out getting back to the room late meant the hot water had run out. Not that i wanted hot water during my stay-the temps were in the 90s. Which brings me to the only real problem I had : the AC didn't work very well. While it was 90 outside, the AC unit in my room was kicking out some 78 degree coolness on full blast in the room. So it was a little better inside... but not much. Again, im sure it must be tough to try to fix all the things that need fixing. in closing, if you are on a low budget, you can't beat the price.
- Branden (2/5): - Door does not lock the owner met me at my door before checking out
- George (10/5): - 👍
- Raymond (2/5): - Management is the extremely unprofessional and the property itself is very run down and unsanitary. Unswept floors, dirty bathroom, tub & toilet, burned up couch and burned up comforter, & only 2 out the 5 lights in the room work. Aside from that, management was rude and aggressive during check in, and took $20 for a deposit instead of the $10 that was stated in the confirmation while also only giving back $10 upon check out. There’s barely any parking. I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy and I sincerely regret having to stay there.
- Joel (2/5): - There is bugs
- Robin (2/5): - Place to lay your head & go!

- Jazmen (2/5): - Nasty
- James (8/5): - quite clean place to sleep
- Jimmy (8/5): - Quite
- Camaro (2/5): - Workers barely spoke english, were very rude and wouldn't honor a receipt I showed them for may 18 - May 20 so they owe me a free room or a refund. ROOM had a weird smell but the sheets were clean.
- Roseanna (8/5): Basic motel for basic price - Def low budget motel
Served the purpose
- Mz (2/5): - The sheets were dirty, it was a bag over a spot of black mold. That’s what I get for just booking anything
- Jovan (8/5): - Nice people
- Robert (6/5): - Pretty ok place. It was quiet, nice space, decent amenities. Could have been cleaner, but can't argue with the price imo.
- Robert (4/5): - I've been to this place before and they had average/ok service but this time I didn't really enjoy my stay. First off, I always book my stayings through Expedia but they always act like they don't do that. So it kinda starts off with you going back and forth with someone saying you paid online until someone else comes in and processes it then asks for the deposit. Don't know why I have to go through those loops but, ok. Now, my main problem is that I saw a roach on my last day there before I took a shower. It was like 4 or 5 in the am when this happened and I IMMEDIATELY packed my things to check out. I go up there, tell them and they say they're having their "spray man" come tomorrow or something. I think that's kinda unfair that I won't enjoy a "roach-free experience" till the next day so I asked for a discount. The person just said no and that's it. Not even a sorry for the inconvenience. I took a picture and everything but they deflected the whole thing. Kinda gross imo. Don't think I'm coming back here again.
- Roosevelt (10/5): - Safe Quiet Dining
- JABBAR (2/5): - No shampo, old place not clean
- Sarah (2/5): - I never got to stay at the property but thanks to Expedia you guys were awesome and so was Cash app I got my money refunded within 48 hours so I'm not on the street thank you they wouldn't take me there because I had a cat even though they said they were pet friendly
- Roosevelt (10/5): - Safe Quiet Dining
- LaTasha (4/5): - It was good for the price I paid. But this is somewhere call girls take their tricks. The manager was nice and the room was clean.
- Michael (6/5): - Good place for the price

- Tonya (10/5): - Yes
- Roosevelt (10/5): - Safe quiet dining options
- Todd (10/5): - It was dirty
- Roosevelt (10/5): - Safe and Quiet Dinning options
- Janice (2/5): - completely filthy and bed bugs
- Frederick Warren (2/5): - Unfortunately, this was a terrible experience. From the customer service to the room conditions. Upon my stay I was bitten. Bed bugs , -50 out of 1,000,000,000 would recommend this place if you like pain. After mentioning the conditions to the owner. He advised me that “every one has bed bugs”. After that comment I left.

They clean for any time you ask. ( As long as you ask during time they are cleaning). I have been staying in motels for about three months now and the Dorchester motel has the cheapest price in this area. So if you looking for cheap place to stay this is your place then.
