- Olivia (6/5): - Stay Koook was a dependable and comfortable find. The room itself was large enough to have a luggage in with the bed conveniently sliding side-to-side for easy access to closet. We were lucky to have a room overlooking the street below that could not be heard when the large windows were closed. This also gave us extremely easy access to the public transportation. The public area had plenty of creature comforts and even included a place you could cook and grab coffee or tea. A few important factors to point out that would be helpful when choosing a hotel. 1. The whole bathroom is glass, the shower door as well as the door to the bathroom. There is a curtain that pulls in front on the bed area but does not directly cover the bathroom. There is no fan or window or way to prop open door to bathroom which led to or towels staying damp and the air staying stale in there. If someone were to open your room door while you are in the shower they would be able to see directly into the shower area. We did have someone open our door for service before I could get to the door- which would have been awkward if occupying the bathroom 2. There is no TV. Didn’t matter to us but helpful to know. 3. In FAQ it says the room gets serviced every three days, the only thing done in our room was trash removal. Unfortunately no paper products replenished or clean towels. When i messaged for more from the front desk there must have been a communication breakdown because we never did receive them.

- Richard (10/5): - Stay KooooK Munich is an exceptional place to stay when visiting the city. Property is very clean (new) and is located close to City Centre and the Munich Central Station (München Hauptbahnhof). Next time we visit Munich we plan to stay at Stay KooooK.

- Danxing (10/5): - The unit I booked had a small, exquisite kitchen. The room was very modern and well-spaced. The only thing I found inappropriate was the transparent glass door of the toilet. The building has a nice commons area with a kitchen for residents.Location is convenient ,public transportation is around the corner.

- anita (10/5): - Wonderful, new, clean, all amenities that you might need for a fun stay. Staff are very responsive and accommodating. Able to leave bags before check-in and after to extend the visit to the city. Lots of restaurants, activities, and public transportation in the area. Spacious room, plus the lobby/handout area with a water refill station and coffee. Plus games, video games, and a full kitchen. The only part that was a surprise was the all-clear glass bathroom in the middle of the apartment. Very difficult to have privacy to use the bathroom/shower.

The place is clean & safe.Last but not the least Staffs is very nice & accomodating, Helpful & Allow us to check In early which is really helpful to us to continue our tour and help us settle down to our new place. Ill stay in same place if ill be back in Munich, Germany.
- James (6/5): Nice location, poorly maintained. - We rented 3 rooms, 2 didnt have AC to start, one never did, they fixed the other after an uncomfortable first night. All the showers overflowed. It is a nice hotel in a convenient location but its poorly maintained and serviced. The tech on our first night (all via phone since no one on site) kind of told me good luck sorry youre room is flooding in the shower and that its hot.

Unique though was being able to use the public area which had its own kitchen, laundry, sitting areas to relax or communicate with other travellers; also some supplies to top up if needed. Loved our stay here!

- Anne (10/5): - We just finished a 4 night stay at Stay Kooook. We were extremely pleased with our room. While not overly large, it was decorated in a contemporary theme and laid out very efficiently. I think it was perhaps the quietest hotel I have ever stayed in - no sound of elevator doors opening or closing, no outside noise and because there were only two other rooms on our floor, we seldom even heard a door close. Perfect when you are trying to overcome jet lag! The bed was comfortable and we felt we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. We are both in our 70s and had no trouble navigating the digital entry. The hotel is less than a 5 minute walk to the main subway station (Munich Hauptbanhof) and only a few minutes more to the terminal for German Rail (DB) and was also walking distance to Marienplatz and the Old Town. A very convenient location for visitors to Munich! Highly recommend! Thanks for a great stay!

- Wing Yan (10/5): - The hotel is excellent. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Europe. Very clean, very new, everything in the room is so advanced. The common room on the first floor is so chill. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and always reply guests' enquiries promptly (24x7). I must recommand to others and will visit again.

- Paul (6/5): - Die Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich modern und zentral. Es gibt jedoch kein Personal, keinen Empfang und einen Zimmerservice (Reinigung) hatten wir auch nicht. Von der Ausstattung gibt es kein Fernseher, keine Zahnbürstenbecher, keinen Mülleimer (außer für Kosmetik im Bad), keine Parkplätze usw. Die Bettwäsche ist leider sehr schlecht und bringt einen in der Nacht an den Rand der Dehydration, wegen übermäßigem schwitzen. Wer „nur“ einen Platz zum schlafen in der Nähe des Bahnhofs möchte, ist aber trotzdem gut aufgehoben.
- Verified traveler (2/5): An u - The first thing on arriving is our digital key did not work even though online it said our room was ready. What really made the stay quite unworkable for us as a group of friends traveling together is that the bathroom door is of clear glass so there is absolutely no privacy when using the bathroom. We ended up having to rig a sheet over the glass to find some privacy. The We Wash laundry system was a headache and the QR code provided did not connect the machines so that we could use them. The lady at the reception was quite rude when we asked for help. I’m short it was not a welcoming stay and we would not stay here again or recommend it to fellow travelers.

The hotel is located just steps from Marienplatz. I recommend it because it has everything a traveler needs.

- harold (8/5): - Strange how the bed is on a rail at the back wall. When you sit on the edge of the bed it rolls away and at check in my wife was on the other side and the bed slammed into her foot. The room was comfortable and was nice to have the two beds divided by storage units. The sofa bed should be changed out for a bed so the third person is not stuck with a very uncomfortable pull out. Very close to transit and many of the sites downtown. Cost is very high per night and no housekeeping for our stay.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Rigtig fint lejlighedshotel der ligger tæt på alting især centralstationen, alt var rent og nyt. Sengene var gode og køkkenet med alt man skal bruge. Man skal dog være opmærksom på, at der ikke som sådan er noget service og personale, hverken på hotellet eller over telefonen, da deres telefonnummer ikke virker. Derudover skal hoteller virkelig stoppe med at have full on glas dør og vægge til badeværelset.
- Sharad (10/5): - This place is great in all aspects - 10 min walk to Marienplatz, 5 min to the station, grocery store right downstairs, and great restaurant and bars around. I'd say the only drawback is that the bathroom has glass doors. Anyone in the room can completely see you doing whatsoever. If you are traveling with children, or would like doing your business with some privacy, being a newspaper or a roll of kitchen paper and tape to cover the glass.

- Katia M F (10/5): Hospedagem Adoravel! - Opção excelente para hospedagem. Portaria digital. Não possui recepção mas é muito fácil o acesso a propriedade e quarto. Possui um espaço chamado "area pública" que oferece uma sala de leitura, cozinha comunitária com todos os utensilios para preparar um refeição. Anemidades oferecidas como frutas, água, café e outros. Um encanto. Se vc preferir também pode preparar suas refeições em sua acomodação. No meu caso fiquei em um studio suite. As camas são bastante confortaveis. Possui máquina de lavar roupas e louças, fogão, cafeiteira, chaleira e os utensilios. E o atendimento fui muito eficiente e gentileza. Amamos.

- Luciane (8/5): Excelente hotel, porém sem privacidade no banheiro - A localização é ótima, perto de restaurantes e da estação central, o que facilita muito o deslocamento pela cidade. É tudo automatizado, não cruzei com nenhum funcionário em toda minha estadia, tive um pouco de dificuldade de entender como as chaves funcionavam no começo, mas depois achei bem prático. Cama confortável, cozinha bem equipada, lavanderia coletiva e sala de convivência. Tudo muito novinho. O único ponto negativo foi a parede do banheiro. Ele é separado do quarto por uma parede de vidro, o que faz com que não haja nenhuma privacidade para uso do chuveiro ou do vaso sanitário, o que pode ser bastante desconfortável dependendo de com quem você esteja viajando. Se não fosse esse detalhe, daria nota 10.

- Gitte (8/5): Rigtig godt hotel til prisen - Dejligt stop-over i München på interrail, inden turen gik videre mod Italien. Perfekt beliggenhed for os, da hotellet ligger i gåafstand til banegården. Det var superlet at tjekke ind online, og nøglerne på app'en fungerede upåklageligt. Hotellet er nyt og i rigtig fin stand. Det er rigtig dejligt, at man har mulighed for madlavning, opbevaring af mad og vask i fællesområderne for bare at fremhæve nogle af fordelene ved hotellet.

Everything is thoughtfully designed, and you can access all areas—like the room, entrance, and terrace—digitally through your phone. We were lucky to be there during the opening party and were treated to food by the friendly and welcoming Stay KooooK staff.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - Brand new hotel in town. Very convenient location to the hbf and other public transport, could also walk to the old town. Everything was brand new, clean with modern design, fully equipped kitchen. Room was pretty spacious. Staff were super friendly. First time experiencing such contactless door unlocking function, may not be super ideal for elderly. The hotel offered free tea and coffee, some confectionery and stuff at the public area, allowing you to chill or refresh yourself. It was a few days into their opening , the staff were still modifying some parts of the building and there was a bit of the unpleasant smell in the public accessible parts but was fine inside the room. A point to note, the door to shower and toilet was glass and completely transparent, even when there was curtains between the living room & kitchen/ toilet & shower / bedroom, it was still a little embarrassed for my family when using the facility, had to inform everyone before using the toilet and shower and try not to pass by. Otherwise, pleasant stay in general.
