Guest Reviews
- David (10/5): - TV remote didn't work. Bathroom needed an update.
- John (8/5): - ..
- Michael (10/5): - Great hotel with an amazing staff! Very clean and nicely remodeled
- Randa (6/5): - The price was right for the motel .Did not like having to cross street for everything. The check in, breakfast, and ice machine were across the street. Coffee pot was missing, asked for one and waited quite awhile for it. Breakfast wasn't till 7 so we had to leave before it opened. Everything was locked up so couldn"t get coffee either. They are working on inside of rooms which is good. Outside looks scary!
- Bruce (4/5): Not a good option - In the shower there was a hole in the wall near where you would turn it on so we could not take a shower. The facet in the sink did not work properly. It is an old motel that has been renovated well. I would not stay there again.
- David (8/5): I would stay again - The air conditioner worked well as the heater. We were able to keep the room at a good temperature. The only issue is the parking lot is not designed to handle a trailer with a side-by-side.
- Susan (6/5): - Room was adequate had too go across
- Elizabeth (6/5): - The room was dirty. There were large dust bunnies under the bed, grime around the bathroom sink, the floors were dirty and there were several ants in the room, getting into our suitcases.
The walls are paper thin and we could hear a full phone conversation from the person in the room next to us.
- Eric (2/5): - The motel messed up the reservation from Expedia and did not have my room. They did not do anything to fix the problem, help me find a new room, proactively call me ahead of time, and generally we’re just mean about the whole situation. I had to find another room at 9pm in a town that was sold out already. Ended up driving to the next town over for a more expensed room which they wouldn’t reimburse me for. So bad all around!!
- Stephen (4/5): Will not stay here again. - Room was fairly clean on arrival but check in process took 45 min and service was poor as 2 others were checked in ahead of us as we waited even though we were already in the process. We were there for the week, they never cleaned, did not bring clean towels( had to gather up dirty towels and hunt someone down to request clean ones), had to buy TP at the dollar store. Very noisy right on busy street and people came in late and could hear everything going on in neighboring rooms. They did have a simple breakfast included that was okay but their entire staff/ family was filling up the dining area.
Pretty bad when you pay over $500 and you are cleaning your own room. The end of the week they did not even have enough clean linens to swap out. 🙄
- Michael (10/5): - Everything eas
- Sheldon (10/5): - Good
- Douglas (8/5): - Nice stay, clean still do remodeling. Had to go across the street for ice.
- Leticia (6/5): - Para cobrar no tienen post, debo mostrar mi tarjeta y tambien los números de atrás, temo que usen esos datos para fraude.
- Christine (10/5): - Very nice!
- Gage (4/5): - Arrived at the hotel and was greeted by someone at the door just barely opening it, pointing across the street and with very broken english telling us to check in at the Econolodge or whatever the name was. Had to drive across the street to checkin and then drive back across the street to our room. Also had to stand at the checkin desk for way too long as the checkin person took forever typing whatever he had to type into his computer. There's also very few food options in the area open past 8 pm. Consider staying elsewhere.
- Gerard (10/5): - Everything was nice
- Andrea (10/5): - In una splendida “cittadina” di montagna, comodo pulito ed a un ottimo prezzo
- antonius theodorus maria (8/5): - We liked the hotel and their hospitality. Information available about the little town and diner-options, touristical information. The continental breakfast was fine. We will come back the next time when we are in Utah.
- Erika (8/5): - This was a nice place. Very clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay here again.
- Lucas (10/5): - We had a pleasant night at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. It’s not a luxury place, but at this price point, that’s expected. The manager was great!
Just a heads-up: there’s very little food available in the area, especially after 9 PM, so plan accordingly
- Culver (8/5): - Cumfy for a night.
- Christopher (10/5): - Excellent value. Best beds in Panguitch. Great location near everything in Panguitch. But the shower. . . It was awesome. The water pressure was like a waterfall. Check it out.
- Jacques (6/5): - First impression, the hotel looks like an abandoned place. It is under renovation. You get in the lobby nobody's there. Then a lady (probably manages this place and the hotel across the street) crossed the street and managed to find my reservation. The bedroom is new, but the bathroom is really old. The bathroom was not very clean. I had to scrape brown stains on the side of the bath with the key card. Toothpaste was on the side of the toilet and the sinks... Also there was what looked like dry ice cream on the coffee table. I was supposed to stay there for two days but decided to leave after one day. Of course no refund because of their policy.
- Daniesha (8/5): - The motel is small, but I did enjoy my stay for a couple of days, the room was clean, no broken fixtures, no insect problems, I did really like the air conditioning was very good, worked immediately, however the microwave has this feature on it that comes with a child safety lock, so you’ll need to unlock to open the door after use. This motel is close by the road, so you will hear the vehicles. Overall I would recommend this motel especially that the price was very reasonable.
- Paul (8/5): - The bedroom is remodeled but the bathroom is still old. But clean.
- Maud (10/5): - We arrived after hours but the staff made sure to check us in right away
- Chandrakaushi (10/5): - This property is a great find and value for money. With just 30 mins drive from Bryce we were able to drive for an early sunrise viewing. It’s a clean and well managed property. Owners made sure all our needs were addressed.
Great find and good family place to stay in!
- Randy (6/5): - They are working on fixing the rooms. Maybe be best to complete them before renting them out.
- Reinhard (10/5): - Überraschender Weise war das Frühstück inkludiert!
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis!
Sehr nette Gastgeber!
Komme gerne wieder!!!
- Megan (6/5): Just ok but not bad. Spot on for the price. - The staff at the front desk was very nice. The hotel did have good water pressure and a spacious room with a large fridge. Our room did have ants on the floor and the over all condition of the room was just ok. The room was about what I expected for the price point, especially with only being 25 mins outside of Bryce Canyon. Overall it wasn’t bad.
- carley (2/5): - We arrived to a property that looked run down and abandoned. Some parts of the building had boarded up windows and a for sale sign out front. There was no one at the front desk. After waiting outside for some time a seemingly random person in street clothes walked over from across the street and asked if she could help us. We said we were supposed to check in to this establishment she told us to check in at another property. We felt already a bit hesitant about this as none of this information was described at time of booking. When speaking to the person at the front desk across the hall they said they will show us the room first. I have never had this before at a hotel and it made me extremely hesitant and uneasy. When we expressed this they said there's no reason to be concerned. When they showed us the room it looked dirty rundown and unsecure. The bathroom window looked like it could be broken into easily. We felt unsafe and decided to go elsewhere as I did not want to give my credit card and personal information. When we asked if we could have a refund after expressing our concerns the person at the front desk said it would not be possible and our credit card used to book the room through expedia was charged. I reached out to expedia about this and they said they would look into it. Still have not recieved a refund and had to pay for another hotel same night. Do not book here. Very sketchy and extremely dissapointing experience with expedia and this establishment.
- Florin (10/5): - Management was excelent , thanks!
- SAMUEL (2/5): No business. - This place was closed. No business.
