- Jake (2/5): - Construction going on the entire stay. Lack of power causing no water, Wi-Fi or electricity use. We were locked out of the property at night and unable to get back for hours until morning. No answer via phone WhatsApp or at the property entrance. No van transport arrived to the pick up point to help with luggage up the steep hill to the entrance. Leaking bathroom sink and clogged toilet that were not resolved the entire stay. Improvements definitely need to be made, and staff was not eager to resolve any of the issues. In fact, they laughed when I told them I was locked outside all night.
