It would be great if it is posted. Also while the drive from airport is shown 11 minutes - in reality it takes 25 minutes or so.

Staff usually uses translation machines to communicate and there is also a shuttle service that they offer to go to the airport. Overall it's a great place to be near the airport. Going to the downtown area could take 1 - 1.5 hours depending on traffic.

- jaime (8/5): - Nice and clean but the breakfast wasn’t great. It had a lot of options but the food just didn’t taste great. Location is quite off the beaten path and the shuttle over was quite dangerous. The driver tried to overtake while going uphill on a bridge and if the oncoming traffic didn’t dive into the shoulder things would have been much different. Surpringly I was the only one on the shuttle who noticed or seemed to care. I chose this brand because holiday inn at the airport had such a good breakfast and this price was much cheaper but 30 minutes to and from not the advertised 11 minutes. I assumed it would be 11 minutes closer to downtown but that was not the case either. Size of the room is decent as well.

It's in a remote area, not close to anything. It takes 45minutes to get from and to the airport. So it was a bit deceiving to call it a hotel near the airport. It's also a bit pricey considering its inconvenient location. won't stay there again.

- Dulip (10/5): Best ever customer service. - I have been to many hotels around the world and this is by far one of the best customer service I have experienced. The staff went beyond what they should do to make sure that we have a good experience. Hotel room was amazing well worth the price. I wish I could stay longer but we were there only for transit.

Le service de transfert aéroport est bien présent (navette gratuite incluse), ce qui est un vrai plus. En revanche, j’ai eu des difficultés à trouver la navette à l’aéroport. Il n’y avait pas assez d’indications claires sur l’endroit où l’attendre, ni sur les horaires. J’ai dû appeler deux fois la réception pour avoir des instructions. Cela a un peu gâché l’arrivée après un long voyage. Une fois sur place, tout était impeccable. Je recommande l’hôtel, mais il faudrait vraiment améliorer la communication sur le service de transfert (email de confirmation plus détaillé, ou infos sur le site web).
