- David (6/5): - No cuentan con capacidad de estacionamiento, me tocó experiencia terrible con la policía vial por querer multarme por estar esperando entrar al hotel ya que no hay espacio. Súbanle el sueldo al de recepción Sebastián porque resolvió de inmediato la situación, además de excelente servicio en todo y recomendaciones de lugares etc.

My room was clean on a daily basis and when i say clean i mean perfectly clean and spotless thank you to the cleaning service crew for doing such a wonderful job.the rooms are very nice and comfy with very nice screen tv with options to watch any other entertaining platform. The location is Excellent within the 1st frame of the city and surrounded by many shopping places and parks. The food at the restaurant and the coffe shop where delicious.This will be my number one choice for when i come back to orizaba.

La ubicación céntrica del hotel es excelente, en general fue una excelente experiencia, sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré pronto.

It has a contemporary architectural design and the condition of the furnishings and facilities are excellent. The parking lot is a bit uncomfortable.

Solo un comentario, el servicio del room service no es completo a la carta de restaurante. No quisieron subirme un café en los desayunos cuando si tenían. Fuera de eso es un hotel altamente recomendable

- Victor (10/5): - Me he hospedado antes y después de su remodelación. Y debo decir que me llevé una grata sorpresa. La decoración, ambientación, acabados y nivel de servicio son de un hotel de renombre. Me encantó la zona de bar y restaurant "Ardee". Los muebles de alrededor muy modernos con iluminación led de tonos cálidos, música relajante para la ocasión y la comida muy aceptable. Las habitaciones siguen siendo pequeñas como en su versión anterior, pero funcionales y suficientes para un correcto descanso. Se encuentra en el primer cuadro de la ciudad, así que no tendrás problemas por encontrar farmacias, restaurantes, bares, super mercados y puntos turísticos. En definitiva, una gran experiencia.

- WILLIAMS FELICIANO (10/5): - El personal es muy amable y servicial. Llegamos antes del check in y nos fuimos después del check out y durante ese tiempo nos apoyaron con el vehiculo y equipaje. Tuvimos un inconveniente de salud y de igual manera estuvieron apoyandonos a conseguir ciertos productos durante la madrugada. Han sido de los mejores tratos y servicios que hemos recibido por el personal.
- Juan Jose (8/5): Mi estancia fue agradable - Está en el centro de la ciudad pudiendo ir caminando a los sitios importantes de la zona. El estacionamiento es chico y tardado para llegar a la entrada ya que el tráfico en esa calle es demasiado lento. Sin embargo el hotel en lo general me agradó
