Guest Reviews
- Julia (10/5): - Perfect stay
- Eric (10/5): - Room was nice and clean, new fixtures and breakfast was very good.
- Catherine (10/5): Great Stay - Very clean hotel. Beds were comfy too. Would opt to stay here again. Convenient to freeway and had lots of stores and restaurants nearby, if interested.
- Marjorie (8/5): - I wish there was a coffee maker in the room…..but
The updates here are nice, everything is bright and clean. Breakfast is pretty normal for a hotel, but it is good, can find something to eat for sure.
Very happy with our stay here, will be back.
- jennifer (8/5): - Location was great. Curtains were flimsy, didn’t provide privacy especially since we were on ground floor
- Marjorie (10/5): - Everything was fine, we would stay here again.
- Vincent (10/5): - Great
- Lauri J (8/5): - Basic and simple but clean and quiet.
- Jake (8/5): - For a newer build, it’s already coming apart.
- Mary Lou (10/5): - Very clean and when I needed more towels and bedding. They were right onto it.
- Patrick (8/5): - The hotel was nice but we didn't notice there was no elevator and we were on the second floor with no first floor rooms available. Difficult to get our "stuff"from an extended road trip up the stairs! Our fault for assuming there was an elevator!
- Anthony (8/5): - Room and restroom was small, Staff was very friendly, good amount of parking. Breakfast could have had more variety.
- Joel (10/5): - 60s
- Ernest (10/5): - Safe
- Anton (10/5): - Side door next to our room at the very end of the first floor had a broken lock and outside handle. Front desk clerk said the owner would come soon to fix or secure it.
- Tracy (10/5): - We just needed
- Janis (8/5): - Very clean, friendly staff.. only negative is that there’s no elevator.
- Charlene (10/5): Super hotel!! - Check-in was fast and easy, room was very clean and fresh, staff were friendly and helpful! Will use this hotel again when in the area!
- Robin (10/5): Loved it - This was our second time staying at this hotel. Excellent place to stay.
- Susan (6/5): - The staff were friendly and informative. The building, although updated, seemed to have issues. Toilet was rocking and unsteady, microwave had locking door and hard to open, refrigerator made noise, walls very thin, and everything smelled like deodorizing fragrance. Kind of gross. The vacant hotel right behind this one was kind of creepy.
- Demetrius (4/5): - Very bad service
- Josephine (10/5): - Nice place
- Suresh (8/5): - It was good. Breakfast was also good. Nice experience overall
- Elaine (8/5): - This place is great but NO elevator. Ask for a room on the first floor
.
- Kristen (2/5): Disrespect - Was at Darien Lake all day with my phone in my car. When i reserved, i chose the Pay at the Hotel option. When i went to check in with my w kids at 10pm i was told she canceled my reservation because she could not charge my card. Why would she be trying to charge my card when i hadnt checked in yet? I lock my card when im not physically using it. So i got to look for a new hotel at 10pm, with 2 kids, after a 3 hour drive and q0 hours at Darien Lake.
- Linda (10/5): - Comfortable beds and pillows
Good breakfast.
Very clean
- Mark (10/5): - Very nice stay. Simple clean efficient
- Letty (10/5): - We went to Darien Lake for a Concert so this Hotel was perfect, as it was 18 min from the Theme Park and a walk or drive across the parking lot to a convenience store for gas/snacks and drive through Tim Hortons. The Hotel is clean, being newly renovated and opened back up 4 mo. ago. The desk clerks and staff were friendly. Breakfast was good. We will definitely stay here again if needed.
- Kim E Stevens (8/5): Clean, comfortable motel - It was a perfectly fine place to stay if you’re driving through. Clean, comfortable beds, good shower, close to highway. Even had a good number of choices for TV viewing.
Not a lot of amenities. Had a few venting machines. Nicest thing I can say about breakfast is that there’s a Tim Hortons next door.
If you’re looking for a nice clean place at a reasonable rate, I would definitely recommend.
- Krishnamurthy (10/5): - Very clean and well maintained
- Linda (10/5): - Clean room, comfortable bed and pillows.
- Janette (6/5): - We had a first floor room there was so much light coming in u see the door and windows it was hard to relax and sleep
- Beth (8/5): - Not a great breakfast variety but clean and neat. Staff very friendly
- Maryclaire (10/5): - It was clean and the staff was accommodating
- Wendy (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Kevin (10/5): - Clean hotel. Staff was very nice
- Benno (6/5): - Good
- Melissa M (10/5): - Breakfast was not that thrilling & no coffee in room. Other than that excellent stay! Conveniently next to a gas station & easy drive to the theme park. We appreciated the cleanliness & quietness of the location :) Good rate if you book ahead.
- Daniel (2/5): Gross - Gross area. The whole place smelled like dead mice. Mouse traps everywhere. Room was decent enough. The fitness center was a gutted out room with a treadmill and bike in, along with the public restroom. Free breakfast was one of the worst I've seen. Booked for 2 nights and couldn't get out of there fast enough.
- marion (10/5): - Clean modern. Eye sore behind the building closed hotel.
- Gray (8/5): - Clean and perfectly adequate overnight stay, even if the room was pretty dated. We host needed a clean, safe place for one night and this place totally delivered. But the best part was the RESTAURANT. Our room came with a full hot breakfast cooked to order and it was some of the best diner food we've had in a long, long time.
- Terri (4/5): - After checking out they try to add on charges. Falsely accusing people of smoking in a clean room
- Jason (6/5): - Went through hotels.com. Everything on their end was great. The rooms were booked. We arrived really late (1:00 am) to the hotel. But I informed them that it would happen. When we arrived we found out the hotel gave one of my two rooms to another party and they didn’t ask for id. So the party that received my room was informed at 1:30 am that they had to go to another hotel because they were given someone else’s room. The sad things was. The hotel would’ve charged me for two rooms and the other party would have stayed for free.
- DAVID M (10/5): - Another excellent experience and great deal. Morning breakfast attendant is very friendly and she keeps everything well stocked and clean!
- Brian (8/5): Ok, But Limited - We stayed here while visiting family in the area. The hotel is right off of I-90. The area looked depressed due to a derelict Days Inn next door.
The property is so old that it doesn't have an elevator.
The room was large enough, clean and recently renovated in the European style with fake wood grain tile floors and lots of chrome accents. The floor had a hump in the middle, and the bathroom door was damaged at the bottom. The shower was very good in both water flow and temperature. The wifi was good.
The breakfast was good with the usual powdered eggs and sausage, but lacked yogurt and oatmeal. I used the microwave to heat up the eggs and water to make tea.
The service was good. Deb was particularly organized at check-in, and check-out was similarly smooth.
Overall, it was a decent value for the price.
- Kristen (8/5): - not a bad place to stay for a night or two!
- marcia (10/5): - Friendly. Easy Check in. Helpful recommendations for local services
- Lucinda (10/5): - Room was exceptionally clean and smelled great! Comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great internet access.
- DAVID M (10/5): - The night manager who was working on Sunday evening was exceptional and should be commended on her friendly and accommodating service. She was so nice and so was the morning feller. They have our Althea a doggy treat too!
- Heather (10/5): - Comfortable stay
- Tina (10/5): - Great space for an overnight concert
- Joanna (8/5): - This is a very clran and safe place for families to stay. Right off the highway. But, make note that breakfast might be available past 9am on weekends, but on weekdays the man was cleaning eggs and waffles up right at 9am. We got coffee and cereal was all that was left. Eggs and sausage were gone by 8:45.
- Mayur Mahadeo (10/5): - Property is new. Our stay was pleasant
- Damir (10/5): - Good easy check in , parking available and good breakfast and friendly stuff
- Meghan (10/5): - Property was clean, modern and comfortable!
- Holly (10/5): - Renovated, clean, super nice staff and comfy beds! This place is so nice, staff is extra helpful and makes you feel welcome. Breakfast was good nice hot eggs and sausage waffles. Close to shopping food and Darien Lake park. I hope they keep the affordable rates. Normally a hotel this nice is high.
- Joanna (10/5): - Property was quiet? Safe and near the highway and gas station.
- Lisa (8/5): - The property was in good condition but the appearance was bland. Some flowers or color would have been welcoming. The place was quiet and safe. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom is small. We were on the first floor and the only window covering was a shade. Let outside light in and morning sun. The breakfast area was small but food was good and the attendant kept everything cleaned and stocked. All staff were helpful and pleasant.
- Jeffrey (10/5): J&S - Quality of hotels and their rooms has been very unpredictable. We stay in hotel occasionally, but this experience was very positive
- James (10/5): - Staff member on site was incredibly helpful -- thx
- Kathy (10/5): - Clean, convenient, great price
- Raymond (10/5): - Very clean and friendly staff
- JOSHUA L (4/5): - Dirty towels, dirty floors.
- Alejandra (10/5): - This place was clean, the hotel staff was nice.
- Dallas (6/5): - The stay is okay. The room had a strange old cigarette smell. Ac wasn't on when we entered room. So it while it was cold in the room it was musty. No black out curtain. The breakfast hours were good but they served eggs and sausage each day. Offered waffle you make. And 2 cereals. Which is okay but barely any bread for toast was ever out. The stay is okay. And for the area it was affordable. The walls are paper thin. But it's only 20 mins from sixflags which is the whole reason to stay there.
- Amber (8/5): - The room and hotel was very clean. The outside doesn’t look very inviting. My only issue was our room was very humid and nothing
- Josh (6/5): - This hotel gave us 2 room options for 5 people so i picked the 2 queen beds assuming there was a cot or couch but they didnt have anything so my 3 adult children had to share a queen bed. The place had recently been updated but the doors all stuck and you couldn't move in the shower without touching the curtain or handicap rail. The free breakfast was probably the smallest offering i have seen at a hotel which was disappointing since it cost $230 a night
.
- Michael (10/5): Get a room - Perfect place to stay for Darien Lake. Have restaurants and stores all down the road.the place is clean and they are friendly.the beds are comfortable.
- Monica (6/5): - Overall a good experience. Some crumbs in our room and no elevator to the second floor. Very friendly staff and decent breakfast including hot scrambled eggs, sausages, cereal, coffee, waffles. I would recommend a first floor room if you have a lot of luggage.
- Grace (10/5): - Great location. Desk staff were great and everything was clean and comfy
- Dina (2/5): - Would rather sleep in my car than stay here. Dirty, smelly, just down right disgusting. Left and paid for a room elsewhere, staff didn’t even bother to ask why we were leaving.
- Deborah (8/5): My Baymont by Wyndham Stay - This is a former Super 8, newly renovated by Baymont Wyndham. The staff were friendly and accommodating. There is one vending machine for snacks but no beverage vending. They said they are working on getting one. But, there is a gas/convenience store/Tim Horton right next door, which is nice. Everything is new, clean and in great working order. The breakfast bar was decently stocked with coffees, scrambled eggs, sausage, breads & muffins, cereals, fruit and a waffle station. My only complaint, is that the rooms were extremely damp. I had access to 3 rooms on this trip and all rooms had this issue. Everything felt damp to the touch. The A/C had a “dry” setting but it didn’t help. I’m not sure this is something that can be fixed so I did not make the hotel aware. If they could somehow remedy this, and maintain the condition and cleanliness, the property would be a great option for a stay in the area.
- Erich (10/5): - Everyone here has been wonderful, especially the front desk staff. I’m here for work and they’ve even gone so far as to take my service dog out for me.
- Jeff (10/5): - A good breakfast, very clean, very accommodating staff
- Thomas (2/5): - Overall a negative experience. First of all, when I got to the desk to chevk in, I was informed tbat Expedia cancelled my reservation. To get in, I had to pay again at a rate that was higher than what I had already paid. When I checked out, I was charged even more than what they told me the rate would be when I checked in. The fire alarm in my room went off three straight mornings while I was in the shower which required me to get out of the shower to let the maintenence guy in to turn it off. The computer guy who was supposed to come look at an internet connection issue didn't come, requiring me to go look for him. The shower configuration seemed designed to facilifate falls.....very negligent and dangerous set up. Bad experience overall. If you like a roadside fleabag experience at Hampton Inn prices, this is your place.
- Cassandra (10/5): - The stay was clean. My favorite part was the hot showers and breakfast in the morning
- Michael (10/5): - When I booked online…I put I was going to show up at 7pm..I showed up a little earlier but she had me all checked in and ready to go when I got there…was a great stay and great people
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Very clean and newly renovated hotel. Comfortable and pet friendly, good breakfast and friendly, professional staff! We were very pleasantly surprised, especially with the value for the price.
- JaLayne (8/5): - No elevator, but rooms are nice for a stayover. No pool, but local cuisine is ok. Breakfast is decent!
- Darcelle (10/5): - Great!
- William (10/5): - The Hotel had recently reopened after total renovations, so it was spotless and new, it made for a great stay. Staff was nice and friendly, even recommended a great resturant ..
- James (10/5): - Newly renovated, opened April 2025. Very quiet rooms, excellent breakfast. No coffee maker in room but coffee is available in the lobby. Very nice staff.
- Sean (2/5): - Dump
- FNU (2/5): - Super worst.
- Gen (8/5): - This hotel, is great. 5-6minutes away from all the fields we played, has a Timmis and gas sation right infront. The service is beautiful everyone so friendly and respectful. The room was super clean i give it a 5/5, spacious. Thank you I loved it!
The only thing that was missing is a pool. Other then that it was perfect!
- Siomelis (10/5): - Stayed here with my family for a baseball tournament weekend and love how’s is right off the highway.
- James (4/5): - They only had second floor rooms available but we are in our 70's and can not do stairs very well. The receptionist said they did not have an elevator! So we left. It's a good thing I didn't prepay
- Nancy (10/5): - Quiet. Friendly staff.
- Debra (10/5): - Clean and newly refurbished. Good place to stay convenient and inexpensive
- Robert (10/5): - Clean, quiet. Checkin fast and painless.
- Marilena (10/5): - Easy to make reservation, clean, convenient.
- Penny (10/5): - We stopped for the night after a long day of driving in the rain. The check in was easy. Folks were very friendly and accommodating. Beds were excellent as were the pillows. Best rest I had all trip. Room was clean and quiet hotel. Breakfast was excellent the next morning. I would gladly stay again.
- Susan (10/5): - Beautiful property. Room clean and ready for rest.
- Sandaruwan (10/5): - Stopped here for one night with a Budget moving truck on a trip from Boston to Chicago moving my daughter. Convenient location. Easy parking.
My daughter is dairy and gluten free and there were no options for her at the breakfast. When she was hunting around for food, the attendant asked what she was looking for. When she explained, he was apologetic and he sent someone from his staff to nearby Tim Hortons to get something that my daughter could eat. Tim Hortons didn’t have anything. So, he went to Walmart and got her some dairy and gluten free food she could have for breakfast! It is so nice to see that kind of service and caring these days by hotel staff. If I ever need to stay in a hotel in the area again, I will definitely stay here.
- carlos (10/5): - It was fabulous!
- Christy (10/5): - Property was modern and the service was great.
- Renee (6/5): DON’T DO IT.. better options at the next exits!! - Obviously under construction and management does not care about guests. A work truck blocked entrance so unfortunately we got to unload our luggage in a storm. Check in lady very nice despite workers talking loudly in lobby. Hallway dirty with a pair of shoes out randomly 🤔 Uncomfortable, hard bed although the room has been updated. Workers talking loudly at night outside room window. Check out person not friendly with no eye contact at all. Bad breakfast.
- David (8/5): Weekend Get-Away in Batavia - Only issue was when towels were needed there was not enough staff to deliver to the room so I had to go to the front desk for lick up.
- Eileen (2/5): - Baymount also charged me for the room and now I have to wait till morning to fix the problem.
- Luke (10/5): - The hotel looked brand new and our room was very big and extremely clean. Staff was super friendly and even gave me free water when I asked if I could buy some. 10/10 hotel and experience.
