Guest Reviews
- William (8/5): - Beware the airport shuttle
If you’re going to be staying here and trying to use their shuttle to access both the airport and ferry beware. They may or may not have the staff to accommodate you as of September 2025.
- Marijo (8/5): - We were refugees from a flight cancelation due to a storm. We picked the cheapest place within walking distance of downtown. This is a modest motel with a popular restaurant next door. A convenience store shares the parking lot where we found sandwiches for dinner since the weather was truly terrible. The staff are just wonderful, friendly and helpful. The next day they took us back to the airport in their courtesy van. I would stay here again.
- JESUS (8/5): - OVER NIGHT STAY.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Great stay and room. Within walking distance of any sights and bus line of needed. Staff eager to help with questions on where to go and how to get there. Free shuttle to and from airport!
- Irene (8/5): - N/a
- Logan (10/5): - Pretty clean property . Prefer not to have a ground level room but will take what is available. Front desk was polite and asked all he right questions .
- Fernanda (10/5): Execlente hotel!
- DAVID (10/5): - Perfect place for.a quick overnight stay. Location is excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.
- David (8/5): - Updated room, everything I need and expect, thanks
- ARLEN (10/5): - The items checked.
- Jodie (8/5): - Great location for walking into town and enjoyed the cafe. Room was spacious and kitchenette was very handy. The bathroom was recently remodeled and looked nice but the showerhead falls to the side and then spays all over the bathroom. I was unable to turn the heat down in the unit and was too hot at night.
- Sandra (10/5): - Although the furnishings were a bit dated, the staff was so warm and helpful, and the location so convenient, that we had an excellent stay.
- Ernie (10/5): RETURN CUSTOMER - ALL WAS FINE, ONLY ONE ITEM REDUCE PRICE FOR ALASKANS
- Sharon (8/5): - Convenient Deli but didnt have snack type of food.
- Michael (8/5): - Should have longer staffing hours for front desk!
- Nilda Eliana Maria Gomez (6/5): - The rooms are nice and specious. Everything is clean. The location is very good, very close to downtown. What we did not like is that they did not do our room every day.
- Kim (10/5): - It's Alaska, so it's different. We live in Fairbanks and were meeting family that flew in from the lower 48 and were boarding a cruise. It was a turn-and-burn, one-night stay. The hotel room was super clean, bed was super comfy, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was close (walkable) to an IGA grocery store, a liquor store, and an Alaska State museum. Totally recommend!
