Guest Reviews
- KL (2/5): - Please clean up. Pubic hair all over bedding.
Bright light came through window so bright I could read by it all night long. STRONG chemical smell everywhere on the property. Save your money!
- Kyle (10/5): - Good
- Simon (6/5): - most of the breakfast articles not on or available.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Very disappointed - Very disappointed that the pictures on the web site showed a much more inviting, comfortable and generally more upscale place than it turned out to be. It was only acceptable because the room was very clean and the bed was pretty comfortable and the AC worked. But everything else about the dark, dreary and depressing. Not the type of place I like to stay in.
- Jose (6/5): - It was convenient with plenty of shops around. Parking was ok, and easy to carry things from the car.
The rooms were a little rundown. My door looked like it was force open, and the door between units locks were broken.
Overall it was ok for a night or two.
- JOCELYN (6/5): Mediocre at best - The motel was okay at best. You had to slam our door to get it to shut all of the way. There’s literally zero cable channels to watch on tv. No pool (which I didn’t realize so that’s on me). Went for breakfast a few minutes after it started and there was no waffle mix, no bread, 2 bananas a a couple yogurts. A lot of questionable looking people all around smoking and drinking in the parking lot. On a good note, the lady that checked us in was very nice.
- Mario (10/5): - Very clean room, great location close to everything Food/Shopping/Walmart across the street
- Robert (2/5): - The only thing positive I can say about this place is that it was available and as the saying goes, you get what you pay for.
The pictures shown on Hotels.com were clearly taken at another establishment. Nothing looked like what they showed.
The floor was probably softer than the board stiff beds. I’m not a huge guy, but I still barely fit in the bathroom enough to close the door. The hot water took a good 10 minutes to heat up hot enough for a shower and this was during the hottest week in July.
Every time I walked outside, the smell of marijuana hit me in the face. Broken down vending machines sat outside and when it rained, soap suds poured out the downspout outside.
It was the worst hotel experience yet and I recommend that you stay home before ever staying at this dump.
- Shawn (4/5): Please choose somewhere else to stay - Walking up to the lobby to check in there was a “STOP WORK” notice taped on the door by the city. This should have been a clue to our impending visit.
The beds were very hard and had strange metal bases that clanked every time you moved around on them, including in the middle of the night. Our room keys needed to be reset two different times because they stopped working. We asked for an extra towel and washcloth since there were 3 of us and only 2 in the room and the response was “can you wait until morning? Nobody else is here to help.” When we explained that we couldn’t, the front desk associate had to close the front desk and go to two different laundry closets to find it.
The bathrooms looked like they were just renovated with quality materials but by someone who had no idea what they were doing. The bathroom door didn’t close at all and was loose on the hinges. One switch activated the light in the main sink area outside the bathroom as well as the light inside the bathroom and the fan. There was no soap or body wash in the bathroom, just shampoo/conditioner. The tv didn't have a remote.
Breakfast was bad. The yogurt tasted spoiled and we had to restock our own plates, bowls and spoons because nobody monitored it. The chairs in the breakfast area looked neat, but didn’t support any weight. A room next to the breakfast area must have had 12 broken chairs in it.
Please, save your money and stay somewhere else.
- Mariano (8/5): - A lot of shops, restaurants, etc were walking or like a 5 minute drive distance away. Very convenient. The bedroom was really cozy and clean.
- Junior (6/5): - The overall stay was ok, however for it to have been a renovated room thr bathrroom door did not close, the front to the room didn't close properly either. There were gaps in the door which allowed bugs in ALL during the stay.
- Cynthia (6/5): - Could’ve been better
- Michael (6/5): - Its a good cheap room. looks like there's plenty of renovations being made so it falls short atm, but maybe they'll fix their loss ends.
- Michiko (6/5): - The food for breakfast was not refillwd on time, so guests have to go to the front to request it every time. Also, there was electrical power during one morning when eating breakfast. We had to wait to use the waffler maker and the bread toaster.
- Stacey (4/5): - The tv did not have a remote. Clerks were not helpful. The AC did not work. Shower curtain continuously fell on the floor. Smelled of old paint and cigarettes mixed together.
- Daniel (2/5): - It was a flee bag hotel and the lobby smelled like urine. We refused to even look at the room
- Amy (2/5): - It was very unsafe and dirty trash outside everywhere nit a good experience
- Ana (4/5): Won't stay here again - I booked this trip back in December of 2024. We got to the hotel and they said my reservation was cancelled but I never cancelled it. It took 45 minutes to get everything straightened out. Next when I booked the room it was supposed to be a king room but because of the so called cancelation we were put in a double room that was not handicap friendly. Next the beds were as hard as a rock. Not a good night sleep at all. Then when I went to lock the deadbolt the lock just spun around, then we tried turning the TV on and it didn't work. I called the front desk and they were supposed to send someone to our room but they didn't show up till the next morning after 9am. When I went toake coffee in the room there's no coffee. But there was a coffee maker and cups and sugar but no coffee. Like really what were they even thinking. This is the worst stay at a hotel that I have ever had. We were in town for a music festival that was 2 days long. The room was booked for 3 nights.
- jemia (6/5): - The tv didn't work. The website should have mentioned that they were under construction
- Verified traveler (8/5): Correct - Quiet, clean enough even if it doesn’t look very good from outside
- Amy (2/5): Scary place - When I arrived at the hotel the lobby had a terrible smell and was not clean. We arrived at about 5:30 and the gentleman at the front desk stated that he didn’t know if he had any clean rooms at the time. Another mother and daughter came into the lobby and stated that they were leaving because the room smelled like smoke and the door didn’t shut all the way. The room was also not cleaned well. With that news and the looks of the outside of the buildings where random people that looked unkept were hanging out outside I didn’t feel like it was a very safe place for my 5 year old and myself to stay over night. We had 2 other parties with us and we are all women and little girls. It was not a safe environment. I would like a refund because we did not even check if because of the conditions. We had to stay in another hotel and pay for that also. If I were you I would no longer advertise this hotel on your site. The pictures are very deceiving.
- Kimberly (2/5): Not safe, lots of people Lottering the area. - We went to check into the property and there was a lot of people hanging out around the property, drinking, hanging out in the roadway, walking around with out shirts on. The property it's self was littered with trash, contraction boxes, metal, etc all around. When asked to show us our room the Front desk person locked the lobby behind him which defiantly didn't make me feel safe. We ended up leaving the property and booking somewhere else.
- David (4/5): - Door lock malfunction. No place to hang or place anything. Only 2 or 3 a.c. outlets. Coffee machine but no coffee availble. Insanely noisey heater. No toilet paper roll dispenser. Pillows shaped like marshmallows. Totally ridiculous. No drink or snack machines. Staff hard to understand. Breakfast acceptable but with bare minimum menu. If waffle iron & toaster used simultaneously it pops a circuit breaker. Room still needs finishing/painting. All rooms accessible from outside only
