Called the front desk and ranged the bell for over 30 minutes with no response. Then the desk representative finally shows up and she charges room on my card after I already had paid with reservation. Assured me she would take care of the refund. Next morning during checkout realize nothing was taken care of. I am very disappointed in the hotel staff service. I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels and I have never experienced this type of service/situation before.

Pet friendly room-laminate flooring was just right for our needs. Pool area has privacy walls & secured gates, outdoor gas grill and seating areas. Outside property well lit, well maintained with music and lovely outdoor plants. Local eateries within walking distance. Other stores only a few minutes driving distance.
