- philip (6/5): - Dog friendly. Oven unusable as filthy dirty. Grease +++. Cobwebs in main bedroom. Old drink can down the side of the sofa. Moved the sofa and dirty underneath. Mould on a lot of the walls. Bathroom door handle very loose. Shower height adjuster comes away from the wall if you try to use it. Hole in the main bedroom door. Outside lighting poor. Path to property very uneven. Paving slabs need re-laying as serious trip hazard. Decking area very slippery. Bbq unusable. Lack of information pack. Bin area needs addressing. The 3 general waste bins full to overflowing. No glass waste. Restaurant closed and has been for a long time. Looks really shabby. Ending on a positive note, property warm ( once we turned all the heaters on), nice big tv, good location. In our opinion it wouldn't take too much to sort this property out. Needs some general maintenance and tlc
