- Andrea (10/5): - Great staff. Clean. Affordable. Breakfast was minimal but a good grab and go. Vending machine was sold out of a lot of choices. No food close by. Had to go a few miles. Nothing within walking distance. No shopping nearby
- EVA (2/5): - I booked and paid for the room prior to my flight to Arizona from out of state. Upon arrival, I was told the hotel was overbooked and I was out of luck. This resulted in me scrambling to find a hotel at midnight paying almost double what I had paid for that room. Not a great way to start my vacation for my son's wedding.

You have to figure it out on your own that they will supply a toaster, dishes, cooking pots etc. They do not advertise that all of these things are included with this day for free. Also the breakfast is very very simple. One day all they had was granola bars and coffee. Other days they had more. I actually believe it depends on who is working that morning. But the advertisements for the breakfast are not what you get everyday.

- Ryan (10/5): Nice clean hotel in a quiet area - This is a very nice hotel and despite being next to an airport, it’s a very quiet area. Our rooms were clean. The check-in was fast. The staff was friendly. Only disappointment. Was they really packed up breakfast at 9:30 AM on the dot I came down at 9:45 and it was gone. I wish they would have left out some coffee or juice.

There was a bit of a funky smell in our room, but not that bad. The breakfast looked like granola bars and oranges, so we never ate there. Overall I would give it a thumbs up.

Threw my clothes in the garbage without telling me or notifying me that there was an issue with my check-in lied to the police won’t refund me report it to corporate suing in process.

- leanna (2/5): - If I could give it negative stars I would. We arrived at the hotel at 11:15 pm due to a late flight. Was told we couldn’t check in because they run night audits from 11-2am.?? Was told our room was ready and they have the key but they couldn’t give us a room until 2am and I had two kids in the car.They wouldn’t even let us go to the room and wait. Another couple arrived at the same time and was told the same. I was told to go through Expedia for a refund. I called Expedia and they tried contacting the front desk while I was there but was told no one was answering. I told the clerk and she said she was just told that the phone line wasn’t working for three days. Expedia couldn’t refund until they verified with them and if I left without that they couldn’t refund. So we couldn’t have our room and there was no way to contact them to be verified. The clerk at the desk was nice and called her manager and put her on speaker with us and the other couple and she was completely RUDE and HATEFUL and wouldn’t even let us talk and when we tried she would talk over us and yell. She didn’t even apologize or try to help or offer anything to help just completely hateful and rude and extremely unprofessional . I felt sorry for the clerk because she wanted to help but was told we had to wait. The manager Lucy should NOT be a manager dealing with customers. The main boss made it right the next morning but sadly lost customers because of the manager an the unprofessional way of running a hotel.

The topper was the vanity light in the bathroom was big and wonderful. The shower head had good pressure. The relaxing recliner was not expected. All in all my wife and I had a great experience.
