- Heaven (2/5): - This hotel is not properly staffed. My sheets and pillows had stains. I told there was no housekeeping at that time so if I wanted new sheets I would have to change them myself. The room had a weird smell and hair was EVERYWHERE on the floors. The a/c in the room would not work so my family and I were hot. This was a very poor experience and I will never stay again.

- Loye (8/5): Disappointed about payment methods, but good stay. - Although the Echo Suites website says that the properties accept cash to pay for the room, the person who answered the phone says that they cannot accept cash. I never give my personal banking or credit card to any hotel or other retail establishment, and neither should anyone else.

- Loye (10/5): Very efficient and clean room. Comfortable bed. - No deposit for incidentals required, so check-in and check-out are a breeze. Very clean rooms. Bring your own cups, dishes, coffee, etc. Coffee maker is available for purchase.

- Dustin (6/5): - I've stayed at this extended stay hotel 4 days at a time, 8 out of the last 12 weeks. The conditions have definitely been deteriorating. The hotel is new and so not at all grimmey, but they don't seem to have a very good cleaning staff. There is often little bits of garbage in the hallways and the elevator is dirty, often with dirt or mud caked on the floor. The rooms are tidy, but I wouldn't go as far as to say clean - I wipe everything down with cleaning wipes when I get there. I've also been woken up to two separate domestic disturbance type situations in the hallway in the middle of the night. Law enforcement was called on the first a few weeks ago, the second was a very loud and heartbreaking fight between a mother and her teenager that went on for about an hour. For the cost, this is a decent place to stay. The newness of it helps it feel cleaner and safer than many others in this price range, and it is pretty conveniently located. I fear that without good maintenance though, this hotel is going to age much more quickly than it might otherwise. I've been trying different places the last month or so, and have found a new place to make my regular place to stay. I will only return here when I can't book the new place for the same price (which is what happened this week).

I’ve stayed here before and it was a wonderful experience. Yes, get rid of that lazy housekeeper and hire someone who actually performs their duties properly.
- Gary (6/5): - Every time I stay in a Wyndham hotels the mattress are really bad for my back, I can hardly stand up or move but it’s convenient for my husband because he is a traveler nurse and usually there’s a Wyndham hotel near the hospital he has a contract with. I just go and visit him for 2-3 days.

Why I won’t stay here again: a lot of road noise so close to the turnpike, only a simple chair next to the bed and desk chair so no place really to sit and watch TV, Direct TV service was hit or miss, lobby doors do not slide open so difficult to navigate if your hands are full, no expected hotel amenities like coffee maker or hair dryer, no breakfast, no carpet in the rooms so upstairs neighbors were very noisy walking around and scooting chairs, thermostat in the room is confusing, rooms are sparse and bare. The Hampton Inn and Towneplace Suites down the road also have full kitchens and a far nicer places to stay.

- Verified traveler (2/5): Bad customer service. - What a terrible day and this hotel has poor customer service. We got an emergency call from family and I booked this hotel at 7:30pm on July 15th. We drove from West Texas to this hotel in Dallas/Richardson at 3am on July 16th. Before booking I checked the website carefully, they said check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11am. Why didn't they say what time is the latest check in time? And on the website it says 24 hour front desk but no one is at the front desk, I tried calling them and they said I can't check in at this time…… Never had this happen to any hotel I've been to before. I asked for a refund, they told me to call customer service and they checked all the information, kept me on hold on the phone and said the reservation was canceled but I didn't and didn't receive any emails from them. They told me to wait, they checked again and hung up. I called back but they didn't answer. That's why I'm writing this at 5am, sitting outside a gas station with my kid even though I already paid for the hotel. Waiting until morning so I can go to the hospital to visit my dying relative.

- Frances (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - Stay was great however the only elevator was out of service the day we checked out. We had to carry EVERYTHING down three flights of stairs. Thankfully the hotel extended our checkout time 2 hours. I was able to get my friends & granddaughter loaded and on their way home. I was able to cool off and then get myself loaded. Then I was able to get ready for work. I’m a flight attendant and was starting a trip that afternoon. It all worked out.

The most disturbing was when I informed her about 2 sketchy men hanging out at the entrance door smoking and cussing. I said I did not feel safe and she said they do have smoking stations outside. Really in a 100% non smoking facility, the fact she ignored my safety concerns will make me never stay here again.

- Cheyenne (2/5): - When I walked in there were multiple cars parked right I front and nobody in them. It was pouring rain so I figured the lobby was backed up. But no it was completely empty. Then the front desk was closed so my son and I had to sit there soaking wet to wait for assistance. The stay was nice once we actaually got to the room. But the next day after checkout I realized in the car my wallet was missing. I called and had them check the room TWICE! And both times they said it wasn’t there. Mind you I JUST CHECKED OUT & hadn’t left the car once. So safe to say it was stolen. Will be following up w proper steps to retrieve my stolen property.

Whoever it was must have also been a peeping tom because he complained that our window was open dooring the day. LIKE Really? And we didn't even blast the tv.

I have never been to a hotel that charges for towels. #2, when i booked through expedia, I got there just for my reservation to not show up as paid in their system so now i’m waiting on a refund. not a deal breaker though. but the fee for extra towels? yeah they gotta change that. If they remove that, this a 10/10 hotel!

- syed (10/5): - This is a new property when I have visited. Ample parking, restaurant was not started at that time. Front office staff was cooperative. Just missed some carpet in the room as it has all the way wooden flooring.
