- Mary Ann (6/5): - The beds felt like they were first cousins with the floor. Don’t understand the current hotel mindset, not unique to The Hampton, that everyone wants the firmest possible sleeping surface. The incredibly bright lights in the bathroom are motion activated and cannot be disengaged. This ensures a blast of light into the entire room when anyone uses the facilities during the night. Not sleep friendly at all. Breakfast food quality used to be much better at Hampton locations. Now the food is marginal at best especially when factoring in the room price. Very clean with friendly and helpful staff.

- Michael (10/5): Happy - We stayed in this particular hotel, both on the way to our destination and the way back. It is a very great place and we were quite happy with it. The second day we were there there was a soccer team group, and you could not hear any inappropriate noise in the hotel.

When asked if there would be more made, we were told that it would take too long. Then they proceed to give a gift card to another person who “missed” out on breakfast, but we weren’t even provided an apology.

The only negative we had was that the AC unit was limited to turning down to 68° and on a very hot day it felt like it was 72 making it harder to sleep, the breakfast was fantastic And the atmosphere was very good and the pets enjoyed it.

- Lacey (6/5): - The hotel staff were welcoming and the check in process was quick and easy. Just be sure to check your bank account because they did try to double charge me for my room. They were quick to correct it but I hope it's not a regular occurrence with this establishment. Not sure if booking through Expedia caused some sort of miscommunication, so beware when booking through a third-party. I believe our thermostat was locked out on our second night. The breakfast was good for being included with our stay. The little store inside the hotel is extremely overpriced. $3 for a can of soda, absurd. Overall, our stay was great. The rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable and that's what really mattered most. Would stay here again but will book directly through the hotel in hopes of no double charge issues again.

- Kathie (8/5): - We booked the King studio. The placement of the TV is awkward. It doesn't face the bed or couch and does not have a swing arm mount. There was fast food left in the fridge. The shower head is a little hugh for us shortngals to chamge the water flow. The rooms are.spacious. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was simple but good with lots of seating. Kids loved the pool. We would stay here again.
