Guest Reviews
- Kara (2/5): - I was in a unit with no AC for two days...... when i asked for a refund for the 2 miserable nights they attempted to manipulate me and say that i did not let them know, which was a lie. I brought it tp their attention several times before they moved me to a new unit.
- Bernice (2/5): - This is not a hotel it’s a shared apartment in the middle of an ugly neighborhood. When I got inside the toilet was so dirty the kitchens was full of trash and I was now stuck in a noisy apartment full of drunk college kids.
Also, I paid $18 for a parking space and somebody was already parked there.
- Glenn (2/5): Terrible terrible terrible - Listed as a hotel unless you read the fine print where it says shared spaces I asked for a bottom floor they put me on the 4th floor all stairs you got to walk through a living room where there's people hanging out I got official knees fuse back then when I explained the situation they wouldn't refund my money
- Skyler (10/5): Nice and quite - I really liked how the place was really quiet. It was in a good neighborhood and they made it very convenient to check-in. To answer the phone when I called immediately and returned to all my calls and I like that, because I don't have to send around outside plus they had parking although it did cost $18. It was worth it
- William (2/5): - Horrible place to rent if you're looking for hotel. It was freezing in the room and there is no thermostat for the room. you do not have your own bathroom, so you cannot put your things out. there are unfriendly neighbors and the staff is put out by giving you minimal help.
- Sabrina (10/5): - Very clean a very good place to stay and peaceful and the steps was very nice
- Betzany (2/5): - This is definitely over priced for what they offer. So hard to find the room! You have to walk pass by other people in the living room, super awkward!!! So basically you are renting a room in a house with other people. NOT worth it!
- Viktoria (10/5): - Although this property is a shared living kind of rental I enjoyed every bit of it …. If you want to get away with your kids husband or wife this is the place to go…. This is a nice getaway for everyone
- Joseph (2/5): - Not w
- Verified traveler (2/5): Avoid at all costs! - This was not a suite at all. Nor is it a hotel. It is a private apartment with rooms that have basic 3-code doors.
First, the room. It was a tiny room with only two beds crammed into it (one double bed is pressed against the closet, so you can’t even use the closet.) If you have four people someone has to climb over to get to their spot. There is no other furniture - no dresser, table or chair. The bathroom doesn’t have towel bars, hooks, or any sort of shelf to set toiletries on. The mattresses were old, broken down spring mattresses.
However, the biggest issue is that this is not a hotel or a suite. It is an apartment that you will be sharing with up to four different groups of strangers without a manager on site. We chose a suite because my teenage girls like to stay up late watching TV. But when they are going to be surrounded by strangers in a private space? No! And to make you feel even less secure, none of the locks are smart. So whomever stayed there last week knows exactly how to get into the apartment. Add that to the three inch gaps under the doors and the thin walls and we felt completely unsafe. I told the management that and left after the first night (we were booked for three). We ended up paying for a different hotel for the other two nights.
It was a very expensive mistake to book this listing. Stay away!
- Juan (10/5): - This is not a hotel. Its a Hostel
- Scott (10/5): - Great location, easy to enter the property. Will stay here next time if coming back to LA!
- Danting (10/5): - Digital access to the property which I like the best. Location is good, staff is nice to guide me for check in. I would recommend this place!
- Zhixin (10/5): - Our stay was great !
Location is good !highly recommended !
- Joanna (10/5): - Great Location and clean !
Easy to find parking and access to the property .
- Guadalupe (2/5): - I thought this was the hotel when I booked it. This was a house divided into different room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Not recommended for families - Listing was deceiving as we found on arrival that you're mearly renting a small bedroom in a shared house; with other renters. At least you have your own bathroom.
Walls are paper thin with huge gaps under doors so you can hear the next door bedroom's adult activities on high definition. We had our young daughters with us and I wish I would have know to bring ear muffs luckly the older one fell asleep and I had headphones for our 7yr old so hopefully she didn’t hear. My anxiety was on high alert and I couldn't sleep with knowing my kids might hear something I had to leave my phone playing all night just to make sure they weren't exposed to the other tenants which then I couldn't sleep.
You'll never know what kind of guests you will be sharing the house with. The guests knew we where there but just didn't care they continued their escapades throughout the common areas and on the stairs echoing throughout the entire house.
I was really wanting to leave but it was the middle of the night and we still had plans for my daughters bday weekend. So we made the decision that the next morning we would contact the mangement and let them know we would be checking out early do to the situation. I did ask for a reimbursement for the second night which I was told I would hear back from the manager and then she decided to just ignore me. Bad business.
Not recommended for familes.
- Ernesto (10/5): - Liked the contactless check in and access
- Armando Carvajal (2/5): It is not a hotel or motel, it is a small room. - Since we arrived at the receptionist, the only thing she was worried about was the payment of $18 dollars per day of parking, this very small, uncomfortable and dangerous parking lot. Warning, it's not a hotel or a motel, it's a small room in a house shared by strangers. I traveled with my wife and my baby, they told us that the room was on the third floor, with a small staircase and difficult access. No room had a key, only a digital key that we didn't know who dominated the combination. Impossible to stay in that place. Warning: it is very expensive, on the page they show you photos very different from reality, when you arrive you realize that you are being scammed for that price. For that price you get a good hotel and excellent service. I explained to the receptionist and her mind was worried only about two things: pay me the parking lot and I won't give you back the money. Gentlemen of Hotel.com, be more careful to know what services they offer, the reputation of hotels.com could also be affected by this type of services. We prefer to lose our money and go look for a real hotel without the need for the app and at a better price. Until now, no one has told me how to proceed with a refund.
- Agustin (2/5): - Horrible place! The outside is a dump! I would not recommend this place at all. The pictures do not show the outside. I quickly left. The place refused to cancel my stay!
Nossa família buscou outra hospedagem durante a noite e madrugada.
- Thu (10/5): - Excellent Stay, Highly Recommended!
Perfect location near Korean Town with great restaurants. The place was clean and comfortable, and the host was fantastic friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and the local recommendations were a nice touch. 5-star experience, would definitely stay again!
