Dylan (8/5): - Overall nice hotel. The staff was very polite and friendly. The room was nice. Only thing I wish it had were blackout curtains like most hotels do. There were blinds over the window, but I woke up a lot earlier because the sun was shining in my face so brightly even with the blinds closed. I would stay here again.
Mary (8/5): - Clean. Bed slept fine. There was no ice bucket or ice machine. Full size fridge and mini kitchen. Also no breakfast. Smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom.
Tina (8/5): - Very spartan with no shampoo or conditioner, no in-room coffee. Bathroom floor was dirty. I had to wipe up a little water and the tissue came back black. Very reasonable rate, however.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff need to be called from an alert button to be reached (no house phone in lobby). The room I stayed in was clean and equipped with a full-size refrigerator, stove, and microwave, but it had possibly the most uncomfortable bed I have ever tried to sleep on in a hotel. There was no coffee maker, and some other minor items that are usually found in a hotel room were missing (tissue boxes, note pads, etc.). I'd like to think that these issues pertained only to this one room, but I can't say for sure. I could hear a lot of noise from the hallway at times. All in all I would say that this is a nice property for a good price (other than the bed).

Finally got coffee cups when they opened at 8:30. It is NOT a suite although advertised and price as such. It is a motel room with a cook surface and a full sized refrigerator. Not a suite in any sense of the word. No cooking utensils or pots in room. I have had better rooms at budget motels. Stay away!

Richard (6/5): Convenient but won’t be back. - Check-in was efficient. The desk closes by 9 pm and doesn’t reopen until 10 am the following morning. Room temperature was at 65 degrees upon entry. Had to adjust that to warmer. No big deal. Room has laminate wood floor. Has refrigerator, microwave and two burner flat top stove. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom austere with minimal amenities. Shower worked fine After finishing in bathroom I picked up the cloth shower mat to reveal a quarter sized roach squished into it from the underside. I left the mat on the bathroom counter so housekeeping could possibly address the issue.
Verified traveler (10/5): Noisey Bed - Hotel was clean and Amazing. The only issue was the bed, every time I moved it made a noise. When you walked in the door you could smell the freshness. Overall wonderful place!

I didn’t like there was not a comfortable chair or couch just straight chairs . And no Kleenex, this place is good for extended. I also booked a king room but they didn’t have any at the property available because the whole hotel only has 2. The bed frame is also very cheap metal and very uncomfortable. Management would rather argue with you than give you any compensation for problems with the rooms and their mistakes. Alert: handicapped rooms have awful beds that are on a base only 6 inches off the ground! Will NEVER stay here again.
Carla (6/5): Don't book online - This was my first and last time staying here. This was a new hotel and for $159 per night I guess I expected at least a continental breakfast but there was no breakfast. Next there was not a front dest person 24-hrs a day as you expect at other hotels. After hours concerns are handled by calling a number. With that being said someone or people (mostly minors) were playing on the elevator and playing knock knock and running away throughout Saturday night and also was playing with fireworks inside the hotel room which caused the fire alarm to go off at 2am. We had to evacuate the building. I believe if someone was there they could have possibly eliminated the problem. The hotel compensated those that did not reserve the hotel online through this platform. My advice book with the hotel directly. That way if anything happens you have a better chance of getting some type of compensation. I will not be using hotel.com because it is extremely difficult to get any financial compensation..
Okema (6/5): - Our first night wasn’t great the floor kept alot of moisture. Then comes a huge bug . They said it was a water bug, to me it was a huge roach that I didn’t want any in my luggage to take home.

Frederick (6/5): - The elevator did not work my entire stay. I was placed on the third floor. The hotel is described as an extended stay hotel per the Saturday day representative at the front desk. With that descriptive statement this was the qualifier for not having an ice machine on the property. The room was clean but no dishes or pots. The representative did ask if I wanted pots. There is no individual iron and ironing board in the room.

Garrett (4/5): - This being a new hotel o have to give some concession, however there were a few glaring concerns. This being a suite style, the rooms are equipped with utilities such as cook stove and microwave, however none of these appliances were functional in the room. None even had power. The light switches in the entry way did not function either. The room while new was not well equipped, lacking basic necessities such as a coffee maker or even water cups. The front counter offers upgrade packages for cooling kits however water glasses should be provided. The toiletry amenities also lacked as you are only provided a single small bottle of shampoo and a single bar of soap. The bed frames are metal and the floors are vinyl, with no padding in between, so the bed slid all over any time you lay onto it. Overall, not an amazing experience but there is potential. I hope to return and have my mind changed.
Melvin (6/5): - Upon arrival we could not get into the hotel. They were not there for at least 10-15 minutes. The clerk was busy attending to several problem in the hotel. They didn’t have irons or ironing boards available. The staff seemed like they were not properly trained or didn’t care about what was going on in the facility. The lights upon entering the room didn’t work. We used the bathroom light and the lamp near the bed for light at night.
