- Hector Egidio (2/5): - Realmente todo, porque no respetaron mi reservacion con el argumento que ho habian revisado la pagina por la que realice la reservacion y a altas horas de la noche debi arriesgarme con mi familia para buscar otro hotel. Realmente este tipo de situaciones deberia tener alguna sanción para los hoteles que no respeten las reservaciones y coloquen en riesgos a los usuarios.
