• Linda (8/5): - It’s not luxury, but it was comfortable, and the bed was fine. Shower worked well and water was hot. There isn’t a view, or much landscaping. But it’s well located and the price was very reasonable for the area.

• David (10/5): - In and out burgers and Carls JR located walking distance.as well as a Walmart. Room newly renovated with tile bathrooms and plenty of hot water when you come back from the beach for multiple people to shower before dinner. Huntington Beach, Newport, and Balboa Island 10-15 minutes away with Huntington Beach the closest at 3 miles. Parking was plentiful and very well lit, we could always see our car from the room and easy to get stuff into and out of the car. . Felt very safe. On site staff who live there and are SO very nice and helpful when we needed things.
• Alexis (10/5): - Arrived late and the front desk staff was still very fast and available! Room was very clean and well kept. All linens were pristine and clean. Bed was comfortable. Very affordable and excellent location for our stop into town.
• Sharon (10/5): - Super easy to get to and to the beaches. Easy parking very quiet. It was recently updated , all fixture were new. The outside looks old but the rooms are great There is no elevator to get to the second floor so pack accordingly!
• Rebecka (4/5): - Well the “air conditioner” was extremely loud and seemed to only have two settings, freezing cold and cold. The room smelled like cleaning products our entire stay. You could not connect streaming platforms on the “smart tv” the manager/owner said he could not help with that. Also note, this location is nowhere near the beach

• Brittany (8/5): Not bad for the price - The woman who checked us in was very friendly and helpful! I thought the sheets and pillow cases were a little itchy / harsh and the bathroom could have been cleaner. This was a last minute, super quick trip so the room worked just fine for a one night stay.

• Patrick (10/5): - You rarely get an opportunity to stay in a brand new hotel room but this is it. The rooms were just remodeled a couple months ago so everything is brand spanking new and beautiful full of hardwood and marble and giant TVs with full cable and an ultra ultra ultra comfortable bed. Plus it's right next door to In-N-Out and a Walmart.

When told her that California State law said thar the consumers have right to get copies of all documents we sign, she became angry and belligerent.

• Michele (10/5): - I unexpectedly needed to find a room for the night. I asked the front desk if I could see the room I would be staying in and she gladly walked me there to show me. All of the staff was great. I was very impressed on the cleanliness, quietness, and the price of the room. Room. I would recommend this property.
• Liliya (10/5): - Very nice communication with staff. The room was clean and had all necessary accommodations. It was unusual but nice of them to show me the room before giving the key. Overall, it was pleasant to stay a night in this motel.
• Liliana (10/5): - Love this place! Quick check-in process, the front desk lady is lovely. Housekeeping is friendly, very clean. Would like pool access, that would've made my stay a lot better since it's been very hot.
• Lisa (4/5): - We knew we were booking a cheap motel but had high hopes based on the overall rating. When we got to the hotel, the cleaning crew had dirty towels, trash, and cleaning supplies thrown all over the outside of our room. There were cases of empty beer bottles and other trash hanging around too. Our room had just been cleaned and the floors were still very wet, they use extremely strong chemicals to clean the room, so the smell is strong. After returning later that day, the cleaning smell wore off and it smelled like cigarettes. They offered to move us, but we stuck it out. No shampoo, soap, etc in the rooms. No bed bugs, but there was hair and other lint under the top sheet. Overall, doable for a night since we couldn’t cancel, but I would not stay here again.
• Shannon (10/5): Modest motel, does a good job - Check in was quick and easy, the room was recently renovated and looked very nice and contemporary. The only complaint would be the metal platform that the mattress sits on would make random popping noises that woke us up a few times. Location is on Beach Blvd, but we heard no road noise at all. Less than 10 min drive to Huntington Pier. Make sure to try The Donutery one block to the north. Donuts are amazing!
• Katelyn (6/5): - The staff were very friendly and efficient and the bed was comfortable. It was noisy though. The hotel is on a busy road so I heard traffic and maybe the walls were thin because I flushing from the room next door and people talking.
• John (10/5): - Clean and rooms were renovated which was nice. Good value for the price. Only negative was the pool was closed and when asked why, the response was ‘I don’t know.’

• SHANNON (8/5): - This is a decent hotel nothing fancy but it has full kitchen including stove, full size refrigerator, kitchen sink. Kinda like a studio apartment. We stayed two days a short drive to the beach. Was perfect for what we needed and was very inexpensive and that’s what we were looking for. Comfortable bed too

• sheryl (8/5): - The room was nice and the pillows were comfortable but they wasn’t any bar soap and not enough toilet paper. The soap dispenser they had weren’t very convenient and only a small amount of soap would come out of it.
• Angela (4/5): - I spent two nights here . I was traveling alone as a woman and felt unsafe at this property. Other guests seemed strange. You can hear through the walls and I could hear inappropriate things that I did not want to hear. The room was fairly clean however there was no soap or shampoo/conditioner. All three were completely empty. I would not recommend staying here

Nicely remodeled but neglected to clean the window or even remove the sticker from when it was I installed…not that that matters, bed was comfortable and it served its purpose for that reason. Just not a nice area, however the price was right.

• Morgan (10/5): - Check in was super easy and front desk woman was super nice. Room was good, bathroom could be cleaner. I appreciate the updated room, hard floors and marble shower. Convenient place to stay when visiting the beach
• Verified traveler (6/5): Not for me - Stayed one night. Rate was suppose to be $120 for the night, somehow went to $150. Asked for a single king bed, got a handicap room with an open shower. Thank god I had flip flops for the shower. There was no soap in the dispenser. Unable to dry my hair in the bathroom due to water all over the floor from the shower. No vanity to place toiletries. Rusty coat rack. No ironing board and iron. Windows were filthy and the air conditioner was ancient and load, so was not able to get a good night sleep. Personally, not my kind of place to stay.

Also, the light outside our room was so bright and there were no shades/ curtains, only plantation shutters which let the light in between the slats. Otherwise, clean, roomy, and bed was comfortable.

From the outside, it may not look like a great place because they are working on improving it, but once inside, it is clean and very, very, very nice. Also, pricing for the location is fantastic! Lack of toilet tissue and soap in the dispensers need attention. The parking area needs similar attention with paint and general attention to the garden area and parking lots needs to be cleaned up from the recent painting. Once all this is done it’s a great property

• Eboni (10/5): - I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the rooms were here. They appear to be recently remodeled/upgraded. Water temperature was perfect. AC units worked very well. Staff was kind. It was a great hotel & the price was even better. I would most definitely stay here again.

• MEGAN (2/5): - The property was under construction. They only gave one pillow and when we asked for more, they gave some with no pillowcases. The pillows were bad. When we tried to check in or out, the workers were not easy to find. The noise from construction started at 7 am. I would never stay here again.

Our room was nice but the bathroom floor was old and dirty. The soap dispenser fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Also the towel rack is in the shower. Lol
