Guest Reviews
- Timothy (4/5): - Need someone to help you with the tv
- Charlene (6/5): - It was fine
- alice (10/5): - It was worth what I paid for it .
- Paul (10/5): - Standing outside to check in gave a sense of a high crime area which was an uneasy feeling.. the area seemed fine, so why the distance of shutting down the check in area… I wont stay here again.
Price was low so I guess I have too high of an expectation
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The whole hotel is under construction, which I hope will be better once it is all done because it’s a great location, right by the walking bridge. However, during this construction a lot is not done. The first room I was checked into did not have an AC hooked up and half of the products still were wrapped as if they had been put in the room that day. The night person moved me right away and the next room was fine. There were holes in the wall and unfinished construction in my room when I checked in to that room as well. Very noisy, people walking by the room (on the second floor) at 2 am yelling.
- Robin (4/5): - None of the amenities stated. Breakfast was TERRIBLE! Face clothes are car shams… WTH? Tub stained. Burn holes in quilt. NEVER AGAIN.
- Daniel (4/5): Not on the high end - Pretty rough.
- Laurel (2/5): - The only thing that I liked about the property wast the young lady who was the attendant that helped me finally get a room that was suitable after 4 tries. It was a long 10+ day of traveling from out of town and she understood.
- Chynna (6/5): - The first room I was put in smelled straight up ashtrays
- Chris (8/5): - Oh goodness, where to begin??? So, many years ago my boyfriend and bI stayed here quite a few times. We were both living back home, while searching for our first place together. For me, this was the absolute worst option and as grateful as I am for things like that, it was just bad all around. One of the best things about growing up is being able to experience your patent on a driendship level
- TONY (2/5): Sad - When I First pulled up I started to leave because small groups of ppl walking around , but companions wanted to give it a try …. Checked in lady at front desk was great with good personality . Then it all goes downhill . Got to room and couple guys smoking pot infront of room , went inside and got worse . AC didn’t work , No outlets work , burns in top sheet , stains and some kind of liquid , shower had brown stuff / stains …. I didn’t even unpack , I went back turned keys in , stated issues and left , couple pictures attached .
- Palmina (2/5): - This place is unsafe, and the photos are not accurate.
- Chynna (2/5): - It’s a place to lay your head. That’s it. I booked a weekend because I needed to be in the area. It was the cheapest for the weekend but had 3.8 stars. I’m still trying to figure out how they had that many. They say the rooms are non smoking. The first room I was given REEKED of cigarette smoke smell. Smelled like a whole astray. Burn marks in the sheets. Had a full size fridge in that room tho. So I go ask if I can change rooms because of the smell and how it looks, and she gave me a room with no refrigerator. No batteries in the remote. They have a Roku in this room, but sure if every room has one, but you have to set it up over and over once you finally get it connected. The desk in this room has a missing a leg and is held up by the drawers it’s right beside. The curtains are on backwards so you do not get the full effect of a dark room you usually have in hotels. It’s about an inch and a half gap where light come through and others from the outside can see in. The bathroom floors were filthy and unswept/mopped. The ice machine at the front doesn’t work so I didn’t have a cold beverage all weekend. All room temp. They only give out 2 towels and 2 wash clothes. The laundry machines are outside, where they will eventually rust and beak down and or have a squirrel or bird build a nest/home in it because they want you to keep it open when not in use. The machines have the tap pay or app pay. It doesn’t even work. The machines themselves smell like someone has died in there.
- Fabien (2/5): - Dirty sheets. Weird place.
- Bevyn (8/5): - Only issue was renovation going on in the reception area
- Jessica (2/5): - Pictures on Google are incorrect there is no inside to this motel, was not a safe area, called for hours about a late arrival no one answered, Orbitz themselves tried before and after I arrived, nothing (the calls started at a normal check-in time.). Didn’t get to stay, not that I would want to with the activity going on currently in a dispute for a refund.
