- Fu (6/5): - At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens to other guests as well. Toilet paper was never replaced throughout our stay, and the worst part is the broken door handle of bathroom, but the host seems didn't care about it. I was locked in the bathroom after taking the shower!

Access all electronic (though front door lock still not functioning-we were woken by some folks who were unable to get in) Thus worked fine for us but I wonder if there is an issue who you would speak to. We left a message on our first day but no one called us back.
