- Cori (2/5): - Great concept, needs alot of work and no customer service. The technology is fine. The bed is hard as a rock. You are there to sleep. They placed a box spring mattress with a 2 inch mattress pad, see photo, it is like laying on the ground. When I called to speak to the manager, she was very rude and told me I didn't know what I was talking about, it is a mattress. I explained I had photos. I asked to talk to her boss and she said she was the boss. After talking to a few employees I found out she was the manager of the hotel, but there is a property manager. I called and asked for her to call me and never received a phone call back. They only provide a few coffee pods, one dish washer tablet and no ice machine. When I called and asked for refills I was told I could purchase these items in the store. The window treatments are cheap and do not block light. They have limited towel racks, one is above the toilet so you don't have enough places to hang your towels. No recycling can are provided. No furniture to enjoy the porch. People come from the area to enjoy the bar and security is limited. Should have key pads to access the upper floors in the elevator. Kitchen is very limited stocked, cutting board but no knives. No dish towels, oven mitts or drying towels. In fact the oven still has the plastic on it. The internet is very slow, which is ironic since it is suppose to be a high tech hotel. No cleaning service unless you order it 24 hour
- Lori (10/5): - Brand new hotel. We loved the amount of space available for 3 adults, loved the pool area, and the full size refrigerator for our drinks and snacks. Staff was polite and responsive.

- MARLENE (6/5): - It was a soft opening. So lots of work being done, with that being said, you need your phone to access rooms, building and pool. Bed is very creaky. Free parking though, lots of space, very clean. Would definitely check out again once they’re done.
- Dawn (2/5): - We took a chance on this new apartment hotel. The AI is completely overdone. Our apps never worked to unlock doors. Staff were friendly and tried to help but they had no idea how to fix issues. We ate our dinner on the luggage cart outside our room 9:30 at night. Multiple doors lock you in the halls and you can’t leave or pass through. Manager on duty pretended it was just a one off. Staff did not even really seem Ed concerned that we were very unhappy and paying to work out their bugs on soft opening. Promised free night stay etc for our constant problems. She never followed thru on offers. I had to reach out and ask multiple times. This is a very brief explanation of 3 days of the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Definitely don’t recommend!!!
- Melanie (10/5): - I stayed during their soft open, so there are still a few glitches to work out, but overall the property is beautiful. The pool was not fully heated (perhaps because there are so few guests there yet) and the restaurants have not opened yet. The rooms are spacious and clean and have some nice touches. I imagine the price will shoot up after the official grand opening, so I found it to be well worth the value at the pre-opening rates.
- gal (10/5): - sparkling clean, the apartment was larger then we expected and beautifully furnished. its 5 min from the strip, but you do need a car or an Uber to get around. nothing is really walkable. Highly recommended!
- Timothy (4/5): - Our room's door malfunctioned and would not work for the first 3 days. We had to "ask" someonebto unlock our door each time. There were no rubish containers outside - there were places for the containers, just no containers. Staff was super friendly.
- Matt (6/5): - No working WiFi in room or cell service. Took an hour to bring towels. Not all staff spoke English.
- Carla (10/5): - This was a perfect place to stay for our siblings trip. Very nice, new apartment, clean and everyone working there was very friendly. Rebecca at the front desk was very sweet and helped answer all of our questions. We also had fun talking with Oto. Highly recommend!
- Tara (6/5): - Very expensive for the experience. App was glitchy and was the only way to access key to room, check in process took 30 mins, WiFi and cell service were sporadic so working is a challenge, hair in the shower when we arrived, TV’s require a streaming service to watch and none are provided, no coffee maker in the room as advertised, have to pay extra for everything, including room cleaning.. the staff was kind but the focus of this hotel is not on the experience the guest is having at this point. Hopefully they work out the kinks since they’ve only been open for a couple months
- shalamar star (10/5): - Time consuming looking for room. I have rented many kitchenettes in NYC and in many other states and this one was the only one without steak knives, without a blender, mixer, and especially a utility or paring knife. So what’s the purpose of renting a kitchenette without all that. We literally had to go out and buy a knife just to cut potatoes and steak…but overall the room was very new, clean and cozy and had an awesome shower and balcony. Very beautiful room and nice kitchen but hopefully they add more kitchen utensils in the future, because people do like to cook. That is the purpose of renting a kitchenette. I didn’t care to much of the area it was located at but not so bad. I would definitely rent there again and recommend this place to friends and family but I will let them know to take their own kitchen utensils. It did have a big plastic knife that did not cut anything, Staff was friendly and professional and it was very convenient checking in and out because everything there is AI powered.

I was asked to download an app that did not work nor was integrated with my current reservation. Car charger did not work for our Rivian, only 1 of its kind. Room keys did not work to open our door. Could not get on WiFi network. Room next door had a party and it was loud in our room. The shades for the windows don't fit so the light spill from the courtyard was super bright in our room. Hard to sleep with how bright it was. Then we got in bed. The bed creaked and made noise any time there was movement so it constantly woke us up. The whole thing was weird. Their vibe is technology meets hospitality, but that was certainly not happening for us. Tech wasn't there, neither was seamless integration nor basics like well designed beds and window shades. I understand they are in the process of opening, but I don't see this stuff getting fixed any time soon considering the design issues are not tech and expensive to remedy.

We were on the lower room which was convenient however the hotels dumpster service for their trash happen to be right out by my room so when they decided to come around 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. it woke me out of dead sleep and then it was the hardest part going back to sleep. I felt it's a very poor location for their dumpster. I have a large family and I had gone to the front desk about 6:00 a.m. the morning of my departure I needed just two more towels so me and my youngest could take a shower before we left but housekeeping does not get in until 8:00 a.m. so therefore I did not get my towels or my shower. No hot tub No room service. I felt it was quite challenging with digital room keys and managing apps. Some people might like that it's not for everyone.

The room was big, sure, but it took me almost 10 minutes just to figure out where it was because the floor layout made no sense. The real problem? The bed. Total nightmare. Every single move made the loudest squeak you can imagine — like, bad enough that I worried it was shaking the room below. My husband actually woke up at 2 a.m. thinking there was an earthquake, when it was literally just me rolling over. We got almost no sleep, and by morning I felt like a zombie. Driving back to LA on that kind of “rest” didn’t feel safe at all. I mentioned it at checkout, and the front desk couldn’t have cared less. The manager just said engineering would “fix the frame” and looked like she’d heard it a million times. No sorry, no empathy, nothing. The sad thing is, everything else seemed fine. I even told friends this was a good off-Strip option for EV drivers. After this, no way. If a hotel can’t even give you a bed you can sleep in, what’s the point?

The mattresses were cheap and hard. The hot water stopped working in our room for two days. Other than that the hotel is nice and clean.

Even hotel staff who came to my room for helping is not easy to control. When I came back hotel room at 1am, the room was so cold because previous guest set it up and it wasn't reset before we check in. I would recommend to make sure the Thermostat reset after check in.
- Marsha (8/5): Nice overall stay - Very nice, new property in close proximity to everything. Our room was right next to the pool, which I wouldn't recommend. We had to call down to the front desk because the music was blasting at 7:00 am. It was quickly remedied, which we appreciated. It also took an hour and multiple requests to get wash clothes delivered. The beds are comfy, the pillows not so much. Other than that it was a nice stay overall, and we would definitely stay again.
- Chiamaka (8/5): - Pros: Hotel is brand new and has nice amenities such as two pools, a gym, and a bar. Our unit was spacious and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all items we needed for cooking and eating (e.g., pots, plates and cutlery). The hotel is only a few mins from the strip. Cons: The walls are very thin; you can hear people having conversations in the adjacent unit. The beds are somewhat hard and make a lot of squeaky noises. The shower door only covers half of the shower stall and so water tends to spill on the floor. To open doors in the halls, you need to use the hotel app or a physical room key, and often times, we were unable to open the doors because the app or key failed to work.
- Christina (6/5): - I really wanted to love this hotel, but I just couldn’t. It is beautiful and clean which is great compared to other hotels. Our room is very big and spacious which I loved. There is a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and stove. It’s in a key location next to fast food places and it is not far from the strip. The staff is very nice, polite and helpful. You have to download an app to use to access parts of the hotel and your room. We chose this hotel so we can check our bags in the lockers before check in time and of course the lockers weren’t working. So we ended up paying for early check in, went up to our room which was so far from the elevator and the key wouldn’t work, I had to go all the way back down and come all the way back up which again our room was far from the elevator so I was irritated. The beds are super hard, felt like I was sleeping on a piece of plywood and they are squeaky, with every turn and movement they make a noise. The room has a digital tablet to use which does not work, we tried to use the service button to order more towels which doesn’t work, tried to call the front desk but you need what’s app to communicate. At 2am there were people in the hallways yelling, running and slamming doors for over an hour which had us awake, couldn’t call the front desk because we don’t have what’s app.

The “AI” tech to get in never worked and we constantly had to track someone down to let us in. And saying that they’re dog friendly is a bit of a stretch. You’re not supposed to leave your dog unattended in the room. Why would we stay there with our dog? We’re supposed to take him all over Las Vegas with us? And finally, the beds and couch were like sitting/sleeping on slabs. Pools were fun and the vibe is cool, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Im Claustrophobic and felt trapped Was told was told i would be moved to another room in the morning but them was told no couldn't be, had issues with room to qr code on kee app on phone had to walk all the way back to front because i could not open the door, not a short walk actually pretty long from room, couldn't get key cards at check in because system was to slow they claimed. Could hear everything from neighbors as walls are thin, beds are hard. Were still working on hotel so had items all in parking lot for construction , could not use elevator close to room due to construction had to walk to other side Pros.Floors in new room was clean, loved the fill kitchen and 2 separate rooms, very very clean and comfortable environment , my kids loved the pools not too crowded, had stove , microwave ,dishes, dishwasher.

However there was a special event was happening and the bar area is right next to the lobby and loud music was playing, made it really hard to speak and listen. The hotel is very new, and could smell the new paint in the hallway, so things were clean. Also the hotel area and the room were very spacious. But may be it too new, there were things not working. After checking in, we found the room door couldn't be unlocked, neither through the KEE app nor the actual physical key. we had to walk back to the lobby and asked for help. Eventually a couple servicemen came and fixed the lock. But it took an extra 20 minutes just to get into the hotel room. Another unfortunate thing is the noise insulation was pretty bad. Noise from next room could be heard. Also the design of the shower glass screen was too small to block water, and water was spilled all over the floor after a shower. Some minor water damage could be seen on the baseboard near the shower. Also most of the walls in the room and the bathroom are white, too white that it was hurting my eyes a bit, especially in the bathroom when all the lights are on. Overall it is not a bad hotel, especially it is pretty new. Hope things continue to improve and make it a more pleasant stay next time.

Convenient, free & abundant parking. My unit for 1 person was very spacious, similar to a studio apartment. Because the room had luxury vinyl floors, I could hear footsteps from the unit above me late at night for my stay. You will need to carry your phone throughout the building to unlock & gain entrance to the building, pools, gym, hallway doors and to your room, all using a QR code. This could be considered an inconvenience for some. In addition, I asked for a 1 hour late check out and the fee was rather high. After some discussion, I was given a 30-minute courtesy late check out time. For this hotel, the pros outweigh the cons and I would likely stay here again.
- Jostlyn (4/5): - The first time I stayed here was a month ago and they were still figuring out some kinks with it. I had seen them respond to a review about the extreme firmness of the beds, saying they were going to get mattress toppers, so I decided to keep my 2nd booking and try them out one more time. The mattress toppers were in fact just mattress protectors, no additional cushion. Not sure why they thought that would help with the plywood feel of the beds. It's as if we were sleeping on the floor. We layered blankets and extra bedding on one of the beds and that helped minimally. I had to put a pillow under my back and hips the 2nd night because I was so messed up from the previous night. Also, because all the flooring is hard flooring, you can hear EVERYTHING between your neighbors. There is a regular sized crack under the doors that separate you and the sound carries as if they're in your room with you. It's not even muffled, we could hear very clearly what our neighbors were saying. I think they should add some sort of weather stripping or something under it, because you could literally put your fingers under and wave at your neighbor. That crack also allows all the smells of whatever they're cooking into your room and we had a pregnant person in our party that had to deal with some strong food smells that wasn't appealing. I expect a lot more from a supposed 5 star property. I won't be back. Hopefully they can adjust those things.

Arriving was told how things were going to go and what happened next. Loved the room layout and how things were. Only two small problems my family found with this place was the night screens not really blocking out the light from outside, and the beds being a little to firm. Otherwise loved the stay and may look at staying agian in the future.

Room being very big and clean and very nice staff are only plus side of our stay here. Everything seemed like made of cheap materials. Huge rooms that can fit a big family or 2 which is great but has only one queen bed in them. Bed was very noisy every time we would move. Rooms are WAY bright with very bad and cheap quality curtains that are not even covering the whole window, our room was facing the swimming pool and the lights were lighting up our room all night long. Furnitures are bright color and make me wonder how long they will last. Tv never connected to the WIFI. I don’t know if some of these are temporary issues but I hope they take notes from guests reviews and make this hotel better place to stay because I would like to go back if things get improved.

Check-in process took forever due to not being able to get a digital room key on their app. The walk to our room was far, very inconvenient while pulling a cart full of luggage’s. We were offered complimentary items to make up for the pool not being ready but all we got was an extra room for our stay we did not ask for. Rooms were spacious but bedrooms get hot at night and there is no fan despite thermostat being set to 68. Overall not a good experience when it comes to hospitality/connivence.

Unfortunately, my experience with one staff member, Aaron (evening shift), was disappointing. He was rude to my family and required my 70+ year-old mother—who walks with a cane—to walk a greater distance to reach our room. She was already halfway to our room and he made her go all the way around instead of escorting her or just allowing her to just cut across the pool area. This is how we were told to get to our room initially by the person (Michael) who checked us in. Additionally, he acted unprofessionally by scolding a couple staff members in front of us for a mistake that was his own. This interaction left a negative impression and makes us hesitant to return. I had chosen this property based on reviews highlighting friendly staff, but this encounter left me with a very different experience.

The idea is that you have minimal contact with the staff and that your needs and wants can all be attained through their app. Unfortunately, during our visit the app could only be used for a room key. I was intrigued by the services the app could do but it was not available to me. Anyways, the 2-bedroom suite was sparse and spacious. Beds, bathroom and kitchen were well-equipped. I was confused why there was no ice easily available in the room or hallways. My only option was to get a cup of ice at the bar. It would be nice to have ice trays or ice maker closer by. The pools were nice but there were new hotel technical glitches that made access to some areas difficult. The staff was always great when I needed assistance. I like the hotel, but I'm hoping to experience more that the hotel has to offer on our next visit.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Not every different or new idea is a good one! - The property is new but needs a lot of attention. It's spacious and smoke free which what we liked the most about it. You have to take out your trash or give with the smell of it as there is no room service except if you pay $50 per service on demand. No extra towels except for what you already have in the room. The A/C acts up as no matter what temperature you set it for it goes back up to mid 80s in the middle of the night and during the day in the very hot summer of Nevada. Although the property is new our closet door was broken. The WhatsApp communication to front desk is the worst idea they have as not everyone has that app and they don't even response instantly! We woke up the nest day due to the noise from the work they were doing on the adjacent apartment without even getting a courtesy note about the work that would be done. It's a good place but with bad management! I don't know how long would it last as there are a lot of details that should be taken care of. One more thing the app doesn't always open the unit lock. We had some issues with it. And neither the other authorized users were successful in accessing the unit. A lot of technical issues.

Staff was very friendly and courteous with the new opening and certain amenities not being available or functioning properly. When the property is fully functional I definitely recommend to any tech savvy or person seeking a modern luxurious experience.
- Lori (6/5): Worst Bed Ever. - The property is beautiful and clean. The staff were friendly but the beds were awful. It was the hardest bed I’ve ever slept on. I go camping and all sorts of different types of travel. This bed was absolutely the worst. We were there for a week so I had to go buy a mattress pillow topper from Walmart and add two extra comforters from the property. That was somewhat better but still it is a wooden box with no give and a 1in topper. I can’t figure out how that is what they decided to not spend money on.

We did have our daughter and her service dog with us, we called ahead to let the hotel know as a courtesy. Unfortunately after we were Checked in issues began, it seemed like the issue was his size, my daughter felt uncomfortable at the property because the staff wouldn’t stop staring at her we lead us to check out early. Unfortunately I can’t recommend the hotel to someone with a service animal due to stay on property. The hotel needs to retrain the staff on ADA regulations to avoid having someone else feel like we did. Room description: The room is great! We had a 2 bed, 2 bath suite with a kitchen and living space. It was beautiful and clean and large. Very apartment like. The property is large! It was a long walk to our room, There is a Tesla charger in the parking lot with us great! The pool on site was great and had a lovely covered space for lounging. No restaurant on site when we were there but there was a bar.

My daughter's birthday and first time in Vegas was ruined. I will be filling a claim for lack of ADA accessibility issues and injury caused by poorly installed fixtures. The lack of communication coupled with the way Joyce treated us at check made this situation significantly worse.

If the beds were comfy this would be the place I would stay everytime in Vegas.
