Keandra (2/5): - Staff member who came into the room to clean stole a personal item from our room and claimed that she threw it in the garbage but it was never discovered after searching the dumpster. We liked our experience at 1st and even paid for 3 additional days but after things went missing, we felt unsafe and requested a refund and checked out immediately. We reported it to management to be reimbursed, told them the price of the item and was told to come back for payment on the weekend and when we got there, they short us $10 of the price we showed them that the item cost. Shout out to a lady named Krissy who showed a lot of concern and was always a pleasure to see and interact with!

Michael (4/5): - The staff was great, the property seems to be in the middle of some renovations. Pool was nice but no chIrs to sit in. Bed had a ripped plastic cover and 2 twin flat sheets on it that didnt fit. A small bed spread but no blankets. When we arrived the a/c was off so we could not stay in the room, it was 90 plus degrees, also the mini fridge was unplugged. Room was dated and not very clean. Again, the staff was friendly and when we did ask for something tried to help us. I hope they renovate the place because it has a lot of potential.

Debra Alicia (6/5): - We liked the location of the property. It was a fairly quiet area, and was within walking distance of cable beach, Starbucks and a local grocery store. The room was a decent size and it was clean. The AC worked well and that was a definite plus. The room was basic though, just a bed. There was nothing was in the room to make the stay more comfortable. No hangars in the closet, no chair to sit on or just to have to throw clothes on. No kettle or coffee machine and no cups to have a drink. Towels were limited and there was no hand towel or floor towel in the bathroom. There was nowhere to hang a towel, no hooks or rails. A lamp on the beside table would have been nice as there was only one light on the wall and no curtains on the upper windows so it was very bright in the morning. One additional mirror outside the bathroom would have helped as it was challenging when trying to get ready. Lots of potential with this property! If you don't need any fuss and can fend for yourself it's ok for a couple of nights. Shout out to Montez!! Who was always around to help and went above and beyond when we were stuck! Thank you!
Kawanda (6/5): - This was a unique experience allowing us to spend time with locals and away from all the tourists. The building is in the process of being rehabilitated. We did not have any issue with construction noise. We did have issues with cold water pressure in the shower. We enjoyed the pool and the quiet location. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

Diangelo (8/5): - Hello, My stay with you guys was easy and the lady at the desk was friendly. I would definitely stay at the property again, pretty much convenient for me. There are only a few things, maybe some black out curtains I know it’s a preference and not everyone like them, there was a hard time finding a balance in the shower to get room temperature water, it was either to HOT or to COLD! Other than that, I enjoyed my stayed, staff was friendly and everytime I had left the property and come back I always had the same to parking spots that I parked in during my stay.

Sherrie (2/5): Not sure this is a real property - We and our taxi driver looked for this property for an hour. No hotel and no signs at the address on the receipt or the different address on the web. No one in the neighborhood had heard of it. After driving back and forth several times, we had to pay him more to take us to another hotel with a vacancy. Property was very responsive to questions through Hotels.com, so I am not sure if this is a scam or something else is wrong.

Eventually stopped to ask at cigar store and while parking, saw the hotel sign on the wall. No lights on the sign and arrived after dark. Once inside the white gates (again no signage), everyone was helpful and nice. Room was minimal but clean. Staff friendly and nice. Looked MUCH better in daylight. construction happening in the lobby etc

Joseph (2/5): - As best I can tell the property doesn’t exist. When you call the contact number you get this very annoying bot that accuses you of being a telemarketer. It’s the most bizarre thing. None of local taxi drivers ever heard of the place and refuse to take the fare. When you get google map directions with the given address you get shown a blank lot or a different establishment. I wasted an hour or more chasing this down. Very frustrating, I will be seeking a full refund.

Amanda (6/5): - We were pleased to find this property at the last second after our flight was cancelled and we had nowhere to stay. The property manager made sure our keys were in our rooms and she brought towels up right away. The pool was nice to enjoy although the property is currently under renovations for upgrades so there is some activity buzzing around. The staff were all very helpful and friendly and accommodating for us, even giving us a drive to a restaurant when our taxi didn’t show up and waiting for us to take us back home. The friendly women at the front desk went out and purchased a kettle for our room so we could make tea which was thoughtful. They also allowed us to delay check out so that we didn’t have to drag our luggage around Nassau. Note of caution on finding the hotel: Google Maps is incorrect and will lead you to the Sandals resort…the staff have tried to fix this issue several times to no avail. Be sure to tell your taxi driver you are going to the Landshark hotel (the locals still know it by the old name). We are grateful the staff made us feel comfortable during our stay while we waited to get rebooked.
