- jose (8/5): - Very convenient area near Getsemani , lots of shopping a places to eat . There is no Hotel signage in the front of the building which we were made aware of ,so we have to tell the Uber driver to drop us off at the banks entrance ( hotel lobby is on the 5th floor) the front entrance smelled of urine which is not the hotels fault and a homeless person was sleeping several feet away . The guards at the entrance were very friendly . Otherwise the hotel itself is nice , we had very good breakfast ( although breakfast sitting area is limited and only have 2 tables ) since there were 6 of us and occupied 2 tables ,other guest have to take there breakfast and eat in there room , they did provide them with a tray. Our room was spacious and clean and had a beautiful view of the clock tower . Only suggestions we have is to put a mirror in the room , the girls have to wait for someone to finish using the restroom to use the mirror.

- Robert (8/5): Beautiful building, kind helpful staff - This hotel is beautiful but has its problems, first there is no sign on the building, nobody can find it. The second is the dining area, only capable of accommodating six or eight people. The last is the visitor policy is unfortunate and forced me to leave to find a new place to stay during my trip. My reservation was made for two people , and the second person was not allowed to stay in my accommodations, based on that I had to leave and find a new location to stay.

- Eddy (8/5): - I recommend this hotel because it is conveniently located near the Clock Tower and Getsemaní. It is also very clean and comfortable. The only thing I found less impressive was the breakfast. Other than that, it’s definitely worth recommending!
- Dania (10/5): - The hotel is in floor 5 of the building, it’s pretty new, room is very big, super clean, beautiful and modern. The view is incredible beautiful, in one side you have the clock tower and fortress wall and in the other side the bay decks with all the boats. Location is super convenient, all the tours we made we walk to the meeting point. You only need to cross the street and everything is there, food, souvenirs, all historic town. Breakfast is simple but for us was good enough and the man serving is very attentive. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend the hotel.
- Beatriz (6/5): - Breakfast was “included”, but the only options were fruits, coffee and cereals, very limited bread as well. No eggs, no cheese. They call it “continental” breakfast, it is a lot less than that. Only two tables and the space is very reduced. Safe box i. The room can be reset by clicking 0 several times, no safety if the our belongings. Rooms are new and with plenty of space, but that is all you get, a nice room and bathroom.

- Marie (8/5): - Stayed for a couple days visiting Cartagena solo. This has more of a bed and breakfast feel than a true hotel. Building is secure and in an excellent location—had a perfect view of the Clock Tower from my balcony. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I like to sleep in on vacation, and breakfast service was right outside my door and can be a little loud. Non-issue for anyone up earlier than me :)

Nestled right in front of the walled city, it’s the perfect location for access to great restaurants, tourists sites and even the port to take you to several islands. The staff are all very helpful and nice and the building is extremely safe with security personnel and cameras all around. It is a little noisy considering how central it is but it’s not bad. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for your next trip to Cartagena.

- Yolanda (10/5): - Easy access to the old city, the room was clean, comfortable and it also had an excellent view. The balcony offered me the opportunity to observed and feel the city from the distance. I was able to find and enjoy all the amenities within walking distances.
