Guest Reviews
- Amy (10/5): - Great place! Very friendly staff!
- Eric (10/5): - Clean, friendly, walkable to RT 66 restaurants and shops
- David (10/5): - Nicely laid out and well appointed hotel in a convenient location. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Food choice for breakfast was good and relaxed ins were clean and comfortable
- Kim Daniel (10/5): - Giving it a 4-star as I was assigned to a room initially with guests already in it but was addressed right away by the staff. Other than that, it was a very pleasant stay for us. We liked the complimentary breakfast (buffet style) very much! Looking forward to staying again here in the future.
- Marlene (10/5): - Fast and friendly check-in. Room was perfect for 4 adults. Walking distance to restaurants and shops.
- Mark (10/5): - Helpful staff and friendly. Room was good. No frills. They ran out supplies for s'mores which was disappointing.
- Amit (10/5): - Rooms are updated , checkin was quick and facility is nice
- Nader (8/5): - Very clean room and friendly staff.
- Raegan (10/5): - Clean and modern room.
- Laurence (10/5): - The front desk person who checked us in was super friendly, explained all the important detsils, and was very welcoming. This is a wondeful property and within easy walkig distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants.
- Michelle (10/5): - Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean and you could tell was updated. The beds were really comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The location is at the end of town, so things were pretty quiet. We will return and recommend to friends and family that visit the Grand Canyon.
- Victoria (2/5): - I'm giving a 1-star review for two main reasons. 1 Lack of privacy and communication. Housekeeping attempted to enter our room without knocking while we were still inside. We also never received a "Do Not Disturb" door hanger, which might have helped prevent this. 2 After we left our room around 11 AM, housekeeping returned and entered. When we came back at 7 PM, we found our door slightly open, with our personal belongings exposed. This was extremely upsetting and made us feel unsafe. Anyone could have walked in and taken our valuables. I reported this to the front desk, explained that our door needed to be pulled hard to close properly, and asked them to ensure staff double-checks it. Unfortunately, they showed little concern and offered no help or reassurance. While the rest of the stay was pleasant and the hotel seemed nice overall, this experience completely ruined our visit. It’s especially concerning considering many guests were young couples or families who could have also been put at risk. I would be cautious about staying here unless the hotel addresses its security and communication issues more seriously.
- Mark (8/5): - Good location
Good breakfast
- Debra (10/5): - I liked everything
- Merry (10/5): - Comfortable place to stay in Williams. Breakfast was satisfying and the attending lady for breakfast was great.
- Jean (10/5): - Friendly staff
- ELISABET W (10/5): - I love the vibes! You can tell this was recently renovated. Pretty clean and lots of great amenities. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
- Michelle (10/5): - Family friendly
- Carol (10/5): - The hotel offered many on site activities: heated pool, great hot tub, corn hole, ring toss, indoor area with tabletop shuffleboard, board games and bicycles to borrow for paid guests. A wonderful place and staff were so nice and helpful
- Valeriy (10/5): - NA
- Ray (4/5): disappointing stay - Several things / Asked for early arrrival when we were arrived 1 hour early they wanted extra 35.00 we declined.
no micro wave in room, no coffee maker, no easy access for ice like an ice bucket which every hotel I've stayed in provides; we had to call front desk who said to use a thermal bag in room with an option to buy at $45.00. Very limited electrical outlets in room . not enough for two people to have electrical outlets for pcs and phone chargers. morning breakfast was below average and did not provide juice or oatmeal . very disappointed in service provided compared to other hotels at a same price
- Trudi (4/5): - Horribly uncomfortable bed that dipped in the middle. Loudest air conditioner I’ve ever heard and a garbage check in policy. You can’t check in until 4pm, even though the room is ready and at 20 minutes until 4, they still tell you that you have to pay $35 to check in at 3:40. I will never trust Hotels.com reviews again.
- Heather (10/5): - Great location, helpful staff. Room was very modern and clean. Free breakfast was definitely a plus!
- Brian (10/5): - It was a great stay. They provide a little one sheet that helps orient you on what is available in the town. Grand Canyon is a short drive. Great staff
- cindy (2/5): - When dragging our suitcases up the stairs, my husband, watching his feet instead of head room, banged his head against the dark rafters. Construction started below our room early in the morning. No way we could sleep with major construction below us. You may want to paint the rafters a bright color, or warn people over 6’ that there is no head clearance at the top of the stairs
- Sandeesh (10/5): - Free breakfast was awesome- my daughter loved making her own waffle and the little
Muffins were yummy! Eggs, hash browns, bacon, and eggs…Tesla chargers on site- great place to spend the night on the way to Grand Canyon
- William (6/5): - Good
- Rodger (10/5): - Best prime rib Ive had in a long time
- Brandon (10/5): - All great, they really go the extra mile for a top notch experience.
- susan (10/5): - Clean very very nice staff the only bad thing was no elevators
- Leah (10/5): - Clean. Modern looking. Friendly staff. Great restaurant on property
- Angel (10/5): - Easy access
- Ileana (10/5): Our favorite place thus far - This has been our favorite hotel to stay at. There are so many activities for the whole family. My kids loved it. It's also walking distance to several restaurants which was really nice. The staff was great, the rooms were clean... they actually had a good breakfast😅
Definitely returning!
- Sean (10/5): Well appointed and good location. - High quality, great value for money and nice location in the historic Williams downtown area. Close to local amenities.
- Tamir (10/5): - Perfect!!!!
- Jonathan (10/5): - Cool theme
- Amanda Hope (10/5): - Really unique, eclectic place. Thoughtful items in the room, like a soft cooler for cold drinks while hiking and a nice decor.
- Kelly (10/5): - The property was nice and clean, everyone friendly helpful that part A. The room was clean but no microwave the king bed had a divit in it was not comfortable and I felt 6 inches lower then normal. The shower was good the shampoo and hair conditioner and body wash was outstanding overall C. The breakfast was good but no juices or milk to drink only for cerealB+, Overall B on the total resort. IF they make improvement on some of the ideas I pointed out easy a A resort .
- James (8/5): - Very kind/professional staff. Everything is good.
- Danielle (10/5): - Well designed property, clean and functional, comfortable beds. Best part was meeting Gina Presley at the breakfast hall. She was super friendly, helpful and
- Vickie (10/5): - This place is close to everything you will want to do in Williams. If it’s too far to walk you have free bicycles to use. We plan on returning to Williams and will definitely want to stay here again
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Nicely updated rooms and common areas. Seems very family friendly.
- Tayfun (4/5): - Looks like they bought a motel, remodeled the rooms, and then filled the rooms with premium furniture and other stuff. However this doesn’t change the fact that it’s a motel on your way to Grand Canyon. They also don’t give you any Vip benefits if you’re later than 8pm. Also, the breakfast was no better than any other Williams motels… except that breakfast lady! That’s why I gave two stars. Is that worth paying one Benjamin more? No if you’re only staying for the night. No if you’re staying longer. Just choose another motel and save money.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Really nice property, clean rooms, pool was nice and there was a little sitting area by fireplace. Hotel offers bikes you can ride if your reserve them. There is also a nice bar and restaurant if you want to eat there. You also get a complimentary breakfast. The vibe is nice all around and will stay again if I am back in the area. Pet friendly
- Susan (10/5): - Attached to Miss Kitty’s Steakhouse where we had a fabulous meal and greeted by the chef. The grounds of the hotel were lovely and the hot tub, pool, and free bikes were a treat!
- Frida (10/5): - Kitchen lady was very sweet!
- Jeffrey (10/5): - we are elderly and both have knee problems, we made reservations in July for our trip to Williams AZ labor day weekend, we checked in and was told no first floor rooms or elevator, I think there should be a way to request one when reservations are booked online, had we known we probably would of booked a hotel with elevator, it was really hard to walk up and down stairs
- Jeswyn (10/5): - Our family loved our stay, the coziness and cleanliness of our room and the property, as well as the friendliness of the staff. The train horn can wake you up in the middle of your sleep but the beds are very comfortable and we fell right back to sleep, our room is in the back so its location is pretty private and quiet in general. We will keep staying here whenever we go to Williams, AZ.
- candace (10/5): - Will be back & recomend to anyone traveling to Williams!
- Terence (6/5): - Everything was amazing until we discovered the sheets had old blood stains on them.
- Jhunelyn (10/5): - We really enjoyed staying here.
- Catherine (10/5): - When we got to the room there were no towels. Tells the gal that was working that night at the front desk immediately brought them to her room and apologized very, very on top of her job. I was very satisfied with the whole experience, including the rollercoaster.
- Heather (10/5): Love this place - We loved it here, and everyone on the staff was so friendly. Will definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family.
- Tamra (10/5): - Great place! Couldn’t ask for more.
- Dan (10/5): - Beautiful hotel in a great place in Williams. Close to restaurants and bars and coaster. Loved it!
- larry (10/5): - Clean
- Judith (10/5): - Modern, attention to detail, clean, well styled, modern
- Juan (8/5): - The associate at the check-in desk was very polite and helpful
The associates at checkout where they complete opposite I walked in the door to check out both of them were looking down at the computers. They did not even acknowledge me, but as soon as a coworker walked in, they looked up and said good morning to the coworker, but totally ignored me. I walked up and said checking out of 212
There were a female and a male the male acknowledge me as I was walking away, saying checking out of 212?
I kept walking
- Cole (10/5): - Such a cool property!! Has to be the best option in town! So much fun stuff to do. Awesome staff and everything. This is all coming from a hotel manager in Vegas.
- William (10/5): - Service was great manager went beyond what was necessary to make things good there for our stay
- Sheila (10/5): - I liked when you walked in it smelled clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would recommend you to stay there if you were in town. Iwill sstay rhere again.
- Darami (10/5): - Such a family friendly, clean and fun hotel. Easy to get to. Great walking distance from town.
Highly recommend for families.
- Katherine (10/5): - We had a lovely stay. Quiet, comfortable, friendly receptionist.
- jill (10/5): - Contemporary and comfortable. Close to lots of activities
- Lucas (10/5): - Great!
- Verified traveler (10/5): Restaurant - Best beer I ever had at Miss Kitty’s Bar and Restaurant from Grand Canyon Brewery. The meal was delicious and the service friendly.
- Francine (8/5): - Loved proximity to Bearizona, little town is walkable, nice staff, game room, pool, and jacuzzi, dog-friendly.
Only thing we couldn't find was a dedicated dog run area, but food and water bowls and poop baggies were provided.
- Morgan (10/5): Rt. 66 Grand Canyon Must Stay!!! - The staff was super sweet on property from the front desk to the staff maintaining the rooms also the servers and the town is so cute. We got dinner at Miss Kitty’s which was so good. Our room also got super dark and the ac works amazing so we slept so well the bed was very comfortable! Love that it is pet friendly there were other super cute dogs there. Pool and outdoor areas are so relaxing. The bathrooms is super nice too I really loved the shower in our room everything was extremely clean. Also an easy drive to the Grand Canyon, small town vibe with evening you could need and more mountainous than I expected!
- Carolyn (6/5): Probably would not stay here again. - Pool area and game room was very nice. The staff weee all very nice and helpful.
. There could be improvements such as ice machines at each building along with a couple trash cans at each building. The continental breakfast did not have any juice or yogurt.
- Kim (10/5): - It was excellent!!! Free bike rides
- Kim (10/5): - Staff was super friendly, we actually extended another night.
- Lesley (10/5): - Nice place!
- Twyla (10/5): - We had a great stay. Miss Kitty's Restaurant was excellent!
- Megan (10/5): Cute mountain stay - Went for the 4th of July and my family and I had a great time. Very friendly staff, food was ok. Wasn’t expecting 5stars in this town but Miss Kitty’s restaurant was mouthwatering GOOD. The soaps and shampoos are extremely nice organic spa worthy stuff!! Definitely planning on going back in the future
- Carolyn (10/5): - Each place we stayed was great for what we were looking for
- Allison (10/5): - This was great, we can't wait to come back!
- Charity (4/5): - This property
- Christopher (10/5): - Will go again if possible! Close to the Grand Canyon and plenty to do within walking distance. Staff was very professional, polite and accommodating.
- Anastasia (10/5): - Staff was friendly and seemed to really care about the property and your experience. The property had a lot to do and was very family friendly.
- Rebecca (10/5): - Would come back just for trailborn
- Mylena (10/5): - The decor was very modern and upgraded. Bathrooms were clean. Very nice hotel with plenty of things to do. Continental breakfast included eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, and more. Only complaint is the bed and pillows were too soft for my liking. Other than that, everything exceded my expectations. Would definitely stay here again.
- Judith (8/5): - We reserved a King room and we were given two queens. In the little coffee area there were only two paper cups and 2 little packets of coffee. The shampoo dispenser was almost empty (barely got a little dab) and the conditioner dispenser was empty. There was not a bath mat in the shower area....we had to use a hand towel. It would be very helpful to have a microwave in the room since there is a mini fridge. Also, it would be appreciated if coffee would be available in the lobby (or Camp Hall) 24 hrs a day. Unless the hotel is completely booked, please avoid putting people behind the stairwell.....very dark and closed in feeling (we were in room 114). It is in a good location. We did have a good meal at Miss Kitty's. It is a good value and I think with a few more thoughtful touches and better trained housekeeping it would be great. Thank you.
- Hope (10/5): Great place! - Clean, and comfortable rooms. Great variety of breakfast options.
- Lisa (10/5): - What a lovely surprise! We are on a family road trip. We booked this hotel the day before and were so impressed! The property and room were adorable and filled with cute kitsch touches! If you are in Williams, stay here!
- Nora (10/5): - What a gem of a place! Spacious and beautifully decorated rooms, fun game options for the family and close to everything!
The only thing that could use an upgrade is the breakfast. The way it was setup in a tiny area with food and coffee in the same space ended up causing a lot of clutter and crowds, despite the cavernous space in the Camp Hall.
We ate at the restaurant (Miss Kittie's), and the food was good but everything was spicy! There was no reprieve from the spice. It would be great if the chef could incorporate some non-spicy items.Great cocktails!
- Sharon (10/5): - Comfortable, spacious rooms. The ice bag was great! Three unavailable entree items from menu. Friendly staff with great smiles! Registration parking area was a bit confusing. All in all a great experience and a great value.
- Chew (10/5): - The location is very good if you are visiting Grand Canyon. The only nit picking is that the breakfast is lack of protein, maybe it just happened on the day we were there.
Also, I am an EV driver. There are a few EV chargers on the premise. But the chargers didn't show up as destination chargers in Tesla app. Should notify Tesla, and also Expedia. If you offer EV chargers, should advertise it as such.
- Tyler (2/5): - Unfortunately I am very disappointed with this hotel. I brought my family to this hotel for a get away for 1 night and to enjoy bearizona and the town and it was a very terrible experience right from the get go, staff members were very disregarding, unprofessional. When I asked why I was being charged $497.00 for a 1 night stay in a room with 2 queen beds. And when I showed them my father’s invoice, for the same type of room and his was $197.00. They had no other answer to me besides “well it’s how you book”. To me that seemed very unprofessional and rude. And instead of taking the time to review the invoice to me in detail they just brushed me off and disregarded me. When I had looked through Expedia (where I have spent thousands of dollars through, booking atleast 2 vacations a year) It looked very nice and seemed to have everything we looked for. The rooms were clean and property was nice, but staff was terrible. And we are very let down. I feel that I was taken advantage of and robbed. I will never come back again.
- Sarah (10/5): - It was so cute! Still felt 'western' but with nice modern updates. Great for a single night stay!
- Teresa (10/5): - Our room was clean, comfortable and roomy. The outdoor activity space was a wonderful addition to the pool area. It included bocce ball, cornhole, and a wonderful fireplace for making s’mores. They also had bikes you can check out. The breakfast was tasty.
- Oleg (10/5): - Good
- susan (10/5): - We had a wonderful time! My granddaughter, Marley, loved the swimming pool! Great staff and very accommodating.
- Madisyn (2/5): - WE DID NOT GET TO CHECK IN. No rooms available even with a long standing reservation
- Kendra (10/5): - Lots to do, great location. Cool amenities
- Patricia (8/5): - Check-in was a 1/2 late - only negative other than we were on the second floor and the exterior overhead beam once you got to the top of the stairs was pretty low - no warning and my husband (who is 6'6) whacked his head pretty good. We were very careful after that little surprise.
- Jordan (8/5): - The hotel is so cute and special, especially for the price. Everything is very tasteful, and they have thought of a lot. The front desk staff are very nice, and the breakfast was also quite good.
The only issue we had was that while we were out our beds weren't made and the towels we put on the shower floor weren't changed out. I said something nicely to the housekeeping supervisor, really trying to just let her know, and she told me that they don't make the beds if there are any personal items on them (I believe that I had left a pair of headphones on one). I have stayed in hundreds of hotels of all prices and have never heard this policy before. It seemed more like an excuse, but she was very defensive and I'm not much of an arguer. It would have been nice to come back to a made bed after a 13-mile hike.
I would stay there again, but if they're going to have this goofball policy they should warn you.
- Keri (10/5): - Great hotel. The only thing was Miss Kitty's restaurant had no A/C, we couldn't eat there which was disappointing.
- Charles (10/5): - Amazing place! Unique and the staff was very helpful.
- Bill (10/5): - Loved this property!!!
- Keeok (8/5): - Eggs were very salty
