- Timur (10/5): Nice place in Kayseri - Kayseri/Melikgazi'de bulunan, yeni yahut yenilenmiş şehir oteli. Yalnız gezgin olarak yaptığım seyahatimde Kayseri uğrağında bu oteli kullandım. Çok memnun kaldım tavsiye ediyorum. Hotel is located at Malikgazi district in Kayseri. The place is new or renewed, super cosy and clean place to stay. I suggest to visit this place if you will visit Kayseri.

- Jens Uwe (8/5): Schönes Hotel mit Mängeln - Sehr schönes Hotel mit größtenteils hervorragendem Personal (Empfang und Reinigung), was trotzdem leider nicht alles erfüllt, was es verspricht. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und modern eingerichtet, da gibt es nix zu meckern. Einen Pool und den Spa-Bereich sucht man jedoch vergebens. Laut Empfang gibt es beides noch nicht bzw. ist im Bau. Dann aber bitte erst in den Merkmalen angeben, wenn dies fertig ist. Ich habe explizit nach einem Hotel mit Pool gesucht. Weiterhin war jedoch das Personal sehr nett, außer im Frühstücksbereich, wo es wohl ein Problem war, dass man erst 9:30 Uhr zum Frühstück kommt. Hier wurde man die ganze Zeit verächtlich angeschaut und es wurde direkt unterm Tisch und Sitz gekehrt, obwohl es da nix zu kehren gab und sonst nix im Raum gekehrt wurde. Sowas macht man nicht, wenn da ein Gast sitzt.

- Gerardus (8/5): - We stayed just one night at the BÜPA DELUXE HOTEL because we arrived late at night and preferred not to travel further that day/night. The hotel is just 600 meters from the heart of Kayseri (Kayseri Cumhuriyet Meydani) and 7.5 kilometers from ASR Kayseri Airport. It appears to be newly opened this year. Despite arriving at 3 AM, the reception was attentive, making our check-in quick and friendly. The corridors, rooms, and breakfast area in the cellar were all good. Overall, we had a positive experience. It took us a little time to get the AC functioning properly. While the rooms weren't particularly spacious, they were sufficient for three people. Everything appeared to be new and well-maintained. The room featured parquet flooring, -cozy-, and offered ample charging points for your devices. The bathroom was well-kept, though some finishing touches could be improved (this is often the case in Turkey, where quantity sometimes outweighs quality). A standout feature was the underfloor heating and illuminated mirror in the bathroom (a lovely detail)! The breakfast was enjoyable. I felt like we were the only guests. The staff clearly put a lot of effort into arranging everything neatly, and there was a wide variety of options. They were also very polite. Is there a downside? Yes, the location itself isn't very impressive, and the view from the windows leaves much to be desired. However, I still recommend this hotel.

- Kaan (10/5): - Wir haben für 1 Nacht gebucht sind allerdings um 3 Uhr Nachts in der Unterkunft erschienen. Wir konnten problemlos in unser Zimmer, die Mitarbeiter sind alle Nett gewesen. Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß aber sehr ausreichend. Man hat gemerkt das es ein neues Hotel gewesen ist. Das Frühstück war auch sehr in Ordnung, da wir keine Frühstücksmenschen sind war die Auswahl an sich aber Top. Forum und Zentrum sind in der nähe. Für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt würde ich erneut dieses Hotel bevorzugen.

- Rosario (10/5): Ottimo hotel in centro a Kayseri - Ottima struttura in centro a Kayseri. Posizione centralissima vicino al castello ed al bazar. L'hotel è nuovo, il servizio efficente e la colazione veramente notevole.

- AREV (8/5): - Otel yeni ve konumu çok merkezi, Cumhuriyet Meydanı'na bir tramvay durağı veya yürüyerek yaklaşık 8 dk mesafede. Çevresinde alışveriş yerleri ve restoranlar var. Asansöre bindiğinizde oda kartınızla sadece lobiye, yemekhane katına veya kendi katınıza gidebiliyorsunuz, güvenliği sağlamak için böyle yapmışlar, bence iyi düşünmüşler. Benim odamdan Erciyes Dağı karlı zirvesiyle gözüküyordu. Kahvaltıda çorba ve meyve dahil çeşitlilik vardı ve hizmet güler yüzlüydü. Sadece ilk giriş yaptığımda tuvalet kapağını kaldırınca klozette sarı damla şeklinde bir leke vardı, kendim antibakteriyel mendille temizledim, sonraki günler oda temizliği titizdi. Lobideki tuvalet temizliğine de aynı şekilde dikkat edilirse daha iyi olacaktır diye düşünüyorum. Bunun dışında hem resepsiyonda çalışanlar hem kat görevlileri ilgili ve yardımseverdi.
