- Amber (8/5): Nice place - The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. The location was great for being downtown. The room was mostly clean besides garbages weren’t emptied. The communication was a bit off. Unfortunately, we could not see the check in time prior to booking this stay. We did request early check-in, but that was not able to be accommodated which is fine. We reviewed the check-in instructions which said that we could enter at 3:30 so we did. After we got in the room, I checked my phone and had a text message saying that the room would not be ready for another two hours which was strange because we were in the room and had the code to enter. We went about our business and headed out downtown and got another message at 5:50 saying that they would need another 20 minutes. Again, this is strange because we were already in the room. There was no one there to clean the room. The room was already clean. It just left us very confused. We let them know when we checked out and later in the day, we still got a text message about returning vacuums to their closet which we never even used. Again the room was nice, but all these text messages left us feeling rather confused. We would have been highly upset if we were not able to enter until after 6 PM and there wasn’t even anyone there cleaning the room.

This was very misleading, I booked two rooms and feel like we should receive a partial refund. We didn’t even get a kitchen to cook in so we had to eat out!!!

- Robbie (10/5): - The apartment was in pristine condition and very comfortable. I especially liked the bathroom (loads of hot water always quickly delivered). The bed was quite comfy and the kitchen user-friendly. There were many great restaurants within walkable distance. The whole apartment building was very quiet. I would highly recommend this property.

- Susan (10/5): - New property, very clean and convenient to walk downtown. Rooms were adequate in size with a loveseat for additional seating. Suggestion is to add a vending machine for extra convenience.

- Karen (8/5): No supply access To store run at 11PM - Very clean, newer. Only issue the KASA Supply closet was not available to people staying. Had to find a store at 11:00pm for toilet paper. Also need dishwasher tablets and a set of towels. Saw cleaner in morning. She said supply closet has never been for guests and keeps it locked. With no front desk, this needs to be addressed

- Deborah (10/5): - Stayed at this apartment had a wonderful time. Everything is very clean and updated. Great location. Happy there was an elevator because we had a lot of luggage. Parking is the only issue. You have to park a few blocks away for overnight parking. Highly recommend other than that.

- Jeff (6/5): - Overall, not close to the representation. Photos make it seem that all rooms are suites. Not true and we thought was misleading. We paid for a suite/residence and got a very small hotel room. We regrets staying there. Wayfinding is poor and my wife felt unsafe when arriving. The front door is actually a side door and you are required to move luggage over curbs and a gravel flower bed.
- Daniel (10/5): - Property was clean and the response from the owner was quick when we needed anything. The only issue is no parking on site and the parking garage down the road is a little expensive, should give a discount for people staying at the hotel.
- Dylan (10/5): - Exceptionally well located, clean, and spacious apartment-style rooms. The virtual check-in process was surprisingly seamless. It was also substantially cheaper than traditional hotels in the area for better accommodations than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

- Roy (6/5): Beware of No street parking overnight. - Place is new and clean. The AC was loud. Also there is no overnight parking on the streets, without signs, so everyone got a $15 parking ticket!
- Verified traveler (6/5): Overpriced stay - There is no on-site parking & you will pay $20 per day to park in the nearby garage. For the cost, this did not meet our expectations.

- Debra (2/5): Bare bones expensive - No on-site parking (we got a parking ticket for overnight parking in the street out front), no pool, no gym, no ice machine, no on-site staff (experience is totally electronic). Lobby was under construction (terrible smell) so entry was in a side alley with only a small sign to identify the hotel. No safety features in the shower and the toilet kept running b/c the handle kept sticking. The only "water views" they advertised were from the roof. They failed to tell us the "full kitchen" was only in select suites. Not a hotel for seniors or the disabled. Will not be back.

- Olivia (10/5): - This room was a huge welcome after our Air B&B location was a flop and we needed a new place to stay. Check-in via virtual desk was super easy and quick. The room was brand new. I do believe the amenities stated that it had an iron and an ironing board, but we didn’t not find one in this room. Loved the Keurig in the room with decent LaVazza k-cups, but they forgot to leave sugar packets, so we couldn’t have coffee the first morning unless we drank it with just cream. Shower is also missing at least one shelf for storage of your own toiletries. For us ladies that need razors and facial wash, there was no where to set them except on the floor of the shower. I also think and addition of some type of stand that had drawers or some type of storage would be a great addition. Overall, the place was quiet, clean, and in a great location! Only a block away from front street which was a huge bonus for us! We’d definitely stay again.
