- Verified traveler (8/5): No Receipt - The stay was very nice, but my problem was getting a receipt. Hotels.com said if I paid at the hotel, they could not generate a receipt, but the hotel could not generate a receipt because I used Hotels.com to book the room (even paying at the hotel).
- Christopher (6/5): - This was once a very nice place to stay, but the maintenance and upkeep is not as good as it could be. The pool gate malfunctioned and was not clean. Our bathtub faucet would not turn off and the sink faucet was also faulty. The staff was very nice though.
