- yuki (8/5): - 2泊で宿泊させて頂きました。 まだ新しくホテル全体綺麗でした。エレベーターも6台稼働していて大浴場に行く時や1階に降りる時もすぐに来ます。1階にコンビニも入っていて飲み物など買いたい時にも24時間開いていて便利でした。 ただ、大浴場ですが外国人の方がとても多くスリッパでそのまま入って来ていたり、スリッパに付ける番号を付けているのに勝手に外して履いて帰ってきてしまったりと日本の大浴場の使い方がわからない方が多く残念でした。 大浴場は温度の違う湯船が色々あって良かったです。また宿泊したいと思いました。

However there were so many Chinese guests that were very loud and not following Japanese tradition and onsen guidelines (coming into the changing area dripping wet, bringing big towels to the bath, yelling, etc). It was NOT relaxing at all and we didn't even go back to the bath the following day. Sad, but we will not return if the guests are allowed to destroy the peaceful environment. Thank you.

- SHIHO (8/5): - 5歳の子供を連れて家族3人で宿泊しました。朝ご飯はとても充実していておいしかったです。特にコーンの天ぷらは揚げたてで毎日食べても飽きませんでした。 宿泊者は外国人の方が多く、部屋も外国人向けの作りなのかなと思いました。洗面台用のタオルがなかったり、トイレットペーパーホルダーの支え部分がなぜか角張っていて、とても髪が取りにくかったです。またバスルームの壁が薄いのか水の音がやけによく聞こえたので、ちょっとそれは改善してほしいと思いました。 部屋は広くソファーも置いてあり、過ごすのは快適でした。 温泉施設も広くアメニティーも充実して使いやすかったですが、なぜか子供用のタオルが準備されておらず、その点も少し困りました。 コインランドリーもあって便利でしたが、客数に対して洗濯機の台数が3台しかなかったので、なかなか使うことができず、もう少し台数を増やしてほしいと思いました。

The staff were professional and made sure to reflect my request when I booked, which I appreciated. The location was ideal―close to the station but in a area away form the busy tourist spots. There's also a convenience store right on the first floor and a drugstore just across the street, which made things even easier. Overall, a very satisfying experience.

- Jason (8/5): - The hotel is less than a 10 minute walk from the East exit of Sapporo station. It's pretty much just a straight walk with some crossings. Be sure to include the correct number of guests when booking. I mistakenly booked my room for one person instead of two on Expedia. So when I checked in for the hotel, I asked to add a person. However, the hotel policy is to add a surcharge. Room is kinda small but clean and nice for a city. The Onsen is really big and can fit a lot of people. Of the onsen I've been to in Hokkaidō it was the largest with nice facilities. Hotel breakfast is worth getting and there's a wide arrangement of local Japanese cuisine and other western options like eggs and pancakes. If I stay in Sapporo, I'd come back!

- Yuya (8/5): - あくまでグランベルホテルの最高峰ホテルであって、一般的な高級ホテル、ラグジュアリーホテルではないことに注意。悪い口コミも多いですが、この点を理解しておくと良いかと思います。（部屋の広さもラグジュアリーホテルは40,50平米以上が多いですが、ここは24平米からですし、あくまでグランベルの最高峰です。） 「記念日に過ごす素敵なホテル」ではなく「友達との旅行で使うちょっと良いホテル」「子連れで楽しむプチ旅行」とかなら良いかと思いました 8月の平日に3泊した感想です ・セルフチェックインなのでスタッフからは一切設備の説明等はありません。説明用紙を見落とすと何も分からなくなります。 ・全体的に新しいこともあり綺麗なホテルです ・清掃は2泊で1回ですが、タオルは毎日補充されます。 ・アメニティは部屋には歯ブラシがありますが、化粧水や茶等はエントランスから各自持っていくタイプです。ただあまり補充されません。だいたい何かしら品切れしてます ・温泉は景色も良いですし、気持ちが良いですが、入り口付近の床は毛が溜まりがちでちょっと汚い印象を覚えてしまいます。また、19時台は空いてますが、21-23時は混んでいました。 ・朝食バイキングは4000円と言われると、他のホテルのほうが満足度高いかなーという感じです。また、食器もセルフで返却棚に戻すタイプで、このあたりも「ブランド最高峰なんだな」と感じました

- RYOSUKE (6/5): - 清掃があまり行き届いていない印象を受けました。風呂とトイレ一体のバスルームでしたが、換気が不十分かつ清掃が行き届いておらず、アンモニアのようなにおいがしました。レストランはかなり混み合っており、通常朝食を食べる7:30〜8:30には並ぶことは必須ですので、スムーズに食べたければ時間をずらす必要はありそうです。（宿泊者に対してキャパがあっていない印象を受けました。）

Beds were Western height and comfortable. Room is only cleaned every other day but they left fresh towels in a bag on our door handle. Only a short and level walk from the north exit of the train station. There is a small 7-11 actually inside the lobby for snack emergencies. Superior hotel.

- ?? (8/5): - 공용 사우나를 관리하는 인원이 없어서 너무 지저분했어요. 욕실안 바닥의 물때와 먼지 뭉치로 발바닥을 닿고 싶지않았고, 조명마저 너무 어두워서 더 지저분해 보였어요. 이용객에 비해서 관리인원이 없어서 3박중 2일 이용하고는 마지막날은 이용하지 않았어요. 로비의 접객직원을 줄이고 사우나 관리인원을 늘리는게 서비스질 개선에 도움이 되리라 봅니다.호텔의 외관이나 로비 객실의 청결상태가 90점이라면 사우나의 청결상태는 10점입니다. 나은 개선을 바랍니다.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 가족 여행 - 부부와 고교생 1명, 총 3명이 트윈룸에서 2박을 했습니다. 창가에 보조침대도 싱글침대처럼 준비되어 좋았습니다. 일본 호텔보다는 미국 호텔에 가깝게 넓었습니다. 침대가 정말 좋았고 어린 아이와 간다면 함께 자는데 충분해 보입니다. 위치도 삿포로역에서 10분 거리로 편리했고 주변에 괜찮은 식당도 있어서 좋았습니다. 다시 이용하고 싶네요!

- Lok Shun (10/5): new and clean - The hotel is new and clean. location is good, if walk slowly, it’s about 10mins walk from the station. Onsen is good, its not crowded after 11pm. If the lighting in room’s toilet is brighter, it will be perfect.
- Lokman (10/5): 酒店位置近札幌站 - 位置近札幌JR站，喺札幌站北口出轉右直行，會經過三個紅綠燈位。路程大約8至10分鐘。 床褥正，瞓得舒服，酒店員工態度友善有禮。 酒店25樓有溫泉，26樓就有健身室同埋一個比客人休憩嘅地方，環境舒適。 不過早餐就冇試過啦，因為喺網上訂酒店嘅時候冇訂早餐，到步後想再購買，但早餐已經滿座。
- Verified traveler (8/5): - 새로 지은 호텔이라 깔끔함. 대욕탕 시설도 좋고 뷰도 좋음. 청소를 3박 이상만 해주고 대욕탕 갈 때도 방에서 수건을 가져가야 함. 청소는 안하더라도 수건은 추가로 지급해 주면 좋을 것 같음. 삿포로 시내와는 꽤 거리가 떨어져 있음. 삿포로 역까지도 걸어서 10분 정도 걸리기 때문에 걸어서 왔다갔다하기 힘들 수 있음.
- ISAMI (8/5): - 大浴場があるがバスタオルとタオルは、毎日配布はして欲しいと思いました。あと歯ブラシも。フロントで言えばもらえますが、、、。まだ新しいので綺麗な施設です。コンビニもあり、駅近くではないが、トータル良いかと
- Karine Khemchian (8/5): - Nice clean fresh hotel. Close to the train station and car rental place, which was the biggest reason we picked it. The rooms are nice too! The restaurant was too busy the first day of our stay . Long wait to get into the breakfast buffet was one of the downsides. The other one, was an extremely busy onsen at night. Not too much variety for breakfast either. But it was ok. Other than that I would stay here again. And just use the bathroom instead of onsen next time.

- Verified traveler (10/5): 깔끔하고 편안한, 대욕장이 매력적인 호텔. - 장점이 매우 많은, 멋진 호텔이에요. 1. 삿포로역에서 도보로 가까워서 근처 투어에 편리했어요. 2. 시설과 룸이 깨끗하며, 무엇보다 방이 넓어서 좋습니다. 편안한 침구와 쾌적한 에어컨 덕분에 푹 잤어요. 3. 25층의 대욕장은 대형 탕이 5개나 있고, 개인 샤워장도 충분해요. 저는 오전이나 낮에 갔더니 매우 여유있고 좋았습니다. 샤워 용품들도 품질 괜찮아요. 4. 26층의 공용 공간에는 빈백과 테이블들이 있어서, 멋진 경치를 보며 편히 쉴 수 있습니다. 5. 1층의 편의점도 매우 유용하고 주인분 친절하셔요. 6. 바로 건너편에 면세 쇼핑몰이 있어서, 필요한 식료품이나 약 등을 살 수 있었습니다. 7. 스스키노, 오도리쪽 쇼핑센터나 식당들과는 거리가 좀 있지만, 걸으며 구경하기도 괜찮았고 쇼핑 후우버 타면 스스키노까지 편도 700~800엔 정도 나왔어요. 저는 매우 만족했기에 적극 추천입니다..^^
- HIROHISA (10/5): - 新しいホテルということもあり、設備も新しく清潔で文句なしでした。 素泊まりでしたが、次に宿泊する時は朝食も楽しみたいと思います。
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 新酒店，沒有裝修的味道👍 樓下有便利店，過馬路有一間大型超市，十分方便。 訂四人房時是雙人床兩張，結果酒店加了一張單人床，另把沙發改為單人床，每人可睡自己的床，舒適多了。 以酒店的規模來說，25/F的浴場略小，晚上有點擠逼。 全間酒店只有三台洗衣機，大排長龍。

- Wai Ting (6/5): - 酒店很新很乾淨，但是開了幾個月，有存在不少問題，由於升降機沒有分流，往往上落需要長時間的等候，另外由於旅客較多，出現逐層停的問題，非常費時失事。
- Ka Chun (8/5): 非常新及舒適的酒店 - 酒店各方面都非常出色，小小建議若溫泉可以開放至零時3AM就更好，有2晚想泡溫泉時發覺剛過了1AM已關門。

- Jailem Angelina (8/5): - Lovely, new hotel, around 10 mins walk. From Sapporo station. Big hotel so lots of guests.
- Man Wa (8/5): - We stayed in an Accessible Queen Room with Sofa Bed and had a great experience overall. The room was originally designed for elderly guests, so it was incredibly spacious—big enough to open three large suitcases at the same time without feeling cramped. The hotel is located about 10 minutes’ walk from the Sapporo Station, which was convenient for getting around. A big plus is the Family Mart located right in the lobby—super handy for snacks, drinks, and essentials. However, one downside was the limited laundry facilities. There are only three washing machines and dryers for the entire hotel, which made it quite inconvenient, especially for guests staying multiple nights.

- sumin (10/5): - 주니어스튜디오스위트룸에서 2박했습니다. 침구와 방크기는 아주 만족스러웠으나 환기가 잘 되지 않는 통유리창이라 그런지 바닥에 먼지는 많은편이었습니다. 대욕장과 라운지가 너무나 만족스러웠고 그 두가지만으로도 재방문 할 의사가 충분합니다. 어메니티도 종류가 많고 퀄리티가 높으며 조식도 종류가 많고 맛도 좋습니다.

- Jia Yu Michelle (8/5): - A good, functional stay for those looking for clean, modern and comfortable rooms. The hotel is a bit of a walk (unsheltered from elements) from the main train station, think 10-15 minutes depending on your walking pace. Too close for a taxi ride, a bit far for those with lots of luggage. The only disappointment was how crowded it was - it’s extremely popular as a newly built hotel, and I actually had to wait 5-10minutes for a shower cubicle to open up in the public bath area (this was after 10PM). Laundry facilities are shared between male/female and comprise of 3 washer/dryer units. Aside from that, it was a comfortable stay.
- Georg (10/5): Great hotel - My teenage son and I had a wonderful stay here at this hotel that is located conveniently close to Sapporo Station. The onsen is great, and we also loved the lounge on the top floor.

- Arisa (10/5): Great stay - Amazing hotel! Since it is new everything was beautiful and clean. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are a great size too. The hotel even has washers and dryers so you can do laundry. The hotel room tv has a channel for so you can see if the washers and dryers are being used (super helpful). Would stay again!
- YUKI (8/5): - 新しくて、気持ち良い！25階の本格的な大浴場には、びっくり。浴場の靴の番号札で管理は、スリッパの人が多いから、改善して欲しい。朝のバイキング、一週間でも飽きないかも。

- chiharu (2/5): - ２泊３日で利用したが清掃が1日おきのため、室内使用品のバスタオル、パジャマ、水をフロントまで毎日取りに行かなければならない。 鏡が入り口とシャワー室に装着してるがメイクするには不便のため、お風呂上がりにメイクしてる方が多く、朝方の浴室利用は混んでいた。 室内準備品の充電器もなく、フロントへ取りに行く。 お風呂は、とても快適に過ごせた分 他の部分が残念でした。
