- Kyle (2/5): - Paid extra for the suite thinking it would be more comfortable but unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable. We like visiting North Wales to go out and explore the natural beauty of the area and relax in the evening but unfortunately there wasn’t much comfort in the room, the fridge wasn’t even cold and the tv didn’t even have free view which isn’t normal a problem as we always take our Apple TV with us but unfortunately there was no power point to plug it into. Was very disappointed about this hotel as the pictures look fantastic but the and is such a shame as the hotel has a lot of potential. As North Wales is a favourite place for us especially that area this could have been a regular hotel for us to visit. I did bring this to the attention of the hotel staff which I will say did try their best to resolve this by showing us another room but it was just the same .

Big thank you to the girls in the spa, the receptionist with the long curly hair and the 2 girls who did our massages who didn’t make us feel uncomfortable when we got a case of the severe giggles and couldn’t hold it together! This was a much needed break for me and my daughter after a lot of recent sadness and that memory will stay with us forever, so thank you ! It made our weekend. Main reception, bar and restaurant staff fabulous, room stunning, food and drinks excellent, was sad to check out and we will definitely return ❤️

- Dawn (10/5): - Surprised to drive up to this very modern hotel in the rural location. Checkin was easy and we were greeted with a friendly welcome. Room was spacious, bed a little hard for my liking. Bathroom was clean and modern with separate room for the toilet and shower. Breakfast in the morning was good and there was plenty to choose from. Our stay was a great experience. All staff were helpful and friendly.

- Susi (8/5): Lovely staff - Very clean other than some of the outside seating which had quite a bit of dog hair. Staff were absolutely lovely and couldn't be more helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was a little disappointing, especially in terms of vegetarian options and didn't really match the standards of the rest of the experience.

- John (10/5): - The hotel was ideally placed for our long weekend break in north Wales. The hotel staff were outstanding throughout and made my wife and I very welcome. The evening meals were a particular highlight. One glitch for the breakfasts, both coffee machines broke down. Staff reacted well with filter coffee made available quite quickly. Our room was superb, impeccably clean, spacious and with excellent views. We saved the spa for next time and will be back!
- Maxine (4/5): Wedding prioritised over other guests - After we booked we were informed that there was a wedding on the night of our stay but we were reassured that this wouldn’t impact us. However we were placed in a room directly above the evening reception and could very clearly hear the load music. Also we had 2 dogs with us, we had pre booked a table for our evening meal in the lower seating dog friendly area but on arrival for our meal we were informed that only high seating was available so we wouldn’t be close to the dogs, therefore we ended up sitting outside instead. Luckily the weather was ok.

- Daneeka (4/5): Disappointing stay - Staff were hit and miss - some were friendly and helpful, whilst others were a bit standoffish. Hotel food from the bar was very average, not good for price. The breakfast buffet had variety and that was enjoyable. When I rang the hotel, they said the spa was £20 for 2 hours usage, but the pool and gym were free. This turned out to be untrue, the spa was £25pp and there was no general pool. The room was good, has enough space and was well lit, had good amenities and was comfortable. However, the sheets weren’t refreshed/replaced during our stay.
- Verified traveler (8/5): A nice clean and modern hotel. - A nice clean and modern hotel, lovely spa facilities at just £25 extra each, friendly staff, good food in the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. Just a bit further out of Conwy than we realised with nothing in walking distance.

- Sammia (10/5): - From start to finish, our stay at Ioxora Hotel was exceptional. Parking was excellent and the well kept surroundings created a great first impression. The reception area had a warm, welcoming ambience, and we were greeted with a genuine smile by the friendly bearded gentleman on check in, which set the tone for the rest of our visit. Our room was outstanding, spotless, modern, and thoughtfully equipped. The Smeg appliances were a nice touch and impeccably clean. Beds were extremely comfortable, and the temperature controlled rooms made for a perfect night’s sleep. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay for an extra night. Ioxora Hotel will definitely be our choice again in the future.

- adele (4/5): - We had a blocked drain in our shower so our room flooded. We let the staff know and they said they’d sort it whilst we were dining. They didn’t. They said they’d remove all the wet towels from the room. They didn’t. The restaurant service was terrible. Waited 25mins for our drink, after asking 3 times. Food cold, terrible, poor quality. Sent some things back. Wanted to send it all back but had to eat something.
- alexander (2/5): - They advertise their Spa &Gym like crazy BUT you have to pay £ 25 per day for access. This is not mentioned on Expedia booking section. You will receive an email afterwards and you are unable to cancel the booking. The management is fully aware that they deceive Expedia customers and after I complained to them, they pointed out to me that on their own website are addional T&C's.

- Zaki (8/5): - Food and beverage was a bit wanting. The bar ran out of the local single malt whisky at 19:00. Breakfast was supposed to be until 10:30 but by 10:00 most of the fresh fruit had run out with no replenishment in sight. Otherwise not much different from when Hilton managed it.

We chose to eat at the hotel on both evenings of our stay. There was a good selection of food,the quality and quantity was very good and was in our opinion very good value..

Food a bit mediocre but prices in line with other restaurants where food was also pretty mediocre! Asked for room to be cleaned daily but it was never hoovered. Bedside tables hadn’t been moved to clean under for a long time and were pretty grim underneath. Decent comfy bed.

- Jessica (8/5): Perfect Weekend trip - Me and my partner stayed here after hiking Snowdon. The rooms are just perfect! So clean and very nice. Nice bar/restaurant area although it is quite expensive and the staff in the restaurant were a little slow. Good was great though. Everyone was friendly. We also used the spa which was so worth it. Definitely will be back, so happy with our stay.
- Myung Bae (2/5): Let me get refund of this hotel charge - I need to get whole refund. It was canceled at my presence at the hotel upon agreement with the General Manager of the hotel on the day of lodging because they cannot meet my requirement of a bathtub-room and asked additional fee of 80 pounds for the room having a bathtub in bathroom. After a long distance run that afternoon, my leg muscles were sore and I suddenly changed the hotel I was staying at to find a hotel with a spa nearby to treat it. 1. When I arrived at the hotel at 7pm. I found the paid-spy was closed at 6pm(The hotel never inform in advance of this information of opertion tine and paid admission). I chose the hotel to sooth my body but it was impossible. 2. The 2nd option is to submerse my body into a hot bath. But they propose me charging an additional 80 pounds for a room upgrade for guests who want a room with a bathtub.- If the hotel ignored the needs of guests who want a bathtub and changed all of the regular rooms into only shower rooms, they should also inform it in advance. After arriving at this hotel, I understand that it is not the fault of the guest because they cannot meet the needs of the guests who ask for their preferences; spa or bathtub-room. It is the fault of the hotel due to the lack of facilities. 3. As I left after discussion with the GM of the hotel (I never opened any door of the hotel !!) and he agreed my cancellation immediately. So, I need get back my money from you.
