- Janet (8/5): - Hotel was lovely, several dining options and excellent staff service. The view of mountains from the 5th floor was breathtaking. Just an overnight stay, so I did not play in casino or enjoy spa/pool. A little more detail when cleaning rooms would be beneficial, corners with hair/dust in bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

When I went to the front desk to extend my stay one more night and stay in same room, Front desk said it was unfortunate that I booked 3rd party ( Expedia ) she would not be able to accommodate my request. ME: “ So can I book online then get the same room ?” Nope - No way for them to do that - she wrote down a phone number for reservations. “ YOU can call the them and ask ” ~ I THINK she wanted to get back to chatting with the 3 valets -when I walked up, I interpreted their conversation and she had to get back to the desk. I ended up rebooking through Expedia. check out, stored my bag and check backed in a different room. ( was easier than dealing with live humans )

- Jacquelyn (8/5): Air conditioning issues - The room was beautiful. We did have a few issues. The toilet seat was broken, they fixed it immediately. Unfortunately the air conditioning was blowing all night. We tried turning it off, it doesn’t turn off, and tried turning the temperature up. It would go up a degree but then go back down. I slept in 10 sweaters. I wish hotels would let you set the thermostat to your desired degree. I slept maybe 2 hours.

- Gary (10/5): - Very nice large room. Bed was comfortable though seemed like it had been sat on for a while on the side. Pool and hot tubs were nice especially outdoor tub. Plenty of towels. Free valet parking was convenient and prompt. Found the casino somewhat unpleasant as their ventilation does not seem to keep up with the high percentage of smokers.

- Leslie (8/5): - The hotel rooms and pool are are absolutely beautiful. They have a few kinks to work out as they just opened this month. I do not care that you have to walk through the casino to get to the hotel elevators. But otherwise it was wonderful.

If anything that i had to pick apart, is that the a/c could've been better, but it's very possible that was user error. I will try to update when I know more about our payment situation as it seems we were double charged, but the staff were friendly while we have been trying to rectify the matter.
