- Richard (6/5): Budget friendly off the beaten path - Our space is super clean but far off the beaten path! Fabio was friendly to work with getting us in our room after hours and checking in the next day
- Emma (10/5): - We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was beautiful and it felt very secure which we appreciated. It is located close to a train station so it’s convenient to get to, and it’s close walking distance to everything! The area around the property was also fairly quiet and very clean. The only complaint that I have is that there is no breakfast included (you have to pay 7.50 euro per person per day to get breakfast delivered if you want it). Not a big deal by any means, but with it being called a b and b, we thought it would have included something.

- Roy (10/5): - Very clean and well maintained. Abit far from the city center but still walkable and if you love to walk it will take you about 20 minutes to reach the center. The bus is just about 5 mins walk. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the caretaker is really nice and very helpful.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Anbefales! - Helt nyoppusset leilighet. Rent, gode senger, 2 flatkjermer, 2 aircondition. Loftet med egen seng tv og ac, og skylight. Veldig rolig område med greie muligheter for parkering på gata (vi fikk en parkeringsskade av en ukjent italiener desverre..) grei adkomst fra hovedveg gjennom byen. Rolig gate med Conad supermarked 50 meter rundt hjørnet. Pizza takeaway hos Magdi anbefales, ellers flere restauranter nært. En liten halvtime å gå inn til domen og sentrum i Firenze. Enkel og grei checkin da vi kom seint, trivelig betjening. Anbefales absolutt!

- Juan Carlos (10/5): Excelente opción. - La ubicación es muy buena pues cuenta con rutas cercanas que te llevan a los lugares por visitar. Fabio, muy amable y atento a lo que se requiera. Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación en un sector muy tranquilo y estratégico y, además, lo hermoso de la habitación. Ofrecen desayuno siempre y cuando se anticipe con tiempo. Muchas gracias Fabio. Completamente recomendado.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very nice and clean B&B with friendly staff - I would definitely book this B&B again if I’m staying in Florence! The rooms we’re clean and the staff was super friendly and communicative. The only thing I would like is a place to store luggage after check out that is locked. We could leave our things in the lobby but since the other guests had access we felt a bit uneasy about leaving the things there unattended.

The apartment was cute, clean, and in a great neighborhood… close to main Florence attractions yet in the local community to benefit from home town restaurants and shopping. Top notch! - Kristina (10/5): Best hotel - This was the most incredible hotel we booked in the 2 weeks we stayed throughout Europe. We had a late check in and they were very accommodating as there is no front desk after 1pm. When we arrived we had an issue with AC not kicking on and it was fixed remotely. The balcony is beautiful. Would 10/10 recommend and we will book again when staying in Florence.

- DAVID (8/5): - We were informed the day of arrival that the room had not curtains, no problem we'll use the A/C! Found out no A/C , so left windows open and we were bitten by mosquitoes! The last night was perfect, had curtains and A/C on !
- Emin (10/5): - We had a great time at beautiful Magnolia, it is located in a lively but quiet neighbourhood, lots of cafés and restaurants only 10 minutes away, supermarket right next door as well as the bus stop taking you into the city center. It is furnished with comfy beds, a table with stools and an open wardrobe. The balcony is nice, the fan/aircon is perfect and quiet. As everywhere in Italy, you can hear the neighbours a little, but I am a light sleeper and just used earplugs. You can pre-order a breakfast basket with the hosts or just wander to the next café/pasticcheria for a café and a brioche. It only has 4 rooms, so maybe a nice idea for a trip with friends :)

- kevin (10/5): - My recent stay in Florence was wonderful. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient for exploring the city. I also found it to be very clean and the room was quite comfortable – exactly what I needed after a day of sightseeing.
- Meghan (8/5): - Great location We were not granted the room we reserved by the owner, Fabio. He said that we did not pick our room, that he picks the room. That is not true. We reserved the tripple suite, on one level, and had the confirmation documents. We would have been happy in 2 of the 3 suites. We are older, and my spouse has two hip replacements and my broken ankle has screws, in place. We would never reserve a room, that requires 18 steps to access the bathroom, in the middle of the night. I expected Fabio, to say that he was sorry that he re-sold our room, or sorry about the switch up. Being accountable and truthful, would have made a positive impact on my experience at B&B Magnolia.

It was very clean, had all the amenities and was well stocked and relatively spacious for a room in the heart of Florence- just a 20 min walk from the Uffizi Gallery etc. Our only issue was that the walls were thin and the other tenants/ staff were quite loud, starting early in the morning ~6:30-7 - you could hear everything.

Quiet, safe neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and a supermarket all within a 5 minute walk. The only issue we had when we first arrived is we had to wait an hour to get let in as we had trouble contacting them by phone initially. The rooms were clean and the owners friendly. Breakfast available on request but we preferred to go to a local cafe and sit outside.

Résultat, le tout à terre et coupure de l’électricité. J’ai pu rejoindre le propriétaire; il était un peu en panique; se préoccupant davantage à son prochain locataire que notre bien-être. J’avais loué ce logement car il avait les commodités, je me suis retrouvée avec moins de commodité et pas d’alternative du proprio! Malgré cette mésaventure, le logement était moderne, beau et bien situé à distance de marché!
