Too bad we couldn’t stay longer nor later to enjoy the breakfast and other amenities (given it was a quick stop to catch a flight). Be aware that the airport shuttle runs hourly on the hour to the hotel, and half past from the hotel to the airport starting at 4am. Taxis cost $20 if you’re desperate.

- Mary (6/5): - We arrived at 1pm and check in is at 2pm. Said our room wasn’t ready and come back at 2. We waited in the lobby and witnessed others checking in and getting their key cards before 2. We went back to desk at 2 and they said our room was not yet ready. They seemed to expect us to wait further until it was ready. I said that I’m sure there are other rooms available that they could change us to. They begrudgingly erased the room number on our reservation printout and keycard holder and assigned us to one of the rooms that was already cleaned and ready. Seems as if staff knows how to follow a script in A B C order and has no clue how to pivot when they should. Beyond check in the hotel was fine.

Only one elevator was functional, front desk did not offer assistance to room when checking in with a-lot of luggage, canteen prices are ridiculous. Very apparent most staff are new to hospitality. beautiful modern design. might need a step ladder to get on the bed.

Management apologized and offered to change our room. We declined. It was fixed the next day. We went back to the hotel days later for our last night in Costa Rica and guess what, we got the same room. Frigde still has the mark.

This hotel has a great location, steps from the Costa Rica Convention Center, there are shopping malls, clinics, restaurants, at walkable distance. There is shuttle service to the SJO airport, Breakfast was great too including costarican typical food. Hope to be staying here again soon!

A proximité de commerces et restaurants à pieds. Chambres grandes et propres. Parking en sous sol sécurisé. Petit déjeuner correct mais café vraiment pas bon. Petit stand a côté de l'accueil pour acheter snacks, friandises et autres produits de nécessité.
