- EVA (10/5): - Level of quality at Tru by Hilton is outstanding. This was a very brief one-night stay, near to the airport, since our flight left early the next morning. Our experience was very good. Staff was attentive and assisted very graciously. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!
- Kim (10/5): - Since the hotel is almost brand new, everything was clean and cheerful. It would have been nice if the room had a second chair and a better place to open the luggage. Otherwise the room was very bright and pleasant. We enjoyed breakfast and the various choices that were available. I also like the fact that coffee and tea were available all day. We had dinner one evening in the bar area. The food had a good taste. We enjoyed talking with the young woman that was attending the bar.
- Richard (10/5): - Poor internet with no connection to email or internet sites - free for Reward Members, otherwise $5/day. Small rooms. No coffee maker in room and no microwave except in Lobby. Very disappointed with a HILTON facility.

As an sustainability nerd, I was impressed with the mugs at the coffee counter, but disappointed that the "to go" cups were wrapped in individual plastic - no need for that! And please consider expanding your recycling efforts beyond plastic bottles. A very enjoyable stay - thank you!

- Roland (10/5): Cheap building construction - Everything was excellent from friendly staff, great room, nice decor, only real problem was the building construction, it's cheap. You can hear dogs barking and vehicles starting up from closed window , noise from corridor rooms above and next door , had to call front desk as the people above us were loud banging and jumping on floor.

- Jason (8/5): - The hotel just opened a month ago when we stayed in early October 2025. All was great except there were so many youngster groups for tournaments/events (near NAU) that resulted in noise from lobby, elevators, to hallways. The size of breakfast staffing doesn't match to the size of hotel guests (despite their hard efforts), especially 7-8 am. One thing to note is the shower head was so high, even for me 5'11".

It is shared with another hotel but the wait wasn’t too long for the elevator. The breakfast area does get really busy as goes for the restaurant. We didn’t try the restaurant though . My bf loved the gym !!

- Stephen (8/5): - I recognize this is a new hotel. It is very nice but still in the start-up phase. I am a Hilton Honors Gold member but was not recognized as such by the check-in staff. No courtesy water or snack as is typical. Rooms are great and comfortable, no complaints. Wifi is confusing to join as both hotels come up as selections. Bistro is also very good with friendly staff. Breakfast could have been good but was poorly managed and several food items had been fully consumed and not replenished. Pancake machine did not work. Ran out of eggs and bacon by 8 am. Staff was very sparse and had to be sought out and advised of the issues. One female employee in particular (older) was not at all friendly. In general, breakfast was a disappointment. At check-out, asked for complimentary water but none was available. Frt desk counter person did check the back room. To her credit, she allowed us to take 2 bottles from the purchase items area. Believe this location has some start-up issues to overcome.
