• Adreanna (2/5): - From what i understood this is a pet friendly hotel.From the day if check in not once did housekeeping come by to provide service and the day she did my dog had a accident so me not having toilet paper used a towel. When she saw the towle she told me i was nasty as well as my room and put her "Boss " on the phone who was VERY RUDE and let her staff treat us inhumane turned in all my towls and blankets just to sleep 3 night with no blankets for my family as well as having housekeeping "Boss" tell me i got to leave that day so i went to the front desk and talked to the guys he said i was able to say out my days .Upon check out i let the front desk guy knw how i was a hk supervisor at the quality inn ans suite for the Patels and i would Never alow my hk ladies to treat guest in and inhumane manner. No towles no soap no blankets no stay over service. But the housekeeping would watch me every morning to the point i felt uncomfortable. 3 housekeeper to clean one room lol ..Thank u to the front desk for understanding my situation but your housekeeping is running off customers and thats money ..I got pics of my sheets in a bag left outside for 2 days .
• Caycee (10/5): - Management very nice and understanding, but tenants very loud and tacky. Everything new and nice in our room, but ice machine not even plugged in / vending machine broken / laundry machines in front office and too much to use. Offered discount to us, but water off twice and shoddy wifi. They should make it affordable for all the poor and homeless people outside to live or stay there and focus on making it tenable and safe for $350+ each week...
• Caycee (10/5): - Appreciated being able to put a "Please don't disturb" sign on the door that they respected and having amazon deliveries kept safe in office with no trouble. Business really needs to join with the surrounding community though, and help work on the social problems of crime and poverty. We are all ONE! <3
• Amanda (10/5): - Considering the area when i came here i was impressed. Up to date modern and CLEAN! I always bring my own bedding but othercthan 2$ a roll of toilet paper and the kitchen faucet had no handles in my room anyway. Other than that id definitely come back
• walteria (2/5): - RUN!!! this may as well be a run-down apartment complex there's dogs barking in a cage, broke down cars tents up in the middle of night with loud music. the pics of this place had to be when it was first built looks nothing like the pics. There were dead roaches inside the room, The refrigerator was disgusting and wasn't even plugged in ... so distasteful. The room was a non-smoking room, the smell was so strong it instantly activated my allergies. Unless you are desperately homeless RUN!
• Shanteria (2/5): - This hotel had bed bugs, no tv one light. Just horrible, the staff offered me another room. Another guest told me if the room had a blow dry I should have used it to kill the bed bug. People staying at the hotel asking me if I want to get high. Hate it.

• David (2/5): - Room was smelling like mold and pine sol I could hardly breath the air. I didn’t stay and would like a refund as payment was in advance. The area had vagrants on the streets and exterior was very run down.

• Anusha (4/5): - We booked two rooms and each room has it’s own defects.. one room doesn’t have door for the bathroom and the blankets have holes, and the floor makes sounds while walking.. coming to other room, the chair legs are broken, window curtains are not enough to close the full window.
• conseta (2/5): - I didn’t stay in this trashy building. They are refusing to return my money and the pictures on are fraudulent. I have filed a claim against this place Do Not go here it looks drug infested and unhealthy. Car is up on blocks and grass growed up! Real shady place.

• Tamika (2/5): Never Again - Property was riddled with broke down cars and people living in the rooms. There were no furniture in the lobby, and a lot of people just hanging around the property. Pot holes and several rooms were boarded up. I canceled my reservation immediately without even viewing the room. Felt unsafe and unclean. Photos of the hotel provided by Hotel.com were fake and not the property I made reservations at.
• Emily (2/5): - Don’t let the pictures fool you. This area is unsafe. It’s one of those motels that have people who call it home. There were people smoking illegal substance outside the rooms and drinking. Just an overall sketchy motel. They gave us a room and told us it was at one end and we couldn’t find the room. Called the office and they huh seemed annoyed and met us by the room that’s number was before ours and we walked around together and couldn’t find our room number. He said he was going to change the room and as we were walking to the office the room was found near the office. It was crazy. The room smelled like someone’s grandma lived there and smoked in it her whole life. I feared for my rental car and after 20 minutes decided to leave and find something else last minute. Don’t get scammed

• Kaliah (6/5): - If you’re look for something quick this is the place. Small kitchen and stovetop. Regular size refrigerator. Does have roaches. Some rooms have bed bugs. Definitely the police playground. They are always there.

• Chante (2/5): - Would never ever stay here again. Changed rooms 3 times within checking in, sink over flooded, blood on the curtains , dirty floors, just overall nasty, hot ghetto mess. Other guests fighting outside, drug activity prostitution etc. I can go on and on but I would never recommend this place to anyone i felt so disgusting sleeping there and it was just overall horrible. By far the worst place I’ve ever stayed
• Ozgur (2/5): - Well I am going to post this through google and also this time I am going to add that Expedia didn’t let me post it through their website so don't trust Expedia too. This hotel isn't the way it seems on website. People are fixing car in the parking lot, hanging on the porches smoking weed.
