- Aquila (8/5): - I would give this property give stars but I wasn't completely happy when I first arrived. There weren't enough towels, wash cloths or toilet paper for three guests staying three nights. So I had to go purchase toilet paper, laundry detergent and wash cloths. I immediately communicated this the same night I arrived. I didn't leave out of the loft until 1:00pm the next day. I didn't receive a response from anyone about this issue until around 2-3pm. Also the couch in the deluxe suite is not comfortable to sleep on and they advertise it as a sofa bed but it is not. So this is why I would probably choose a near by hotel next visit because all I have to do is make one call to the front desk and the problem is solved. Other than that the area was nice, safe, convenient.
- EDWARD (6/5): Enjoy your View of a Wall - The unit is modern, but very poorly equipped. Coffee pods, but no sugar or creamer, salt or pepper, no wine glasses or corkscrew. Stayed one week, but had to ask for extra towels, hangers, soap pods. Couldn’t get the tv to work and was told that was because there was no cable box. No cleaning service all week. Location was good, but no parking and very noisy. Windows are single pane and the view is of a brick wall.

And yes, I definitely could have used something to put my toiletry bag on in the bathroom. All that being said, this place was great! It was modern, clean, and right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of the city. We walked everywhere and would definitely stay here again.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Cute loft in the heart of Philly! Centrally located so we could walk to a lot of places. Only downfall was the wi-fi was very spotty which make it hard to stream apps like Netflix and such.
- JASON (10/5): - We only stayed a weekend, but with how clean and spacious we wish we stayed longer. There were extra everything in the closet. The shower was awesome. The place was nice and cozy. The parking wasn’t so bad. And there are plenty of eating places within walking distances. We definitely recommend this place.

The street was loud at times (noisy people, buses, etc) but the bedroom is receded from the window so it didn't bother me.

And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest

- Mitchel (4/5): - Property was nice, new and clean. But what I need most is a bed and some rest. The floors in this hotel are uncovered wood and sound carries. We had rude guest above us having a loud party until 1:00am, we had to be out at 6:00am, 5 hours sleep is not what we paid for. The management is remote, and really could do nothing. Our stay was bad, but I suppose it is luck of the draw. Good luck to you if you stay here.

- Alanna (10/5): - Great property! The location is very central making it easy to get whenever you want to go. It is on a busy road, so if you’re sensitive to sound you may want ear plugs. We would have loved to stay longer.
- Sarah (10/5): - Very clean, amazing shower, awesome location. We read the reviews and it is not a pull out couch or sleeper sofa, so we brought our inflatable mattress and that was fine. Washer and dryer were a nice surprise! Overall a beautiful little studio apt in a nice spot.

Parking was easy on the street, the location is at the center of a lot of shops, places to eat, and it was in a nice, clean, safe neighborhood. The check in process was easy and we were provided easy steps to access the building. They accommodated an early check in, although we ended up being delayed getting to Philadelphia but we appreciated it. Definitely worth the money for the peace or mind

Entry and exit were seamless, thanks to clear and straightforward instructions. The space itself was impeccably clean and thoughtfully stocked with all the amenities I could need. The balconies were a particular highlight, offering a wonderful spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. I wholeheartedly recommend this property and look forward to booking again in the future. 10 out of 10 and I will most certainly do it again!

- Oleksandr (8/5): - Apartment is in a city center , very comfortable location, everything is close by. Unfortunately, it was very dirty so we have to ask management to send us cleaners to do cleaning again. Also bed is not comfortable at all, very soft mattress. Overall, apartment is good but needs to be improved in a lot of areas. I can survive without washer , dryer or extra cup but the most important part for me is that place needs to be clean and unfortunately it was failed although they fixed it next day.

Easy secure entry to apartment on second floor. There is a lot of “city” noise if that is not something that you are used to. Otherwise it is a great spot!

There was no sofa bed. 2 small children fit on the sofa and there were sheets and blanket but the sofa didn't convert into a bed. It was also loud. We kept thinking the windows were open. The neighborhood is pretty quiet at night

Everything was walking distance from the Gallery, South St, Broad St, Penn’s Landing, Spruce St Harbor Park and China Town. I even got a Chance to cook me something to eat with the cookware that was available, kicked my feet up in the living room and watch some Netflix. I would definitely book this place again.
- Robert (10/5): - The apartment was across the street from a doctor i was seeing. Very convenient. The place was very quiet and comfortable. The only negatives - the bathroom had no place to put your tolietry kit. Ended up putting it in the sink and then on the floor when using the sink. All else was superb. The appliances were all new and worked effortlessly. The living room furniture was very comfortable. It had flat screen tvs that were really nice. Lots of great restaurants just a few steps away. Had dinner one night at a Japanese restaurant just 2 or 3 doors down. Good as anything i have had in Tokyo. Will come back when in Philly!

- Paul (10/5): Near Jefferson Family weekend - Family trip for Match Day at Jefferson Medical College. Got three rooms, in the same property, and they were all new, clean, and made for a great stay. I put two of my adult children in one apartment and my mother in another, and my wife and me, in the third, Very convenient, everyone had their space to relax. Great location, in a area of the city where there are not too many hotels. Walking distance to South Philadelphia, for great Italian food(Santucci’s and Ralph’s). Walking distance to Reading Terminal Market, also great food. Would definitely stay there again.
