- Ricardo (2/5): - Muy mala experiencia para nuestras vacaciones de fin de año, se cortaron los servicios de agua y luz en varias ocasiones, no tuvimos aire acondicionado alguna noche, no nos notificaron previamente, nadie se hace responsable y las respuestas muy limitadas. No correspondiente al precio que pide por las instalaciones y servicio tan deficiente.
- Luis (2/5): - This place is beautiful but unfortunately they lost power pretty much the entire stay. Such a let down. Won’t be going back. The electric room look like a spider web. All disorganized and dangerous. One of the technicians got electrocuted and he came in sandals.
