- David (6/5): - Property had nice and well decorated furnishings. However, cleaners left dirty/used sponge for dishes, and kitchen tongue was oily and had left over food on it. Wonder how clean the remaining dishes were. There is also a park with homeless encampments 1/2 block away. Porch light was never on - so it was pitch dark and I had to use my own iphone flashlight to walk up stairs to the porch. When I reachout out on text about porch light, I received no reply. (but they did get back to me on how to enter the property initially)

- Sallie (10/5): - I loved staying here! It was a great place. Great location, friendly property manager and walkable to coffee and restaurants. It was also close to U of U where I needed to be. I will definitely stay here again!

- Dorothy (10/5): - Loved being near Lincoln Park and 9th&9th. Location was also both quiet and residential while near freeways. Space was bright light and well laid out. Kitchen was well equipped and convenient.

- Thomas (8/5): - Exceptionally attractuve refurbished one bedroom with attractuve hotwater shower and Variety of kitchen cooking amenities. Very quiet and safe. My only issue was bright blue clock light on oven hood. I sleep on my left and was awakened by this light which i could not disable. A two inch piece of back electrical tape to cover would do the trick. Otherwise hoghly recommended
