- Tara (10/5): - Once again, Prit was welcoming and helpful. He is a large part as to why I don’t look at other hotels with closer parking. Parking isn’t terrible, just not as convenient as some places I have been. All of the staff is kind and friendly here. I do hate to see that the finish work on the rooms construction is not the best but, it is a quiet hotel and it feels very solid.

- Barbara (10/5): Impeccable! - This hotel is fairly new. Love the decor. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The standard of cleanliness and comfort was excellent The one thing I didn’t care for was the blinds. Only one of them came all the way down but it was see through. The lights from the streets shone in our face all night. Otherwise I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Prit Joshi greeted a stressed and exhausted traveler with a warm smile that just took so much stress off of me. From there the other staff were also very friendly and helpful. The parking is not the best but, I travel light and the walk is not a bother. I can see how it may be hard for others.

- Courtney (10/5): Affordable, clean, and conveniently located - Like the other two Avid locations I booked on this trip, the room was clean, the common areas were clean and well-lit, staff was nice, and breakfast was somewhat limited with hot options, but it was perfect for my partner and I who just needed an affordable place to stay in Texas. The bed is extremely comfortable, and though the room is small, it is not suffocatingly so. The TV is a nice size, air conditioning works well, and the bathroom has plenty of towels. Parking was a little confusing just because 3 or 4 other hotels share the same parking lot, but still convenient. The location is excellent, with lots of stores and shops nearby. I would totally stay here again.
- Renea (8/5): Room Temperature - I will never understand why hotels control room temperatures in the evening. Rooms should be cool at night. Attempted to change the temperature 3x still warm. Even my teenager, ho is always cold took the covers off and said its qarm.in here.

- Mellissa (10/5): - The front desk staff at this hotel are the friendliest I have ever encountered!! The hotel is not just new, but very clean and well maintained. The breakfast is great and each rom has a complete set of Dove hair and body products. It is in a location that makes it super easy to get to downtown Dallas and has several other convenient amenities close by (Sam's club for example). The only complaint I have is the room layout. There isn't a closet, just hooks on the walls, and there is very little unoccupied floor space in the two queen beds rooms. I have stayed here a number of times over the past month and plan to make it my regular home away from home.

In fact, the gentleman who checked me in was having a lovely conversation with one of the elderly guests who are sitting allalone. It truly warmed my heart and made me appreciate this hotel and its employees! Stay at this hotel, and do it often, you will not be disappointed!
