Extremely clean room with comfortable bed, but there's an automatic fan that makes a whining noise; I wore earplugs at night. Breakfast was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff in person, but terrible online communication. I left a small item in my room and have sent an email and WhatsApp messages, but no response. (I can't call because of high roaming charges.)

Chambre mal préparée, il y avait une tâche sur le lavabo de la salle de bain. Une seule paire de pantoufles alors que nous étions 2. La boîte de mouchoirs était à moitié vide. Même avec le badge "Do not disturb", la femme de ménage est entrée et nous a même réveillé un matin. La chambre n'était pas très bien agencée.
